The apartment is situated well, near several metro stops, at the heart of a very prestigious neighbourhood in Barcelona. Good facilities nearby, like a nail salon, supermarket, butchery. Of course LOTS of restaurant options nearby, including el NACIONAL. The apartment itself was well equipped for our stay, and a comfortable size for 2 adults. It doesn’t get very noisy in this part of Barcelona, so the sleep was always peaceful. Check in was smooth as it was all done in advance online, and all I had to do to enter was punch in a code or use a link. Honestly, I cannot fault the apartment at all. I loved it, I loved my stay there. It’s definitely on my list of places to stay at when I return to Barcelona next.

Location was excellent, willingness of staff to help was great, apartment was perfect for our needs in terms of space, cleanliness, vibe, aesthetic. We really do not think that a better apartment was available, which is reflected in the relatively high cost compared with other options.

The hot water boiler was unreliable. The staff helped as much as possible but it was not clear to us after a hot day of sight seeing if we could shower before heading out for the evening due to the unreliability of the boiler. We would appreciate a compensation for this, simply because hot water is a must and the apartment cost was relatively high.

The location was perfect. Close to a main street but far enough that it was not overly loud/busy. Also close to a good metro station that connected to several main lines. The staff was always very responsive and quick to resolve. We had hit water issues one morning and by the time we got back in the evening it was fixed. I have stayed in many hotels and rentals's and this place had the best pillows! The apartment was clean and comfortable and spacious. The instructions and access to the apartment was one of the most detailed and easy to access rentals I have experienced.

It would have been great if we could control the air a.bit more. The hot days got a bit warm.

Amazing location, very modern and extremely well designed. Everything very new and functional. The bathroom sink was somewhat clogged when we arrived, but they got someone to fix it immediately.

The bed was a bit firm, made it hard to get a good nights rest. Also, the keypad to enter into our apartment door never worked, we had to keep using the online app to unlock it, which could be scary if it didn’t work. The Aspacio team never followed up to get that to work.

The room has air-conditioning. There are luggage lockers in the building, so you don't need to worry if you arrive earlier than check-in time or after the check-out.

Good location. Excellent, spacious apartment. Well equipped. Great air conditioning. Separate living area with closing door to bedroom. Check in/check out fully automated.

The lift in the building was not working for entire stay of 6 nights. Advised day before arrival. Hauling heavy luggage up & down 4 flights of stairs was hard work upon check in & check out. No offer of assistance with luggage either upon check in or check out.

A great apartment with nice terrace and very spacious. Good for a family or couples trip. Also good central location. The kitchen was well equipped and clean and it had two bathrooms

The floor was quite dirty when we arrived and we were also located next to the baggage lockers so there were a lot of people coming back and forth. But this would only be for two out of the many apartments so most likely not an issue for others

The apartment was very spacious and clean! We stayed at some other apartments in Barcelona in the past, but this one is newer and worth investing some more money. Very central, still very quiet also during the day. We did not cook but there were quite everything in the kitchen. The highlight was the washing mashine! We were very happy to be able to wash our clothes finally after 10 days of previous stays in other cities. The shower was also new and worked perfectly well.

The bed! I have never seen such a soft bed and it was quite uncomfortable even to sit down on it (as the matress changed the form like a water bed...). For someone who has a back pain could have a negative effect...

The bed was comfortable and very good to sleep at night. The room had blackout curtains, which is very important to me. Large balcony. Good kitchen. Quiet at night, the house was under repair, but it didn't disturb.

One big minus, the water from the tap was mostly ice cold and it was so hard to take a shower with cold water. A few times the water finally got warm, but sometimes I couldn't wait for hot water.

I was worried about noise as it is on a fairly busy road.. So i inquired to the host before making my final decision. they assured me that it had good sound proofing and that the street is much more quiet at night.. They were correct and I never heard noise while sleeping.. The apartment is very large. And very well equipped.,. Will stay there again.
