our host, Josep, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, ensuring we had everything we needed during our stay. The location is perfect—close to all the major attractions and very easy to access. Highly recommend!

The apartment has large, clean balcony windows that let in plenty of light, which is wonderful. However, at night, there is a lack of privacy due to the absence of curtains or shades. Adding those would be a great improvement, though it’s just a minor issue overall.

Great communication from the host and a fantastic location - right in the heart of the city with easy access to restaurants, shops and major sights. Having three key cards was convenient and made it easy for everyone to come and go independently.

The apartment felt a bit tired. Noise from the people staying upstairs disrupted our sleep during the night. A clothes drying rack would have been helpful, as we preferred not to use the dryer. Also, because the website shows photos of all available apartments, it takes time to determine which apartment corresponds to which images, and which one you’re actually booking.

The location was very good and safe. From the balcony, we could see the Hotel Majestic, which was just across the street at the corner. I'm not much of a city person but Barcelona was beautiful and watching from our balcony was a nice bonus. The room was nice and had a washer and dryer (although it took forever to dry things). We didn't take advantage of the roomy kitchen, but it was nice. It is an old place though and kind of smelled that way, but it wasn't a big deal. One bedroom was next to the living area that wasn't closed off entirely so watching TV while someone slept in there wasn't so great....but who watches TV when you are in Barcelona! There is an old elevator too which was nice to have and kinda cool to use. The one bathroom was nice as well. Not sure why second rooms in Spain often have twins, but that wasn't ideal for us.

OMG this place is AMAZING! the host was the BEST out of all places I have stayed! We had 6 ladies stayed in this 3 bedroom apartment comfortably, we absolutely enjoyed the location the balcony the decorations everything! It is right in the center of Barcelona so convenience to everywhere, security wise, we felt very safe and the large storage lockers have helped a lot when we had to leave our luggage before our flight time on checkout day, we enjoyed every bit of our stay, thank you Antonio :)

As this was our third stay at this great apartment, we noticed some minor issues that hopefully management will take care of: 1. The double bed should have a queen/king size mattress rather than two singles 2. The shower head is overdue and needs to be replaced 3. The freezer is too cold and there is no way to adjust it 4. The wall paint needs to be refreshed as there are many stains and marks throughout the apartment We are writing this also for our benefit since we have 2 future bookings at this place :)

It's a very spacious apartment with everything that we need. We needed to do a lot of washing by the time we reach Barcelona and the machine was super effective. The kitchen had the basics and a big fridge. We were provided with a new cleaning pack with a tea towel and cleaning supplies. They replenished the supplies and changed towels on the third day which was good. The beds were comfy!

The apartment is great for families with many kids but not so much for couples since one of the rooms had all single bunk beds but no doubles. There can be more places for hanging bath towels.

Great location just 3-4 min from Passeig de Gràcia & Plaza de Cataluña. Comfortable for family of 4. Apartment not as well done as the pictures, may be pictures are old. Some appliances had to be replaced, power tripped few times due to faulty toaster. No lock in the only bathroom, which is odd, they said they removed it a few years ago - not sure why though. Cleaning and towel replacements was done every alternate day, which was helpful. Coffee pods & washing detergent supply was provided only for 1 day, was asked to buy if needed more. Amenities & services could be better, the manager did his best to help. Lil things go a long way, wish they could pay attention to the finer details and extra supply.

The location is perfect, the building is beautiful and unique, 100+ year (reconstructed). Santiago was super helpful and available for everything we needed.

One of the bedrooms is actually part of the living room that was closed with walls/dividers that doesn’t go all the way up, so not really private (no sound proofing at all) The apartment was not cleaned during our stay Loud construction noise during the day The bathroom door do not close properly

Definitely Location- passeig de Gracia station is just next to the apartment. Close to restaurants, supermarket , shopping, Gothic quarter e.t.c mostly walkable distance. No traffic sound or human noise audible at night . Washer, dryer, iron, good airconditioning, good water pressure, oven though never used , fridge. Elevator . Everything as a family of 4 looking for.

1. Do not know why their bedroom wall did not go all the way up to ceiling but rather 3/4 and then glass. As such if anyone is to go to bed early and someone is still using the kitchen or living room, the bright lights might disturbed the ones in the bedroom or if someone want total darkness. As we all sleep around the same time, so if fine for us , if not we just have to deal with the slight light instead of total darkness .
