I absolutely loved this property! It was only a couple of blocks from the Plaza Catalunya which was a main meeting point and great shopping area. There was also a meeting point there for the Hop on Hop off Bus. There was also a laundromat across the road from the accommodation which was convenient for a long term traveller when I needed to do washing. Staff were lovely!

The location is amazing, close to all the main attractions. I walked to Casa Battló, La Pedrera and the Sagrada Familia. Even Park Guëll is a only a 38 minute £2.55 single ticket bus ride away. The hotel is modern and beautifully clean. The bed was very comfortable. The staff were charming and incredibly helpful.

If I could change one thing it would be breakfast. It is however a real steal at 12 Euros. Fruit, cereal, yogurt, croissants, brioche, juices, cold meats, and cheese, all help yourself as well as a hot dish made to order. However, there's no toast, and the quality of the scrambled eggs varies day by day! There is coffee and green tea but no English tea! However, this doesn't stop me giving the hotel a well deserved 10.

Honestly blown away by this Hotel!! extremely clean and very well appointed!!! stayed for 2 nights for business, extremely helpful staff, and a great breakfast, will definitely be using again as in Barcelona alot!! how it's only a 2 star hotel is beyond me! And it's in a great location!

Exceptional Stay at Hotel Constanza – Room 503 is a Gem! I recently stayed at the 2-star Hotel Constanza in Barcelona, and I must say, it far exceeded my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and eager to assist with anything I needed. The hotel’s location is unbeatable—situated in the Eixample district, it’s just a short walk to Plaza de Cataluña, the Gothic Quarter, and many of the city’s iconic attractions. I was fortunate enough to stay in Room 503, which I highly recommend to anyone visiting. This room is a true gem! It was impeccably clean, spacious, and beautifully designed, with modern furnishings and thoughtful amenities. The private balcony offered stunning views of the city, and it was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring Barcelona. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep, and the bathroom featured a luxurious raindrop shower that added a touch of indulgence. Despite being a 2-star hotel, the service and quality felt like 4 or even 5 stars. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to ensure my stay was perfect. If you’re looking for a comfortable, centrally located hotel in Barcelona that offers incredible value for money, Hotel Constanza is the place to stay. And if Room 503 is available—book it without hesitation! I can’t wait to return on my next visit to Barcelona. Rating: 5/5 Stars PS: Watch out for pickpockets in the city.

The rooms were not fancy but clean and comfortable. We loved our deck. Staff were always friendly and responsive to any requests.

The lighting in the room was not the best

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was spacious, bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing! They gave us a room with an inner courtyard view which turned out to be great - there was no noise and we had a big terrace. The maid comes in every day and everything is spotless.

Space space space! Loved it. The room was very spacious. Bathroom as well. And the balcony looked over the cosy yard- stunning. No street noise. The reality exceeds the pictures. Actual room is way better than pictures. Usually its the opposite:) Location- brilliant, with lots of restaurants around and 5 minute walking distance to the central street pesseig de Gracia. Enjoyed my stay a lot. Would definitely come back.

Everything was great. As a recommendation for service improvement , I would suggest the hotel to provide slippers in the room , as the floor is tile and is a bit uncomfortable to walk barefoot. Would be nice to also provide cattle and cups for coffee/tea. Although, they gave me one when I asked.

Lovely hotel, room was very comfortable, we had outside patio with loungers which was nice to just chill after a long day walking and site seeing, lounge area was comfy with big sofas and books, easy access and in a great location, staff were all friendly and very helpful organising taxis and giving information for bus to Park Guell. Breakfast was available if you wanted.

The only downside was the rooftop bar only opened in May, but this didn't detract from our stay.

We liked everything, the room was big, clean, bed and pillows were comfy. We also had a nice balcony. We had a 8 day stay and everything went well. We also liked the fact that is really close to La Rambla. Also we didn't use public transportation, for exemple Barcelonatta beach is aproximate half an hour walking distance. For travellers that like to explore by foot, the location is perfect. But I think is also perfect for turist that want to use public transportation as La Rambla is 10 minute walking. We didn't had breakfast at hotel, but are a lot of places nearby from where you can grap a coffee and a sandwich. We would definetly choose again this hotel, we had a really nice stay.
