We LOVED the daily cleaning service and the great communication and responsiveness from the host company. We liked. very much that the apartment was located in a GREAT LOCATION, the unit was very well taken care of, the linens were of very good quality, and the facilities were safe. The condition of the apartment was quite good and there was a lot of attention to detail.

The apartment was sprayed with a fragrance and had some incense sticks, probably because many places area in Barcelona risk having an occasional sewer-ish smell (totally unavoidable in the area). We simply asked them to remove the fragrance, but it is a risk for those who are highly sensitive.

I booked 3 rooms apartment, clean, spaces & good location, right in the city area and many restaurants just under the apartments.

Had to collect key from difference place , distance between 2 places was about 15mins away by taxi, it may take up to 30mins if traffic is bad. Good thing is I can leave the key cards inside the apartment when check out. Suggest that you could set up a remote door opening for your arrival guess, key cards placed inside the apartment for the conveniences of your guess. No cleaning provides for my 3 nights stayed, but I m ok with that.

Great Location. Staff at check in were very helpful and kind. Helping us book taxis etc. Also have us a great tip- ask for a receipt from the taxi driver at the start of each trip and they won’t rip you off! Aircon was amazing! Comfortable beds, good black out curtains. Lovely little bakery just down the street for breakfast.

It was a bit of a pain collecting keys from a location so far away from the apartment. However we were there early anyway, could store our luggage safely and got to explore a part of Barcelona we otherwise wouldn’t have seen. We couldn’t get the stove top/hob to work. The kitchen tap sprayed water everywhere! A few more plates and cups etc would have been helpful. There wasn’t enough to do a load in the dishwasher. Ended up hand washing everything so we had enough to use.

This is the second time we stayed here and we highly recommend it. Great location, walking distance from all important places in Barcelona but not in the middle of the touristic area. The surroundings of the apartment are great, full of restaurants, bakeries and shops. The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable.

Beds could be more comfortable and pillows are very very thin. It would also be nice to have extra pillows in the apartment. We asked for it and they brought it to us though.

Location is excellent, everything you need is basically around the corner. Apartment is very spacious, cosy and modern. In fact it's so spacious that feels like there are two different apartments. Two bathrooms, smart TV, dishwasher, high ceilings, balcony etc. basically everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Internet speed is very slow, no floor heating at bathrooms, not enough dishes, no kitchen towels, no salt and pepper. Don't get me wrong, we liked the place and staying there was amazing but these kind of small common items missing from the apartment can leave a bitter taste. Especially considering these are so small things to fix.

It was a shame that extensive renovation work was being undertaken in the apartment above us. Drilling and grinding started at 9.30 am every morning until late evening. Although we were obviously out a lot, it wasn't very relaxing in the mornings or when we came back to get ready to go out to dinner. Apart from this, couldn't fault it

There are clear instructions for the handover of keys but it is 2 km away from the apartment, the apartment has a great location very close to La Rambla, the metro station is just around the corner, overall it was clean and modern

The Hairdryer had a defect, there were no tabs for the dishwasher, the capsules for the coffee machine did not work correctly, cables were missing from the TV and speaker, it was partly a bit noisy at night (in the house and outside on the street)

- collecting keys in Sants = extra uber fees - storing luggage after checkout = extra uber fees -checkout at 11 am = too early - internet could be better - no conditionner in bathroom - got pricier compared to my stay last year. - lift little small with +4 people and luggage but ok overall great pleace, one of the best apartments.
