It was very clean and beautifully decorated. Both form and function in equal measure. Luciano, the receptionist was very friendly and very helpful. You should know that this is not a regular hotel with 24 hour reception and services. You receive a key code to get into the building and into your room. There is no restaurant or other type of hotel services. It is strictly a room to stay in while you are traveling. That said it is a very nice room with a functional bathroom And my room had a lovely little balcony that I could sit out on to watch the world go by on the walking street where is located.

Very friendly, polite and comprehensive managers. Coffee machine in the lobby, very useful in the morning, you can ask for an iron in your quarters. Inside the quarters, very cute and comfy ambiance. Good bathroom, great noise insulation (street side has some traffic, but with closed portal its absolutely quiet.). The balcony is great in the morning, on the shadow side of the building, with a nice view. AC, refrigerator, hair fan and a safebox all in the room 👍. To summarize, it's a perfect place for a quiet stay ( no noise policy from 10pm), located in the classical building with high ceilings, within 2km distance of Sagrada, in the city center. Ambiance 10/10 and feeling of safety and calmness. Absolutely recommend for a chill stay.

Best thing about this property is its fantastic location. Location is so important in Barcelona and this is the best place to be. Staff and facilities were also amazing. Check in and out was so smooth and completely built around our arrival and departure time. After that the property is accessed by a secure PIN code. All worked really well. Really nice to have coffee available at any time and the room itself (we booked a triple) was AMAZING. Most comfortable beds and really spacious. Really loved it

Nothing at all to dislike!

The location is great, it is 2 blocks from Casa Batllo. The structure is very nice and clear. The checkin and checkout are extremely easy. I particularly liked the idea of receiving all info on Whatsapp before arrival. The coffee area outside the room is cozy.

The AC is centralized and could not be controlled from the panel in the room, and somehow the temperature in the room was much higher than in the hallway. The coffee area is nice but sometimes it ran out of supplies, like milk.

Fantastic location in Barcelona and everything is within walking distance. Despite being on a busy street, the well-insulated walls keep outside noise to a minimum, so it's surprisingly quiet inside.

What I didn't like as much was that the toilet has a sliding door, which doesn’t offer much privacy. We also couldn’t figure out how to dim the lights for a cozier atmosphere. Additionally, the air conditioning wouldn’t go below 21°C. Being from the Netherlands, we’re more used to a room temperature around 19°C.

Natalia, our host, was phenomenal. She was adorable—warm and friendly. It is a small hotel, not fancy but extremely accommodating. It was aptly named. They made you feel at home,

It was a bit difficult to find. It is on the second floor of the building and you had to ring a bell to gain access. Once you got in, you were given a password which allowed you to enter the building, hotel and your room.

The neighborhood was exceptional in experiencing European life; the door of the Casa steps out immediately into a pedestrian/slow car/bike street that is lined with exceptionally great food, wide variety of pedestrians, and interesting/high quality galleries and shops. It is just around the corner from one of Gaudi’s home facades. The office staff was caring and genuine in their desire to make us feel at home, and spoke English very well, helping us with some important questions.

The best location, close to shops, restaurants sightseeing and public transport. We loved our little balcony and the fresh modern room. Luciano was so welcoming and helpful which made our stay in Barcelona more enjoyable. You could hear the noise from the street but once the balcony doors were closed it was fully soundproof for a solid nights sleep. Felt safe and secure with the coded access on all the doors. Nothing to dislike.

Their location is unbeatable. Touristic areas to one side, college neighborhood to the other side. Excellent communication, easy to check in and out. Very comfortable bed and shower. Spotless clean room and common areas.

Prices were steep (ok, it was Mobile World Congress week) and the interior walls could ideally isolate more noise. All in all, very minor issues to be compared with great upsides. I would definitely be back.

Starting with beautiful smell entering the place, the warmth welcoming with the whole information organized and clear. Clean and generous space, perfect location, comfortable stay, delightful coffee corner, and a very nice staff to start the day greeting with a good morning.
