Great location. Very accessible to metro and or walking to points of interest. We upgraded our room( as the one we booked was really small when we actually saw it) The upgrade had a deck which was great. I had booked a twin room but when we arrived it was a double....we needed 2 beds. Bathroom was great, shower & plenty of hot water.

Fridge didnt work & we couldnt connect the tv to our devices so gave up.

My stay at the hotel was generally great, with clean facilities, friendly staff, and convenient location.

Everything met my expectations except for one significant drawback: my room was in the 1sr floor faced the street, which was incredibly noisy, almost as if I were sleeping right on a busy road. This aspect significantly impacted my ability to rest comfortably during the night. Although the friendly staff offered to change my room at night, the alternative was still a street-facing room on the first floor, equally noisy…

Great room decor, very comfortable clean bed & pillows, good location in the city, friendly staff. Rainforest shower is excellent & bathroom nice. Highly recommend ‘madrid-barcelona’ tapas restaurant nearby. Supermarket & burger king next door very handy on way home to bed.

No free drinks in bedroom . Free coffee machine near reception was good however as had excellent quality espressos.

We loved One Shot Arago. The hotel is in a lovely historic building just around the corner from Gaudi's Casa Batllo. With a Metro stop less than half a block away, the location is convenient to almost everything and is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants. The building is beautiful and our room was painted a saturated green that was rich and soothing. Loved having interesting art on the walls. The bathroom is wonderful with luxurious finishes and a separate sink area. Shower is huge, plenty of hot water and great water pressure. Products provided were very nice. Beds were beyond comfortable with several pillows and high quality linens. We had an enclosed balcony overlooking Arago Street and while we would have liked a second chair and a little table out there, it added a lot to the room and provided great views of the busy street. The hotel also has a spacious coffee-tea area on the first floor near the reception desk, which is available 24 hours. Self-serve coffee is from a machine but very good, and there are tables and chairs. Wifi in the hotel was super fast. The staff members we encountered were kind, welcoming and helpful. This hotel was a splurge from our usual budget and we felt that it was worth the extra expense to be in such a wonderful place.

The hotel has an excellent location. It is located in the posh district of Eixample on the prominent road Carrer de Arrago between the roads Rambla de catalunya and Pg. de Gracia. Palace de catalunya is just 900 meters away. The hoho Bus stop is just 200 meters away. Though exterior may appear old and traditional but interiors are modern and well designed. The check in process was smooth. The staff at the reception was extremely courteous. We had booked an economy room but to our pleasant surprise they upgraded us to the superior room on a complementary basis. The room was spacious and with very well designed interior. There was a spacious covered balcony overlooking the rear open area. The room has a study table and two side tables. There was sufficient light fixtures and electric sockets. There was a safe as well inside the cupboard. The Ac and heating was perfect. The bathroom is nice and compact with best fixtures and accessories. The hotel also offers complimentary tea / coffee in the morning hours in the cafeteria on the reception floor. The cleanliness and housekeeping is of top order. Overall it was a very pleasant experience.

The only little problem was that the bed height is too much because of the extra thick mattress.

The hotel is located in the city centre, right across the street from the famous Casa Batlló. The surrounding area is very safe, even when walking around at 11 p.m. The room was clean and tidy, with high ceilings and a pleasant colour scheme and decor that made us feel very comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming. What surprised me the most was the extra balcony attached to the room, from which we could enjoy the street view at night. My family and I had a wonderful stay.

Overall is great. If the hotel has breakfast service, it will be better.

Friendly staff helped with a fast check-in. The room was modern, stylish and clean. Internet worked well, as well as all the other luxurious the room has offered. The hotel is located near Public Transport and and many restaurants with tapas. a lot of places are available on foot. It's great.

Their check-in system is not well integrated into booking so there was a lot of confusion related to the payment, before we arrived there. Also the optional pre check-in requires a lot of personal information. But all in all, all was well in the end.

There was no breakfast available, but free unlimited coffee and tea. Very friendly staff and really, really comfortable beds. Space bathrooms as well, good lightning and fresh towels / a small daily cleaning in the room. Location is perfect too, plenty of great restaurants nearby as well as the subway if needed. You can walk to the beach (45 minutes), but the rest is relatively / very close. The room has perfect airconditioning as well!

No feedback, perhaps a small tea / coffee cattle in the room would be my only suggestion.

Great boutique hotel in an excellent location. Bed and pillows were very comfortable, I had a cute little Juliet balcony, and everything was very clean. Lots of closet and shelf space. I could hear the metro as it went under the hotel, but it wasn't all night long and I was hardly in my room during operating hours. A coffee machine in the room would have been nice, but there are so many cafes with great pastries within walking distance. Close to many attractions and excellent shopping and restaurants. Very helpful staff.

Great location, right at the end of Rambla, 1 minute from Casa Batllo. Great staff. Very clean and largevroom with small balcony and view of the main street. Very close to buses and metro. A lot of great places for brunch or dinner, within walking distance We highly recommend the place

The only thing, but we knew about it from other reviews, is the noise of the street and metro, and it did not bother us.
