So far I am liking Sonder properties it’s nice and convenient.

Aesthetically pleasing and comfortable room

Weak shower. I shouldn't be getting haranguing mails threatening me with losing my reservation if I don't do self check in online myself in advance from an expensive, supposedly 5" hotel.

no wardrobe and drawers to put your things. they are not able to handle small problem like they did give tissue paper when I asked , they said they’re waiting for the supplier to bring them. I’m here for 10 days and they couldn’t fixed it , this is unacceptable from 5 stars hotel , not sure what they will do with bigger problems. it’s nice hotel I like it but I’ll give it 4 stars.

The stay was almost perfect. The staff were great and extremely helpful. We loved the gift they gave us before checking out. The location is in the heart of Pasieg De Gracia and close to everything.

The water pressure in the shower was low.

The location was perfect. Most activities were reached either by walking or a short taxi ride. We were able to walk for lunches, dinner and shopping.

Pillows were way too soft. I needed more support for my head and neck. Also, there were no washcloths in the bathroom.

Great staff and welcoming experience, with welcome and goodbyes gifts. Location is the best near all luxurious stores and sightseeing places.

The entrance is not obvious. The reception in 1st floor better if with entrance for warm welcome. Simple Decoration for the price.

The frontline staff were really pleasant, helpful and attentive. That the bed and bathroom were comfortable and spacious; there was a great minibar and quality complementary coffee and tea.

This is relatively minor but important feedback for the property: The front door and entrance buzzer are really hard to find. Reception is on the first floor and because of the location (a high traffic tourist zone) it is a good thing that the front door is effectively locked. Information about how to locate the buzzer should be with the address in confirmation of booking. Having said that once you worked out where the buzzer was reception staff were very responsive in letting you in.

After reading the reviews for this hotel, I had low expectations. However, when I first entered the room, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was incredibly spacious, and I found myself missing it during my stays at other hotels. The room was also quiet due to the thick door (as seen in the photo) and the good sound isolation of the windows. My room did not have a street view, which may have contributed to its quietness. Although the window was "small," this was clearly stated in the property description, so it did not pose a problem for me.

I found the check-in process to be confusing. Although I had read some comments beforehand and knew where and how to check in, I noticed that other guests, especially elderly people, seemed to have trouble. I had to provide instructions to some of them about where to find the bell and the reception area. It would have been helpful to have a sign with large letters at the glass door and above the bell to make the process smoother for everyone.

Location, Location, Location...! Brilliant location, close to fabulous shopping streets but also walking distance to so many of the fabulous things to see in Barcelona including 2 of Gaudi's architectural masterpieces within a couple of blocks. There are loads of restaurants within a few minutes walk including El Nacional which was fabulous. Lastly, public transport options abound within 3-5 minutes walk and all are very easy to navigate. The hotel itself was extremely comfortable, great bed and huge bathroom with double sinks and a lovely shower with excellent water pressure. I don't usually use hotel shampoo & conditioner but these were the same brand I buy from my hair dresser (Davines). There are also plenty of conveniently placed power outlets. Breakfast was a really unique experience (until midday), the buffet focuses on local products and super healthy foods, but more traditional eggs ++ are also available, I found the buffet too good to resist. We only ate at the restaurant once but it was a very nice meal when we did, and very reasonably priced.

The room did get a little warm at night and although we could have opened the door to the balcony, this would have been a bit loud, I did adjust the room temperature down but it didn't seem to make a big difference. Saying that, I still slept very well every night.

The best part is breakfast. Probably the healthiest food I have ever found in BCN. The restaurant chef Coldo breaks your fast with home made Kombucha, fresh juices, smoothies and, home baked bread as well as local cheeses and meats. Don’t miss out on this fantastic culinary experience. Bring right next to the manzana de la discordia is also impossible to beat, of course.

No real lobby or entrance area but that is also because this used to be the garage, so actually cool as well.
