The hotel is located in the center of Barcelona, Placa de Catalunya is very close, so is the metro station. Casa Batilla is so close , like 5-10 min walk away. Everything is close by, Sagrada Familia is 30 min walk away. All buildings are surrounded by amazing architecture. Also the hotel is located in the shopping district , so it was convenient to drop off shopping bags back to hotel and then go back to strolling streets without worrying to carry these bags. District is safe, but always watch out for pickpocketers. Rooms are spacious , well organized , cleaned every day , all shower accessories and slippers are provided by default which i find a rare thing in Europe unless you ask for it. Staff is friendly! I booked the room without breakfast, but i breakfast only once after arrival , it cost 23 euros, it was okay and i am comparing with all other cafes around with great coffee and avocado sourdough toasts for the same price. Uber cost from airport is ~ 25 euros , if you arriving after midnight .

Nothing to be honest. Pillows are not too comforting, i could not sleep well, but it was a minor thing for me.

Very friendly & helpful staff, very clean rooms, perfectly situated, good breakfast options, comfortable beds & pillows, great restaurants near by. We stay here whenever we’re in Barcelona.

I normally filter any hotel to have parking and when l check out the asked for 28 euros per night for the parking which no one mentioned to me before check in and they just mentioned it in hidden place in website if l know I will keep the car outside or in public parking

It was quiet.

The staff. Their attention to detail is superb. It was my father's 76th birthday. They brought a cake with the 76 number candles at breakfast. Then they left a box of chocolates and a bottle of champagne in their room that we enjoyed in the patio that night. My father truly appreciated it. Great professionalism, and attention to detail.

EXCELLENT LOCATION, NEAR THE MAIN SHOPPING AREA, SHORT WALK TO THE CATHEDRAL AND PORT. LOTS OF OPTIONS FOR BREAKFAST, NO HUSSLE AND BUSSLE IN THE HOTEL, VERY CALM AND QUIET.

Modern yet traditional aspects to the hotel. Very comfortable and welcoming. Very comfortable bed and room with nice amenities. Great location. Lovely welcome glass of Cava upon arrival and very pleasant staff.

The pool was out of order on our first day and setting up the TV to show /Crome Cast Netflix was too time consuming to set up. However the pool was working the following day.

-Bed and pillows could use improvement in quality and comfort, falling short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. -Noise from the floor above is easily audible, leading to noticeable disturbances in the room. -Cleanliness standards should be higher, including better-smelling towels and vacuuming/cleaning interior drawers. -Lack of Wi-Fi throughout the stay was inconvenient, and reliance on mobile data was necessary.

The hotel overall was great, especially the people that worked there. Everyone was friendly and eager to help. The breakfast was really good and had many items to choose from. The hotel room was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. The location was great. We booked a room with a terrace and really enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cava on the terrace.

The room itself really needed some attention/upkeep. There are many things that need to be touched up or fixed so that the room doesn't seem so "tired" and old. Paint touch ups. Spots on the ceiling that were poorly repaired after a leak. We splurged on this room, spending more than we normally do on a hotel room by choosing the one with the terrace. While having the terrace was a nice addition there were things about the room that did not meet the standards in relation to the cost. For instance, at the entrance to the toilet closet, the entirety of the door facing was covered in duct tape. Like someone had removed the door facing and replaced it with tape. Seemed really odd and quite janky for a room that costs so much.

Hotel was super clean, comfy bed and very good customer service. last but not least good location. Breakfast was having lots of options and great. Staff was super friendly.
