The location of the hotel was perfect. The room was large and very clean . The reception staff were all really helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was not great and we were left feeling disappointed, the tables were left dirty when other guests left so had to ask staff to clean them so we could sit down. Had to ask staff to refill the food and the juices. The food was ok, but the lack of attention by the staff ruined it for us . Maybe more staff would have helped ?

This property was located perfectly in the heart of Barcelona, everything we needed was within walking distance including restaurants, shops, pharmacies etc. The room was spacious and well equipped with amenities, including a mini fridge and safety lock box. The air conditioning was strong during the hot summer days which we greatly appreciated. The bed was large and comfortable, and we had a great balcony with views of the city. Special mention to Lucas and all the wonderful staff who made our time more enjoyable! They were able to book us in to two restaurants for dinner, and their recommendations were fantastic.

Amazing room for the value. It felt like staying at an historical place. We got a room with a small balcony, it was very romantic to have breakfast there with pastries we grabbed from the pastry shop down below. The staff were very helpful and genuinely nice. The location is amazing with places to eat across the street and just a walk away from downtown. The hotel is also very kid friendly, we brought our 1 year old with us and everything went fine, the bed was large enough for us to all sleep on it (180 cm), we also found it quite comfortable.

The light switches and outlets had not been cleaned, not a big problem we cleaned them ourselves. You can hear noise from the street but that is normal as Barcelona is a very noisy city.

Staff on reception were all lovely and greeted us warmly. Room was very quiet. At the time of booking, I was disappointed as the option included breakfast and thought I would be missing it with an excursion starting at 0800 and with me also having to leave for the airport at 0800 the next day. But in actual fact breakfast started at 0730 and I could grab a drink a little earlier than that, so worked out perfectly. Needless to say location was superb. The aerobus stop is only 6-7 mins gentle walk and the nearest metro 5 mins. I would recommend this hotel. The small fridge and kettle in the room was great too.

Just be warned city tax for this location is very high. I believe if you took a hotel a bit further out (let’s face it everything is walkable or well connected by public transport), it’s not as much. But around 9.50 GBP for each night for just two people does adds up. Other than that, I have no negatives about my stay.

Location: the location is very good, 10 minutes walking distance to Casa Batllo. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Staff: the staffs at the reception desk are very helpful, recommended us very nice restaurants and helped us with reservations as well. Thanks for Leticia, Leo and Jesus.

The kettle is in the lobby, better to have it in the room.

We had a great time! Natalia who there when we checked in and out was so friendly and explained everything in great detail. Her colleagues were also were friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location - around the corner Casa Balltó and a central train station Passeig de Gracia which connects to both the R Train and multiple Metro Lines. When you come out of the hotel to your right is a street with a lot of restaurants in a range of prices and there are two small supermarkets close by. A short walk to Plaza de Cataluyna and Los Ramblas also made this a great location! The breakfast was standard with a lot on offer. The room was clean and bright with a nice sized cupboard and storage space.

We only had one window in the bedroom that looked out onto a small alley, we had no balcony or outdoor space. There is no window in the bathroom. Bed made a loud noise whenever we sat down on in it.

The hotel's location in the Eixample makes it an excellent base for exploring the city. Both rooms we booked, and their bathrooms, were well proportioned and comfortable. The staff were truly excellent and made us fee really welcome. Their recommendations for local restaurants (from their first hand experience) was fantastic.

It was very warm (as expected) during our visit in August, even at night. The air conditioning in the rooms was a little bit noisy for those guests not used to it (but it did not stop us sleeping). Not an issue that would stop us returning to the same rooms.

The hotel is located at a very nice neighbourhood, very close to the metro station, bus lines and walking distance from Rambla. Furthermore, one can find many restaurants and bars to visit near the venue. The rooms are really spacious (big plus) and very clean, with all the needed amenities. Perhaps, I would add a pair of slippers, but the laminate floor is really OK with a pair of socks. The breakfast buffet is quite satisfactory, characterized mostly by sour dishes. Perhaps some additions with crepes, waffles or pancakes would be good.

Overall the experience was good. I would highlight only two negative aspects: 1. I would prefer some other kind of pillows, beacuse the provided were quite long and thin, not easily managed while you were sleeping. 2. The check-in experience was a bit dissapointing The employees seemed to take a long time with every customer and the waiting time was quite long. The staff was of course very kind, but still waiting for such a long time was a bit annoying.

Most of the staffs at the front desks were friendly and recommended us different places to visit in Barcelona. One of the male staff (can't remember his name) was very enthusiastic and even helped us reserve a spot at a restaurant that only locals would visit, and the food (Paella) was really good. He'll mainly recommend us places that locals will visit and be wary of tourist traps which we really appreciate especially in a foreign country. There're free bicycles at the lobby too on a first come first serve basis which we used to explore the city during our stay.

On our first night, the aircon in our room wasn't working and we had to complain twice to get a new room.

Hotel located in great place- easy walk to eat, see and to shop. Many good restoraunts in few min away along with hundreads nice buildings!! Check in was quick and very supportive !! Thanks!!

We booked 2 rooms for family with 3 kids. Hotel is old building which was renovated some years ago and bathroom/toilet set up really questionable. Glass door with no isolation makes it not convinient to use.
