The location was perfect, quiet neighbourhood but still in the city centre. The apartment was spacious, ideal for travelling with kids. The kitchen was well equipped, cleaning lady came every day if needed. You should absolutely visit cafe which is located just around the corner. The breakfast and coffee are delicious! We’ve enjoyed our staying in this apartment very much and definitely coming back if we are in Barcelona again!

The apartment is spacious by European standards and was clean and well appointed both in terms of furnishings, appliances and kitchen utensils. The location is somewhat convenient to the Metro and located in an historical part of the city and a short walk from the Arc de Triomf and groceries. It was about a 15 to 30 minute walk to some of the more popular tourist attractions so be prepared with comfortable walking shoes.

The shower was a bit awkward to enter and bathroom overall seemed a bit dated. The non-master bedroom is pretty small with limited storage area and walking space.

Perfect location in a quiet part of Eixample, really nice organic fruit and veg shop around the corner as well as multiple city supermarkets (Mercadona, Condis). Immaculately clean and cleaned with fresh bedding each day. Great air conditioning, probably the best I have ever had in Barcelona. Reception were very helpful and attentive. Very baby friendly, our 6 month old slept perfectly in the cot provided and was able to crawl freely around the living room space without hazards. Self catering provisions were great.

Freezer was not a proper freezer. The free standing tv was placed on top of chest of drawers in the bedroom over where the cot was placed, which obviously is a huge hazard - but we moved this ourselves. No oven gloves provided in the kitchen. Sofa needs replacing with a new one as the cushions slid out of place when sat on, exposing the frame and making it uncomfortable.

This is the perfect location to explore Barcelona! Full of light, the apartment was large and comfortable while the kitchen was well appointed.But we only made breakfast during our stay as there were many cafes and restaurants nearby. Although close to major tourist sites our apartment was quiet and we had no trouble sleeping after a hectic day.Carrier Casp where the apartment is situated is easily accessible from the main Avenida Diagonal so it was very easy to navigate the streets and attractions, including the Metro and train stations.We love Barcelona and this apartment allowed us to have a taste of it's vibrant and colourful lifestyle

It was wonderful , very spacious kitchen , huge fridge ,washing machine , microwave , oven and dishwasher. Hair dryer was available in e master toilet. Clean and all e staff we met were polite. I love that they also use WhatsApp to communicate , fast n efficient . Very centralized , we cld walk almost everywhere. Also walking distance fm Barcelona Nord bus station if u are going on any bus tours. On e left there's a lovely cafe with e bestest chocolate cake, and also a supermarket . There's also a few other supermarkets ard the area . Lots of dining options nearby. 2 Metro Stations , Arc De Triomphe on e Right , abt a 10-15min walk away And Tetuan on e left abt 10mins away . For shopaholics , there's a huge Mango outlet on e left , 2mins away . We felt very safe even late at night ard e area.

The only thing was a slight sewage smell in e common toilet , but I put in a air fragrance sachet n it helped . A few more Nespresso coffee pods and washing detergent pods wld have been nice. But small matter as we also brought our own.

The staff was wonderful! Jordi was very welcoming and made sure to direct us to great restaurants. We will certainly be back! We love it here! They went out of their way for us with everything we needed. The customer service is EXCELLENT!

There was nothing we disliked about CASP 74. Everything was great, and we look forward to staying in with them again when we return. The elevator is in great condition so we didn't have any problems getting to our room on the higher floor.

They clean the apartment in daily basis and change the towels as needed. Customer service was excellent and helpful. They allowed us to keep our luggages before our check in and after our check out.

Stayed pre and post cruise. Very easy check in both times on return we arrived at 09.30 am to leave bags. Receptionist told us to go get coffee and come back at 11 and our room would be ready. We did and it was. Very impressed. Room both times very clean, great facilities. Lovely coffee shops nearby and a supermarket on the corner. Need to get taxi to beach as too far to walk but reception will organise one for you.

Nothing everything was fantastic

Location was the best, close to very lovely coffee shop and supermarket (just around the corner) and restaurants and major streets like Passeig de Gracia and Las Ramblas. Apartment was very clean, modern and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Reception was always available 24/7 so it was easy to get help with questions on nearby restaurants and ordering a taxi.

The shower and bath only has a partial cover so water did splash everywhere. If a full shower curtain or cover was installed, it would make for a less messy shower time and floors not being all wet afterwards.

Jorge greeted us after buzzing us into front office. We were registered & given instructions with efficiency and given suggestions for local coffee shop, grocery shaping & metro. Cleaning staff were exceptional in maintaining our beautiful 2 bedroom suite. Kitchen very clean and well equipped. Both bathroom spacious, plenty of counter space and abundant linens. Living & dining space comfortable, quiet and well furnished. TV non-operable upon arrival, Jorge sent maintenance immediately & problem solved. Bedrooms well lit, comfortable beds, abundant storage and electronic room darkening shades an extra addition. Our stay a joy! Could not praise check out staff ( Carlos) enough..I left my passport at the apartment.. Staff called me at Cruise terminal and I returned immediately which averted a horrendous situation.
