+The location of the accommodation is fantastic (just 10-15 min walk to Casa Batllo). +Everything was very clean starting with the room, bathroom and the hallway. +The stuff was really kind and let us keep the luggage at the reception on the day of the departure until the end of their program. + A lot of coffee shops / brunch restaurant nearby

- The reception is in another building, but pretty close to the accommodation, the only inconvenience is that you have to around with your luggage (+ the elevators are very small). - There was an issue with the door of the shower: there was a gap and the water kept getting all over the bathroom. -When we arrived the balcony door was left opened and it took almost 3 days to get the room to a warm temperature (the remote to the AC was missing) -The fridge was not that cold enough ( the wether outside during the night felt colder). It might be an issue if you travel with some medicine that needs constant chilly temperature

The location of the property is very central and is a great base to walk to key sights such as Sagrada and Casa Battlo, but you also have several public transport options easily within reach if needed. The room was cleaned every day and was great for what we needed it for. Yes, you need to check in for some of the rooms at a location 2 minutes walk away, but it's fine and don't let this put you off - if you arrive after 4pm, you can do an online check in before you get there, then a self check in on the day. You then just confirm your check in the next day in person but this was very easy. They will also hold your luggage until 4pm when you check out. There's also a lift in the building. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The ONLY thing that bothered us was that the toilet seat was one of those plastic ones that always falls down when you put it up. Quite frustrating when you're sitting down and it keeps hitting your back - I'd just recommend swapping these to normal seats.

Check in is located 15 minutes walk from accomodation. Fridge was not cooling.

Location was perfect!!!! In the city centre, close to most popular locations. Room was cute and cleant, staff was polite and helpful. Room is cleaned every day - that was a nice surprise, knowing that we are going in a low cost hotel. Very nice accommodation!! I'm recommending it 100%!

Good room for some nights in Barcelona, I really liked the area not so turistic but close to the main shopping streets. You have very nice restaurants around the hotel for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

The check-in (reception) at is at another place, so we had to walk with our bagage two times. It's like a 8 minute walk.

Attentive host, facilities in good condition all around, powerful climate control.

There were one or two small details about the facilities (slightly damaged bathroom door handle, toilet lid not staying up), but that's it.

The check in process was a bit bizarre: if you arrive after 4pm you have to go to the office next day to check in. But when we did they told us it is already done. Nothing bad or too much work, it was just bizarre

Perfect location, good size room, easy check in and check out (once been to the other location to ‘check in’)

Check in was not really necessary- if there is a way of paying tourist tax online would be a lot easier, had to go to different location basically to just pay the tourist tax.

Small room (but that was explained on site). Very clean and great location.

Front door to property (entrance) was a bit touchy. Had to be very quick after entering code to push it open.

The rooms are beautiful, the beds are really really comfortable. The location is great, the bus is nearby, but you can also reach everything walking. The rooms were clean.

The price is bit high.
