my favorite thing about this hotel is the location i found it very convenient, the staff also were very friendly and helpful, the place was clean

we had a problem with the bed there was a problem with the wheals of the bed we couldnt stop it so it was moving when we sit on it also it was mentioned that it was soundproof it wasnt the breakfast wasnt really good our room was with a terrace the wall or the fence i dont know what it called it was very high we couldnt see anything

The room was large for Barcelona standards at that price, though the price was discounted because of it being off season. Still, we had a lot of room, because we had a walker and luggage and everything, and we were not crowded. You can tell they're was a lot of pride in building this hotel and, while it shows its wear and tear in places, it was nice. Also, the needs were huge and comfortable.

The breakfast was mediocre at best, the food was cold and so was the coffee. Might as well go to a nearby Cafe for breakfast. Also, the heat took a while to warm up the room, as if the fan was very low or something. But once it finally warmed up it was fine.

The location was excellent, in the middle of everything! It was close to all the famous sight seeing attractions and resturants, walking distance to the beach as well and easy to make it home after a night out. The staff were very polite and always willing to help.

the room could have been bigger, it was quite small and the internet sometimes cut off. The working desk in the room and the chair was not comfortable, so if you are intending to work in the office in the room it is not fit for purpose, but then again this hotel isn't positioned as a "business hotel", it's a family friend hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel after a long trip from The Americas, dealing with significant jet lag and multiple time zone changes. This hotel was the perfect place to realign myself in Europe. The room was exceptionally dark, which was perfect for catching up on much-needed sleep. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning worked flawlessly, ensuring a restful environment. I slept more than I planned, but it was exactly what I needed. The bathroom was impressively spacious, nearly as large as the room itself, adding to the overall comfort of my stay. I didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that aspect. The staff were amazing as well. The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by wonderful restaurants,I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone needing a comfortable and convenient place to rest and recharge.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff was so friendly, even though some of them did not speak English, they were easy to communicate with and went out of their way to make sure we were happy and comfortable. Everyone was exceptional, but Adam seemed to always be available and happy to help. The front desk made so many helpful and amazing restaurants. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a clean, comfortable, beautiful stay in an amazing city!

The location, comfortable bed, clean and nice sheets, accessories given, including umbrellas.

The bathroom needs a bit of a spring clean (there is mold in the corners and between tiles) and the bedside cabinets should be cleaned to remove dust (it was mainly on the phone and the pen). Also the bathtub is quite tall so it might be difficult for elderlies to get out. It's a bit pricey but the area is very nice and Barcelona is expensive.

Spacious room, huge beds. Very clean. Kettle wasn't working but was replaced immediately. Good location for getting around either on foot or public transport.

Tea and coffee was supplied on the day of our arrival but was not topped up during our stay. I have no doubt it would have supplied if I'd asked but for the price paid, I would have expected this to have been provided. Complimentary water would also have been appreciated at least on arrival date. The hotel overall feels pretty dated and would benefit from a refresh.

Nice location two blocks from Casa Batlló and Casa Mila at Paseo de Gracia, near nice restaurants and stores. The room was comfortable and clean, the staff very attentive and diligent.

Hotel in a great, central location. Within a 30 minute walk to the beach and main attractions. Extra large bed with a firm, comfy mattress. Lovely soft bed linen and towels which were changed daily. Spa bath was incredible! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb, lots of choice, scrambled egg was exceptional! Our room was very quiet (410) didn’t hear anything in the 3 nights there. Will definitely re book when we visit Barcelona again. Thank you so much to all the lovely staff and for the cava and treats for my boyfriends birthday :)

We had a leak from the bottom of the toilet on the first night, although this was repaired as soon as we reported it. No beer on draft but there are bars and bistro’s very close by.

Just a block away from the metro station, I enjoyed convenient connections throughout the city, while vibrant shops and restaurants were just minutes away. Overall, this hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone seeking a comfortable and centrally located stay in Barcelona. However, it's the exceptional staff that truly elevates the experience. I highly recommend it!
