The location is central and safe and the Sagrada Familia is just down the road. All other attractions are also easily reached by walk or cab. The room itself was good, clean and comfortable. There was a nice terrace, though we weren't able to spend time there. There are a few restaurants around but the better ones are a small distance away. The manager was very helpful and told us how to get around and gave useful info and tips. Basic breakfast is available for a charge but free tea, coffee, juice, hot chocolate and water was available throughout, which was great.

The room is a bit too small for 3 people. The shower cubicle is really small and the shower door didn't close fully.

The property was located at a quiet neighbourhood, but very close to the central attractions; Sagrada Familia was a ten-minute walk away. There were many restaurants, bars and stores nearby and the area felt safe. The room was very clean, a bit small but comfortable enough for two people. The bathroom was a bit small but fine. The bed was comfortable and we had a little balcony overlooking the neighbourhood. The room was well equipped, although we thought there was some room for improvement. There is also a common room where you can make coffee, tea etc., which is included in the price and there is also the option of a small breakfast for 5 euros per person. There is also a really nice terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast or a drink. The staff were absolutely great; they were very polite and helpful, they assisted us when we had a medical emergency and were kind enough to keep our luggage for us when we checked out the room. They were willing to help with anything we needed, e.g. when we needed fresh towels. All in all I would say it is good value for money.

Great location close to main stations - good value for money considering Barcelona, lovely staff. They also provide some free snacks and a nice terrace to relax on.

Bathroom is really quite small - the shower is extra small, so if you’re a larger person i would recommend a different accommodation. The sound proofing was okay - its a relatively quiet street which helps, but you could definitely hear people talking as they walked by. The mattresses might need replacing as well as they were starting to sink in the middle, but still comfortable enough.

the location of this property is amazing! Less than 30 minutes walks from attractions. I didn’t get the guys name on reception but he was Spanish (owners are English) and he was super nice and accommodating. There is a roof top terrace which is stunning, and complimentary tea/coffee/water/juice which is a nice touch. Rooms were small and bathroom smaller but we were aware of this before booking. We had a private balcony. We stayed in single beds and slept like logs.

The road is a bit noisy but this isn’t anything the owners can control! Just maybe bring ear plugs if you’re sensitive. The shower did take a while to heat up but was fine once on and running.

The location was perfect - so close to the centre of Barcelona. The Hostal itself was well organised and clean. The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs. The en suite had a fabulous shower. There is a lovely roof terrace but sadly, due to the weather we didn’t get to enjoy. There used to be a bar next door where we stopped for a night cap after dinner in the evenings.

Nothing to dislike. There is a flight of stairs and the lift was out of order which would be a problem if you had mobility issues. I had my bag taken from the bar next door - my own fault for letting my guard down (one lad distracted me while another took the bag) and a common problem in Barcelona so just be careful with belongings.

One of my favourite little hotels I have ever stayed at, exactly what you want for a good budget. The staff were amazing, nothing to fault at all. We stayed in room 3 which had the most wonderful balcony with chairs and table, the terrace is beautiful. The location is perfect for exploring Barcelona, very central to so many of the top attractions. We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay, and when we return to Barcelona in the future we will definitely stay here again! Thank you so much for making our holiday so comfortable!

We really liked the location. There were plenty of amenities nearby. We had a room with a small balcony and could open the doors to hear the street. It made us feel part of the city even when we were relaxing in our room. The terrace was very spacious however we didn’t get a chance to indulge. We had to much to see. And the beds were amazingly comfortable!

Location was perfect, in walking distance to Gaudi houses, La Sagrada and the beach. I mean Barcelona is small anyway. The neighborhood is super cute, so many small cafes and amazing restaurant and tapa places. Shopping around the corner on Pg. de Gracia. The room (with balcony) was super clean, they added an extra bed as we had requested two beds. Breakfast is available for a small fee and there is endless Nespresso coffee, tea and fruit. The bonus is the wonderful large terrace on which you can have breakfast, lounge, read, enjoy a glass of whatever. Truly a fantastic place and my go-to hotel in Barcelona from now on.

the staff is so kind and friendly that explain everything I need to stay with comfortable. the room is specious enough and clean. I especially liked the mini bar (coffee, juice and water etc) 24hrs for free and lovely terrace. also, the location is easy to access Sagrada familia in 15 mins on foot.

the voice and music near my room was sometimes coming through during midnight.

A nice and cosy place in central Barcelona. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasant treat to have tea and coffee. The terrace is big and you can have your breakfast there. Good location with a lot of options for public transport around. We enjoyed our stay there.

It was a bit noisy with the windows open, but it is normal for the central part of the city.
