Overall, my stay at this hotel in Barcelona was exceptional. The room exceeded expectations in every aspect, offering a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel was superb, providing easy access to all the attractions and amenities Barcelona has to offer. One of the highlights of my stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, particularly Stephanie, who went above and beyond to ensure we had a fantastic time. Her recommendations added immensely to our enjoyment of the city, and her warm demeanor made us feel welcomed and valued as guests.

There was one incident that marred an otherwise flawless experience. The housekeeping supervisor unexpectedly entered our room without knocking while we were inside. His explanation that he was checking the cleanliness of the room seemed inadequate, as it would have been more appropriate for him to announce himself and request entry. While this was a minor inconvenience, it did detract slightly from the overall impression of the hotel. Despite this one issue, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona. The exceptional room quality, unbeatable location, and outstanding service provided by staff like Stephanie make it a top choice for accommodation in the city.

Hotel’s location is perfect for solo travelers, plus metro is very close. Employees are fluent in english and they are kind,thoughtful people.Rooms are clean and perfect. Sixtytwo is a hotel but the comfort i found there felt like home, it was the best stay of my life.

The location of the hotel is really great. It's close to the tourist bus and many attractions. The room as got all the right amenities, and the beds are comfy. I had the chance to try the breakfast once and it was really good. The staff is very proactive and present when necessary.

As mentioned to the staff, the way the tv's in the room are placed makes it so it can be noisy if your neighbors watches tv (it creates a kind of soundbox in between the wall so the sound is projected in the next-door room).

I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel. They were really friendly and cooperative to the maximum degree. They were quick to respond to all my requests. This hotel exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank the cleaning staff in particular. Their cleaning is really excellent. The hotel is safe and I advise everyone to visit it because its location is also strategic and worthy.

In fact, it is something I hope to take into consideration, that a bidet be added to the toilet bowl, filling it with water only. I do not think that it will take up space in the bathroom. This is the only thing that will unfortunately be one of the reasons that I may not visit the hotel again.

To start with it’s very cosy very nice clean the rooms are big very clean people work. There are really really nice. I highly recommend this hotel specially from me who are used to be in different cities in different Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at the 62 hotel! First of all, was the lovely personnel at the reception and breakfast, we really felt taken care of and the staff provided good support and recommended a lot of nice restaurants and sights. The hotel per se has a pretty good location as it is in the middlle of Pg. de Gràcia, one of the main shopping streets and in the heart of Barcelona. Everything can be covered by foot, whereas Casa Battlo was just around the corner. To la Rambla it's a short 15 - 20min walk. We really liked the big Terrace, especially in the late evening hours we could relax with a good wine and enjoy the mood. Bed was very comfortable and the room was overall very clean and well maintained. Would definately recommend to stay here for a trip to Barcelona!

Great location, a minute walk from one of the major metro station, across from Casa Batllo. Staff is very helpful, friendly. One of receptionist Paula recommended few good restaurants and it was wonderful. Although it is located in a central location but the room is very quiet. We had a peaceful rest during our stay. The room was spacious enough for three of us. The mini bar is complementary, we had access to water, soda, beer and candy! The lounge is open to guests after breakfast is done. You can sit there, watching the street while sipping a cafe or glass of cava. Everything is very thoughtfully designed and I really enjoyed staying here. It was our first time to visit Barcelona. The beautiful city visit was really brightened by staying at Hotel SixtyTwo. Thank you.

Location was fantastic, right by the metro station, near casa Batlló and casa Milla, and walking distance to many attractions. Hotel was also accommodating and allowed me to check in before 2pm, and even gave a free upgrade to a bigger room with a seating area. Came with a lounge area that is accessible after noon, with drinks and pastries.

Hotel required prepayment for the first night to reserve, but prepayment was done via a link sent to inbox, which can be quite worrying in today's environment where scams are getting more prevalent. There was also no immediate acknowledgement from the hotel on the receipt of prepayment sent via the link.

We stayed at the Sixtytwo Hotel for a short but unforgettable trip to Barcelona, and it truly exceeded our expectations. The location is ideal, right on Passeig de Gràcia, with easy access to major attractions, shops, and public transportation. The front desk service was outstanding – everyone was polite, professional, and always ready to assist with a smile. Our room was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was another highlight of our stay: high-quality local products, fresh ingredients, and all the classic options you would expect. We will definitely choose Sixtytwo Hotel again on our next visit to Barcelona and highly recommend it without hesitation!

We loved everything about this hotel. To start out with, location is super, can’t be much more in the center and parking was convenient. The hotel staff was friendly and kind. Upon arrival we were personally taken to our room even though we didn’t need help with luggage, etc. I loved the glass-walled elevator (if elevators cause anxiety, this one didn’t). The room was nice and clean, the bed very comfortable, we loved the pillows. It was also quiet to sleep, no street sounds even though the room faced the main street. There was a bottle of complimentary wine, also cola and chocolate. Coffee, tea and some biscuits as well. When we went out to dinner we came back to some treats left on the bed - candy, lip balm and mild lavender scented spray to spray on pillows for better sleep :) Such a sweet touch:) Breakfast was so good. Staff very attentive, smiling, friendly. I felt like all I have to do is just put food in my mouth and not have to prepare anything. Fruit was peeled and cut/sliced, fresh orange juice served to the table. Variety of sandwiches ready-made (with ham, cheese, etc). You can of course make tour own as well. You can order crepes, omeletts, eggs the way you prefer them. If you wish to start your morning with bubbly or wine, these were also available. There was refreshing water (I’d even say refreshing lemonade) available also in the lobby, we had some each time we returned from sightseeing and the weather was warm. We had a room with a terrace with sunbeds. Lovely way to rest from walking and sightseeing, the weather was also favorable:) If we are back in Barcelona, we will definitely come back to stay there.
