Good location, metro and bus stations nearby. Reception staff were very friendly. Rooms are basic but nice. The kitchen area is nice too.

Our room was a bit small. Walls are thin and you can hear people as they’re going through the corridor.

Everything was really clean. The reception is working 24/7. The location is very good - one of the main streets.

There is no hot water in the evening. The explonation was a lot of people are taking a shower at the evening. You need to wait for it to heat up again because there is only one water heater for the whole building of 900 rooms O.o. It does not that teribble as it sounds, but we just come to the city after a long trip and we did not have hot water to take a shower. If someone could informe the people during the check in or right after booking about the situation with a hot water - that would be really nice.

Mateus and Melina were exceptional helpful and excited to make our stay comfortable. They smoothly helped resolve our lost luggage issue and arranged airport transfers. Big smiles all the time. These were fantastic people. The room had a huge balcony with a Spanish flavor. Location. The property is near major attractions, restaurants, shops and brand outlets. Across the street there is a fantastic restaurant Teruel for coffee and breakfast, several others just few steps away. A do it yourself ramen restaurant is next door with exceptional service, staff and food. Grocery stores, veg and fruit shoos, bakeries, self laundry and Europcar rental station and garage.

The room was small and facilities are not the high end hotels or apartments, however the room was cosy and had a nostalgic feel to it.

The location of the hotel is great for those who want to visit important buildings, museums and social areas in the city. The common kitchen area can easily be used for breakfast, everything to meet basic needs is well thought out. Service, hospitality and enlightening guidance for citysightseeing were appreciated:) If I visit Barcelona again I would definitely look for no other place. The proximity to public transportation was great.

The only problem is that the hotel is open to a lot of noise due to its location. Since we traveled all day and we were very tired including our daughter, it cannot be said that we were overly affected, but it may not be very suitable for those with noise sensitivity.

Excellent reception staff. Very friendly. Showed us to the room and provided all the necessary information. We arrived in the morning and they kept our luggage in lockers till we could get our room keys and again kept luggage at check out as we had a late flight. Nothing was too much trouble. The shared kitchen is a great facility. Very clean and each room is allocated space in the fridge. Also complimentary bread and muffins available. Bed was very comfy and shower was ideal. Room was very clean. The location of the guest house is superb. Felt a very safe area. Would definitely stay here again with no hesitation.

To be honest personally for me there wasn't anything I didn't like which is why I scored a 10 however the walls are thin and can clearly hear the shower from room next door. I live in a flat so very used to these sort of noises but maybe if you like complete silence maybe not the right choice for you. Also the light from hall shines through gap in door. Not issue for me but may be for others

We loved their common kitchen it has all everything you need from free croissant to cereals and utensils. The balcony in our room is superb as you can see the view outside. The guest house is located in a quiet and not too crowded place even though it is close to a lot of tourist attraction. Restaurants and grocery stores are everywhere which is very convenient. Metro is a few steps away too. Overall loved this place.

When we turned on the AC and when we woke up the next day, it leaked inside the toilet from the ceiling so the bathroom floor got wet. Good thing it was still chilly outside so we just turned it off.

The location is absolutely perfect—close to all the major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the city so convenient and stress-free. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and offered great recommendations.

There were a couple of downsides. The walls in the rooms are quite thin, so we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway, which was a bit disruptive at times. Additionally, the bathroom layout was a little awkward, with limited space, which some people may find difficult to use. Despite these minor issues, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its excellent location, wonderful staff, and overall comfortable stay.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The location is unbeatable—everything you could need or want is just a short walk away, making it incredibly convenient to explore. From the moment I arrived, I felt so warmly welcomed, especially by Melina, whose genuine kindness and attention to detail made my stay unforgettable. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, offering helpful tips and making me feel completely at home. Gorgeous property, in a great location for visiting Barcelona. The staff we lovely and on arrival were able to tell show us the surround area on a map and best public transport to take! Also went above and beyond after I had left one of my belongings and posted it home for me <3

Could have used a bit more of a clearer sign outside the property for the hotel, as I couldn’t find it at first but was able to call reception straight away for guidance.

Everybody was very kind. We arrived with a baby, and they upgraded our room for a bigger one, whiteout asking jusr because someone cancelled the bigger room. The breakfaat diner is very cosy too, also they have a good common kitchen with the basic stuff for your meals and a fridge to keep your food. The balcony with curtains was also warm and cosy. We had our wonderful breakfasts there.
