I loved the apartment, very close to the metro and all other stuff around. Shops were close by too. Every few stores, there is a corner shop where you get almost anything. Lots of food places around. Easy to get from aeroport using metro. It has an elevator as well and the room had a safe box as well. Will stay here again or any other MH apartments as we were happy with it.

1. Automated check in procedure 2. Main door, not sure how to explain but there is a barrier / step you need to go over.... Not a problem for us but if u have a push chair or wheel chair u will need to lift it. We didn't check is that barrier can open manually as we didn't need too. 3. On check out, we had to empty bins, that wasn't a problem but to take it out of the building and empty it on the street bins, not sure where to empty it.

The property was clean, light and spacious. Location was decent enough, though the local metro line is currently closed resulting in a 10 min 6 block walk to the nearest line. Plenty of mini-marts nearby for supplies and a Carrefour Express in the neighbouring block. The kitchen had all we needed for a 2 night stay (we ate in one night and out the other). Access to the property required a fairly lengthy process of registering passports etc using a machine before eventually producing a key card, but ultimately it worked pretty well. Air conditioning worked excellently and was very welcome. A/C wall units were present in the two main bedrooms and in the living space. Beds were large and comfortable. There is a lift (working!) available - particularly welcome during check in/out. Plenty of hot water for showers/baths - the h/w tank is massive!

This property, whilst well presented had all the hallmarks of a managed rental property - i.e. a fairly lifeless or soulless apartment which is easy to clean and turn around. Also the neighbouring building is undergoing some pretty heavy refurb at the moment so be prepared to be woken at 8 sharp to the sound of hammer drills etc. The floors are hard surfaces - and by the sound of it, this is the same throughout the building so also be prepared for some late night heavy footsteps and scraping of furniture across the tiled floors.

Spacious, good central location, comfortable. Nearby supermarkets. No street noise. Very clean.

For a family of 5, even with short showers we ran out of hot water after 3 people. If you like sleeping in, note the apartment looks out over a school play yard which got noisy around 9am when they started doing aerobics to Flashdance. I was entertained but my kids weren’t too happy :) also note there is no luggage storage on site so if you arrive early you will need to walk a few blocks to a nearby luggage storage business.

Very large, clean apartment with wonderfully comfortable beds. Fabulous location in the middle of Barcelona...20 mins walk from Sagrada Familia, lower Gothic Quarter, or Passeig de Gracia. Also a perfect location for a morning walk or jog to the Arc de Triomf and into the Parc de la Cituadella. Tetuan metro right out the door and Arc de Triompf station 5-7 mins walk. Restaurants and coffee shops all around. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped, albeit a tiny bit more rustic than we had thought from the pictures, but quite nice. The beds are two twins pushed together to form a king in two of the bedrooms, (one with en suite bath) and a single twin bed in the third bedroom. Very comfortable beds that we compared back to for the rest of our trip. Another full bath for the other two bedrooms to share. Shampoo, body wash and sponge, dish soap provided. The three bedroom apartment number 5-2 does not face the road at all, so road noise is not a problem. In mid June there was still a school in session next door and our apartment looked to their courtyard, but we didn't hear them softly til almost 9AM with a louder older group around 10:30AM. Fun noise though, hearing the kids at play. Very quiet at night. Keys are generated through a check-in machine in the lobby. Very efficient and at the time we checked in, there were staff standing by to make sure we completed without issue. We could have likely checked in early too, if not for our flight delay. There is a lift and stairs. Three bedroom is on the 5th floor. Definitely recommend. Great value for the space, comfort and convenience.

There is no WhatsApp number for contact, so I only contacted them when needed through the booking app and they were responsive in short turnaround. There were no directions on how to operate the cooktop, so for the benefit of those to follow who may not be familiar...1) push the lock/unlock button once 2) press and hold the power button, at which time each of the burner lights will flash a zero (I believe) and then 3) use the + to up the heat on the burner of choice..

This is a very comfortable apartment. It has a great location, walking distance to restaurants and the metro is located right at front of the apartment. The air conditioner was not working and staff did come over to verify it. But at the end of the day it stopped working. For 2 nights it was an okay stay. It would had been great if the air conditioner would had worked. Apartment has washing machine, very convenient.

The check in is through a check in machine not that easy to use. Our credit cards kept declining and they were all good credit cards with funds. There was no reason to decline. Had to call and the staff sent a link to make the payment. So this was a little inconvenient when you are tired and have to deal with this issue.

Space very comfortable. Great to have washing machine but needed instructions. Great location for variety of places to eat. Felt safe in this area.

No paper towels in kitchen. Requested more towels and did not receive. Could not take bath because no stopper. Should install hand rails because tub is very slippery. Air conditioning needed directions. Would have appreciated luggage racks. Shades or curtains in apartment hallway would have helped the heat. Would be helpful to have directions to remote control on television.

"I had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The first thing that caught my attention was how spacious it is. It provided ample room for me to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. The location is also fantastic, as it is easily accessible to almost everything. I loved that the shopping store was just a short walk away, making it convenient for me to grab any essentials or souvenirs. Additionally, being able to walk to the beach was a huge plus for me. It allowed me to enjoy the beautiful coastline without having to worry about transportation. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a variety of dining options. And if I needed any last-minute items, the convenience store was just around the corner. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for its spaciousness and convenient location. It made my stay in the area truly enjoyable!"

Collecting the keys from the automatic dispenser worked well except I had to check why it showed only 2 guests instead of 4 and was told that was a default setting . Excellent location just meters from the Metro stop. Excellent Sichuan restaurant next door. Clean comfortable apartment.

If a coffee machine is supplied then coffee pods should be as well. The ones we went and bought were the wrong size. No kettle supplied but learnt as we left that we could have asked for one. Had to use the microwave to make a cup of tea.

Great location and price. Decent size. Allows booking of taxi the day before you checkout. Responsive staffs. Quiet except for some neighbors up top; tho school hasn’t started so we evaded potential noisy school kids lol

Need more curtains on windows as you can see the inside properties of other tenants and vice-versa. Kitchen vent not working; unless I don’t know how to use it :P

- 10/10 location, right in between main square, park, and sagrada familia. Metro station 10m from the entrence. - 10/10 value. Suprised by the overall value, most places in as good a location in a similar price range seemed much worse off. - Great apartment.

None of this was a concern for us or anyone's fault, but worth noting: - Not the most quite apartment. - parking options are a bit sketchy and expect to pay 20+ EUR per day if coming by car.
