Being met by Mariana with a nice welcome and a smile to hand us the keys in spite of being held up with traffic jams and arriving a bit later than planned. This is a pleasant apartment in the centre of Barcelona, close to many bars and restaurants and within easy walking distance of many shops and attractions. For further out attractions, taxis are close by and very reasonably priced.

A small table on the covered balcony beside the armchair in the larger bedroom would be helpful to put a glass or cup on when sitting there. The toilet in the en-suite in the larger bedroom is not in good condition and needs to be replaced. No hooks in the bathroom or on the back of the door to hang up a dressing down etc.

Brilliant communication with the hosts leading up to our stay and Joanna met us at the property to welcome us and show us everything. We were a family of 5 with a 2, 6 and 8 year old and this accommodation was perfect for us. All 3 rooms were large and comfortable and well positioned around the apartment. The apartment was huge and everything was there we needed. Location wise it was ideally located in between key tourist sites, restaurants and shops and felt very safe at all times with our children. We thought the price was very good compared to some of the other properties we were looking at. We would 100% stay here again when we come back.

The space was gorgeous, the beds were sooo comfortable, the ac was exquisite, the showers were amazing the kitchen was wonderful, the couches were so soft, the balcony was small but nice and they even had parking for $20 euro a day. It was hard to get into because it very narrow but they were very helpful directing you in and then you didn’t have to worry about your car for the whole time you were in Barcelona. It was by far the best place we stayed. Worth every penny. Highest recommendation.

Pulling into the parking space was scary because it was sooo narrow. But also, it was nice to have it.

The location is very good

I didn’t like the apartment. It’s far away from luxury apartment promo on booking . Not cosy. Extremely nosy, one night I had to wake up multiple times because the neighbours tried ti plug in their phones.. . In my room if I switch off the light, we couldn’t use the socket to charge our phones and the light switch was not even in the room, it was in the lobby… Not clean enough. A lot of dust on the floor. And very dark. It’s like you sleep in a closet. Ane mentioning the closet, the real one for clothes were very poor. The light is only in the living room. And also very important when you go out of the building the garbage smell is hardly to support.

Amazing apartment. One of the best places I have stayed in, ever. Such beautiful accommodation. Spacious, clean and comfortable with minimal noise from outside. Conveniently located a short walk from Las Ramblas. A lovely cafe is next door with multiple supermarkets a few minutes walk away. The surrounding area was clean and felt safe. The hosts were excellent in responding to queries and provided very clear check in instructions. The stay also included a free clean and change of towels/sheets.

There was some building work in the neighbouring building which caused some strong fumes into the smaller bedroom for a couple of days making it unusable. However, this would be out of the control of the owners. The lounge area was so large and provided a very comfortable sleeping area.

The space. It was ideal for our family of 4 and our friend, so roomy and perfectly decorated! The location was perfect, you are close to everything, but it was super quiet at night, and only heard the traffic noise when you were out on the balcony, and then there wasn't that much. The fact they gave us a number if there was any noisy neighbours was a bonus, not that we needed it, but nice to have especially when you have tired kids that need there sleep!

Only for a couple of hours did we get cooking smells from our extractor fan, when we hadn't cooked anything at all!! I'm guessing it was from other residents, and it soon went. But very small detail!

Location and size.

Had to pay a $€200 security deposit which was not advertised in advance. It has been one week since checkout and the charge is still pending on my credit card. Noisy tenants (kids running and yelling until 10 pm each night).

Beautiful apartment in a lovely part of the city, 15 minute walk from Plaza Catalunya. It is spacious, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Lots of nice little cafes nearby but in general, it is a very quiet residential area. The staff on the premises 0900-1700 Mon-Fri are very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out were very easy procedures. We loved it!

Neither bedroom had a dressing table/mirror and from memory, I think the twin bedroom either had none or only one bedside locker. The apartment would benefit greatly from such additions. We stayed in 12A on 1st floor and one of the keys seemed faulty, making it tricky to access the apartment on a couple of occasions.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Barcelona. The place is very spacious and beautifully designed, with everything you need to feel right at home. The location is perfect – right in the city center and within walking distance to most of the main attractions. The service was excellent as well, with very kind and helpful hosts who made everything easy and pleasant. There is a parking spot so it was very comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Barcelona
