Very clean, location very good - near a metro station. Lovely balcony overlooking the main street.

The safe didn’t work. It was a bit awkward having to travel 30 minutes to a separate location to collect and drop off the keys.

The bad thing is that the key is delivered very far from the place. How can a visitor arrive at the airport and go another way to the office located at the main train station and come back to the apartment again??? Secondly, the insurance on the apartment is exaggerated by 200 euros, and it must be withdrawn via visa, and cash is not accepted, which is unacceptable.

The location was really good, very central. It took us a while to work out which sliding glass doors we should use for the bathroom etc but it was quirky and fun. The staff were excellent, they couldn’t have been more helpful.

There could have been more kitchen utensils and it would have been better if there was someone there with the keys upon arrival. Having to go to their central reception to collect the keys was a bit inconvenient. We did have a problem with noise. There were friends in several of the apartments and they liked to party into the early hours of the morning. They all had their doors open and were constantly shouting to each other across the corridor. We were woken around 3 in the morning on a few occasions. When we complained to reception, they did ring the guests and asked them to keep the noise down but unfortunately, the noise continued.

I loved the location, walking distance to all the main shops, restaurants and mini-markets. The apartment was upgraded, very nicely decorated (modern), the bathroom was sleek with glass shower and huge shower head. Very comfortable stay. I didn’t use the kitchen because I ate out every day. The internet was reliable. I liked the fact it had a nice size balcony which looked at the inside patio building community. The washer was good , the only thing it didn’t dry the clothes much(or at all). I liked the living room area which had a sofa bed. Nearest subway was Passeig de gracia . I took bus line 7, less than a block away. I would recommend this property. The heater worked really good.

Location is great, just about 5 minutes walk from the Passeig de Gracia metro station (which is a direct line to the Sants Train Station and line R2N to terminal 2 of the airport) and Casa Batllo. Staff at the reception are friendly and helpful. Apartment is clean, comfortable and cosy. However, the check-in process is rather inconvenient as it has to be done at their main reception near to Sants Train Station and key collection is usually after 3pm. Do take note when making plans for the day. Besides that, the stove in the apartment is an induction cooker, but the cookware provided, apart from one frying pan, is not compatible with the induction cooker.

The location was exceptional. We were able to walk to nearly all of the places we wanted to visit. The apartment is corporate-owned and has the standard amenities. The building felt very secure, and the flat was large enough to accommodate our family of four for our 2 nights in Barcelona.

If you are a coffee drinker, bring your own setup. This apartment only has pods that are simply not strong enough. I would have loved to find a French press or pour-over to make decent coffee. Also, don't plan on washing clothes in the washing machine. The machine desperately needs to be deep cleaned, and left our clothing smelling terrible and musty. I had to rewash everything twice to get the funk out.

Our apartment was at a different location that the main location but we were provided with a cab to go from reception to our apartment, which we appreciated. The overall location of our apartment was fantastic - close to the L3 subway, 20min by foot to Sagrada Familia. The apartment itself was great as well, just big enough for 3 people, comfortable and clean. Would definitely come back for my next trip to BCN!

Not much left to wish for other than there could have been more kitchen utensils. There was no chopping board and also no knives for veg/fruit. We also bought trash bags, toilet paper and dish washer tabs which normally I would expect to be provided by the accommodation.

Apartment located in verry nice place. Easy to find, metro just aground the corner. All shops are their as well. Maybe missed some grocery stores in neighbors.

Internet was working only in bedroom. In living room it had poor connection. As well if you take city center apparent - keys are in other corner of the city, so need to plan in advance!

Great location close to transportation train & metro. Great shopping and architectural sites close by. Wonderful restaurants etc….

Had to ask for more TP. Purchased paper towels. No seasonings or basics in kitchen.

Location, location, location! Comfy bed, quiet room and overall a clean space.
