We stayed for 2 Nights and 3 Days. The location is very Good. Pl Catalunya main station (having a connection to the Airport and other Metro and Bus lines). Passeig de Garcia Metro is also very nearby. Near to the building, cheap and good quality breakfast is available. This property is on the main square, so don't worry about safety. The room is also Big and well-maintained. The air conditioner is a plus point in Summer. Loved the old manual lift. Very helpful staff. They listen and help according to your needs. Luggage storage is a very plus point after checkout, as we have late-night flights.

The rest rooms are a bit small and the shower area is too small. we can ignore this problem, as its a short stay.

I would have liked additional towels and the young female receptionist said she need to call the boss for that which I found an unnecessarily hassle. An additional towel is not an unusual wish and I get those in most locations I stay within the hour. As I stayed only one night I didn't bother to go through all that.

The location is excellent. From the main gate, go out, turn left, and you can reach the main street with the buses that access to everywhere. Full of fantastic tapas restaurants and bars within walking distance. Though the front desk staff can't speak english very fluently, they are considered friendly and willing to help,

The old lift and door created a lot of sounds. It's completely ok for us, but I don't think it's ok to light sleeper.

This is a two star property, so be aware of that before you book. Location is incredible. Having a virtual key through an app is a game changer. Pretty quiet - I felt that there were only a couple of rooms occupied. Good size single room for one person. The air-conditioning was excellent. Incredibly powerful shower. All very clean. Pleasant staff but not overbearing.

I would have liked a second pillow but I didn't ask!

Location, cleanliness, super fast wifi, rooms have big windows and there were no bad smell in any if the areas inside. Quiet from outside noise. Despite the limited space they have bothered to provide a small living room where there is a refrigerator too and some interesting books to read. They even reached out ahead of time to inform that they have limited check in time which is 1pm-3pm but they were kind enough to really wait for me and I appreciate that a lot. No molds in the room and bathroom. The hair dryer works perfectly, there is a liquid to wash the hands and for shower. I had a very clean sink in my room! The brands of the sink or shower are good the good quality ones. Common bathroom is very spacious and provides a clean mat to dry the feet after showering. They do some tidying up of your room when you are out during the day. Aircon and heater inside the room works perfectly! There is enough space to hang clothes and even your wet towel. Sheets and pillow cases were fresh

Hard to shower during winter in the common bathroom as there is no heater. The rooms have absolutely zero noise insulation. You will definitely be awakened if anyone is moving outside. This is a strong warning to people who may want to book here! The floor in the bathroom is not cleaned daily because I noticed the same hairs or even the sink that had hairs. I hope they do something about this. The lady who cleans is not so friendly. Despite the language barrier, a simple genuine smile can be appreciated by customers

Amazing hostel. I was just in London the night before, stayed in a hotel there were I paid the same amount that I paid here, so I thought this place was a bit expensive because it is a hostel charging the same price as a hotel. However the room I stayed was amazing, bigger and nicer than the one from my hotel in London. No bathroom in the room what I thought it had when I booked it but the bathroom was just beside our bedroom so it was okay. The whole place was very clean and the staff was very good, the receptionist stayed longer to do our check in. Would definitely come back and stay here again (same room ) Just a note, there is no sleeping a bit more here, you can hear all the noise coming from the street, it was very loud when I was there, cars, construction, people talking, but if you are an early bird book it away.

I traveled with my cousin to Barcelona and I had a splendid moment. The room was very nice, spacious, and clean, with a balcony that had a nice view. We had to share a bathroom, but we did not experience any inconvenience. In fact, we did not cross anyone. The location is perfect, close to the city center, with everything within walking distance. The metro is also only 1-2 blocks away. The staff was very polite and helpful

Since the balcony in the room is not well insulated, you’ll be hearing some of the noise outside. If the place is crowded, it could be a bit uncomfortable to share the bathroom. The elevator is a bit old, so it is tricky to go upstairs. Therefore, if you have no problem with stairs, it is better and easier

Friendly staff, great location, clean room

Constant noise from the opening and closing of the locks and doors due to the movement of people in the small corridor, especially during the night. Do not recommend if you are a light sleeper

The room was very spacious, clean, and we liked the decoration. The room illumination was very good, with a nice white light on top and yellow, softer lights near the bed. The bathroom was shared but surprisingly clean. The location is superb, just a couple of streets away from Placa Catalunya.

The elevator did not work when we got there. This was not a big problem for us because the room was on the second floor. One other thing I did not like was that there was no way to lock the balcony window. This made me feel less safe.

I liked having a private bathroom. My trash was taken out daily.

The building elevator was not reliable. The doors were very hard to get open. The elevator was frequently not fully closed on different levels. During my 4 nite stay I had to walk up the 3 levels of stairs because the elevator could not respond when called from the ground floor.
