You can feel like you at home in the common area, you can hangout by yourself or your friends ( of course you need to inform staff if you intend to bring your friends from outside), you can cook easily in the kitchen etc. Showers are a little small but that’s quite enough for showering for sure. Hostel is clean, beds are cozy, perfect location. You can enjoy breakfast cereals, oats, milk, some jam and bread slices, limited tea and coffee till midnight.

It is was ok if you stay 10 people in one room, but it can be a little noisy during night time because everybody has different sleeping hours. I can sleep like this, it was ok, just want to highlight for people who might be effected even with a little sound around.

The area was very central to everything that I wanted to go see. The place was very organized, clean and the rooms were comfy. The staff was very considerate of the people since whenever night hit, they closed the windows to keep out the noise and turned off the lights. The beds offered private lighting to it never affected any visibility. Breakfast was DIY, but had a lot of variety so I enjoyed that very much. A lot of sites are walking distances but public transportation is nearby as well.

A few things that maybe I would change are the following: 1. The beds should maybe have a curtain for more privacy, especially since the rooms are mixed. I am a female and didn't really feel 100% comfortable sleeping between two beds that had males in them. 2. I'm not sure if I missed it, but this place is on the SECOND floor and although they have a small elevator for luggages, it was still a bit weird. 3. Maybe invest in getting a sign outside the building to help locate the place easier, they only have a small label on their doorbell. Thankfully I caught it, especially for people who don't see very well. Besides that, everything was pretty great!

I stayed at this hostel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, cozy, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant. What truly stood out was the staff – when I got food poisoning, they went above and beyond to help me, helping me order water for delivery, offering medicine, and making sure I was okay. Their kindness and care meant a lot! The hostel was spotless, comfortable, and when it got a bit chilly, they even brought me a heater. I really appreciate such excellent service and would definitely stay here again!

The only thing is that I expected breakfast to be a buffet-style meal, like in other places I’ve stayed, but it turned out to be a bit different. However, this is more about my personal expectations rather than an issue with the hostel itself. Everything else was great, and I would happily stay here again!

I liked the location of the hostel, the information I received beforehand from the staff, and the fact that I was able to check in even before the scheduled time. I appreciated April’s constant kindness and sincere smile, as well as her effort to accommodate me in a room/bed according to my expectations. I liked Gardenia’s friendliness and open, welcoming attitude throughout my entire stay. I appreciated that Carol provided me with the most comfortable pillow and was always available whenever her services were needed. I admired Jose’s effort in facilitating access to utilities, offering helpful tips and recommendations for enjoying the stay, and ensuring the place was impeccably clean at all times, thanks to his continuous movement for the comfort of the guests. I congratulate the entire staff and hope to see you again soon. Thanks to you, I overcame the prejudices and hesitations I had about staying at/living in a hostel. I didn't like the fact that my stay at the hostel was only 6 days. I didn't like having to part with all the acquaintances and friends I made during my stay. I hope to return to you as soon as possible!

Fabrizzios felt like a home away from home, only better. Quiet and cozy ambience with lots of common areas. Well equipped kitchen with free food (eggs, bread, muffins, fruit juices, tea, coffee and other beverages etc) available throughout the day helps a lot. Staff were friendly and helpful. They were also very conscientious in keeping the hostel clean. The hostel is on the first floor. If you have heavy luggage, you can request the staff to help you with their elevator. The rooms are big, bright and airy and very well ventilated with a good view of Girona street. The Girona Metro station and the Mercadona Supermarket are very close by. It is walking distance to the Palau Musica and other attractions. Very highly recommended.

Location is the top seller for this hostel, because you're very close to a lot of places. The Terrace is also nice. Breakfast options: eggs, cereal, milk, bread(?) - forgot if they had it or I had to buy the bread. I met a friend from Israel and one from Ukraine there. They give you a key for the luggage locker. Room is quite big (5.5m x 4.5m or so..) ; was wondering why place bunk beds if there is enough space to have beds placed on the ground? There still can be enough space for the luggage locker even if this is done.

Vintage finishes. A renovation would be welcomed for the hallways and two of the bathrooms. But the price is adequate. Staff can be more friendly or offer more recommendations. maybe it wasn't a good day for the girl. Happens. Dunno if they organize events or pub crawls. Didn't seemed to be the case, but I might be wrong.

All staff working here are super friendly and so kind, they did every effort to make my stay comfortable with big smiles, I felt so comfortable during my whole stay. Easy to meet people, great atmosphere. I actually had some reservations with another high reviews hostel after I started here, but since I loved Fabrizio’s hostel much more, so I came back and extended some more nights. I’ll definitely stay only at Fabrizio’s hotel for my Barcelona trip!! I really felt like home, it was really special experience for me!! Thank you so much!!

Location is great, only 3 min walk from metro station. The facility set up was great, there was juices and small snacks all they long, very good! Staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. I’d have no hesitation in recommending this place. Well done guys!

The only thing that was a bit annoying was the door in the bedroom because every time someone needs to leave the bedroom and close the door. The door just slams by itself and it’s quite loud specially at night time other than that all good. So Id suggest to have a look at that door so it would definitely make a much more relaxing experience.

The location of the hostel is superb. Walking distance from the centre of town and all transport. 10 minutes to Las Rambla. Excellent facilities in the hostel. Super clean, and the three ladies running the hostel were superb. The building that houses the hostel is a fin de siecle Barcelona townhouse, and we recommend having a quiet read and tea in the beautiful lounge and admire the ceiling.

There wasn't anything, really not to like.

It is well located, nice staff, very practical and helpful for solo travelers. You can put your luggage before check-in and after check-out and you can use every part of the hostel during this period except bed. It helped me a lot! I already got 3 friends during my 3 days stay. I could cook my own food there!

Wifi connection was not working properly. Except reception, I could not get nice WiFi connection in any part of the hostel. If this is solved, it is wonderful place to stay!
