Amazing location and exactly what we were looking for! The pictures are exactly like the apartment. We had no problems at all with our stay and would definitely recommend!

Broken window and heat not working

Had to trek half way across Barcelona with a suitcase to pick up the keys from the office. Was miles from the apartment

Location was amazing and size of apartments was good

No smart TV, third bedroom you could not stand up in if you were an adult. No electric socket working in kitchen. No plugs for the bath. No instructions for the property.

Nothing. The staff was not helpful at all during the check in. You must go to the office located at 15 minutes by taxi from the apartment, once there the staff is very rude. The apartment was not the one shown on pictures, it was rusty and old. There was a water leak in the kitchen and the staff doesn’t responded our calls and messages. All in all very dissappointing.

Thieves. Never got my deposit money back. With no reason. Do not come any near. They Stoll 400 euro from us.

The apartment was not clean enough and we had to find another place to stay as it was late night. Then we asked for a refundada at least for the remaning nights but they did not accept. They even charged the tourist taxes that has to be paid in case you stay. We are still fighting for a refund.
