The apartment was a large clean minimalist studio with small balcony with chairs overlooking a quiet street. A large room with good king sized bed, very large bathroom with good hot shower. Very high ceilings throughout. The kitchen was basic, adequate for small meals, reheatings. Great location with good restaurant & groceries very nearby. Fantastic subway access.

Incredibly drab & monochromatic. Totally devoid of color and art, which was jarring to come home to after a day in a vibrant artistic city. Minimalist design to extreme. I hope management will strongly consider some art, or mirrors, painting a wall other than drab. Please!

They were so friendly and responsive primarily contacted via email but so fast to address any issues.

The "reception" is only open at this specific facility monday thru Friday during regular business hours there is a number you can call for immediate assistance. So you just have to be self aware.

The room was clean. The kitchen had the basic requirements. We had breakfasts in our kitchen, and one dinner. The shelves were made of lightly finished plywood. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large and everything worked. The sink was stylish, but not practical - not possible to fill the sink to shave. Great location. We walked to some of Barcelona's key spots. Supermarket right next door. Very pleasant man at reception. Thankful our room was ready early for us.

In my experience, the room was expensive for what was provided. I guess that shows how popular Barcelona is. The elevator was tempermental. The street noise was loud, and the window was single glazed, so we heard it all. There was one chair and no sofa, so sitting in the evening was not comfortable. The microwave and toaster worked. The button to open the microwave door took a lot of force. I was afraid I would break it. The toaster filaments were exposed. It worked, but seemed like a fire hazard.

Exceptional Stay at Casa Abamita We had the pleasure of staying at Casa Abamita for 4 nights, and it was a truly memorable experience. The property exceeded our expectations in every way. The bed was very comfortable, ensuring restful nights after days of exploring the city. Great value for the quality provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the seamless entry process using the door code, which added convenience to our trip. The free Wi-Fi was reliable and fast, which made it easy to stay connected during our visit. We highly recommend Casa Abamita to anyone visiting Barcelona. It felt like a home away from home, and we would gladly return.

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Abamita. Our room was so beautiful cosy and comfortable. It has everything you need. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Location is just perfect. Bed and pillows are very comfortable and everything is very clean. We had a late check in and instructions were very easy and clear to understand, as reception was closed already. Love that we had a coffee machine in the room and coffee capsules, which we used every morning.

Everything was superb and nothing to complain.

Location ideal for all major attractions walking distance from 10 - 25 minutes away only Park de Guell was about 50 minutes away. Lovely restaurants close by. Super Market two doors down. Quiet location even though close to everything.

A few more pieces of equipment. A larger frying pan , a small saucepan. The TV didn’t have options for other languages. But our remote didn’t work properly. Instructions for the safe need to be clearer.

The property was central to all of the downtown, so it was easily walk-able to all of the tourist attractions, the gothic quarter, and also a short walk to Montjuïc. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the little balcony with large doors was a nice way to end the day (or start the day) with some fresh air and a perch above the street. There is a good little grocery store on the same block as well, so that was nice to get some supplies for the room.

The room could have had some more decorative elements, like some artwork or something in the bathroom so it didn’t look so bare. It also would have been nice to have some tissues available, but I bought some at the grocery store, so no issues. The couch was a hide-a-bed and it didn’t seem to close properly, so when I sat on it, it felt like I was being launched off, so I just didn’t use it. All-in-all, there wasn’t much that I didn’t like - there could have been some additional touches done, but it was still great.

Extremely well located and good apartment size for us that we’re 4 people. Staff is super friendly!

They don’t have storage in their facilities and even when they do have another facility 5 mins from there to store the luggage this isn’t convenient at all when you’re visiting 5 cities in one week. They should definitely preview storage there itself
