The location is close to city center, supermarket and restaurants!

If guests are staying for more than 3 days, hope there are extra towels already available.

Very large apartment with full kitchen, laundry and 3 bathrooms. Regina (who checked us in) was friendly and very helpful. Overnight security in the lobby helped us when we were approached by sketchy people outside while waiting for a car. Mercadona grocery store downstairs.

Location good in terms of walking distance to bus station, Plaza Catalunya but the area is getting run down. We were warned on multiple occasions to be vigilant as there were many thefts on that street. Many large groups partying in the building - singing, shouting, banging doors and loud footsteps until 4am every night. Leak in the kitchen (we think from the bathroom) - had messaged after-hours number with no response.

Someone was waitinng for us at the property at the agreed time, to do the bag drop as we were early, and we ended up being able to check in early which was great! Easy process, and very nice appartment - excellent location and large living spaces. Light, clean apartment - worked very well for our needs!

We didn't have any formal bag drop optoins as there was no reception so organizing a time where everyone would be able to come at the same time to drop their bags was a bit tricky but in the end it worked out perfectly

Location was excellent. Staff service was very good. Apartment was spacious and clean and had an outside patio deck with lovely potted plants.

Apartment was in the attic of an original Barcelona building and there was a working older elevator which only went to the floor below the attic so we had to carry our bags up another 3 flights of stairs. There was no washing machine as advertised in the booking and the bed in the master bedroom needed a new box spring and mattress as the current mattress was not well supported and squeaked a lot. Noise at times from the other apartments in the building was a problem but not disruptive for sleep. Prior knowledge of apartment location in the Attic would have been appreciated.

Amazing location (many buses pass from here and taxis), beautiful comfortable spacious big apartment of high ceilings with equipped kitchen and towels offered. The apartment is on the first floor but there is also a lift if you want to use it. There is also a helpful doorman who is at the reception all night so it is very safe. The apartment had the following rooms: 1) A very big bedroom with a/c viewing the front main road with 2 comfy single beds 2) A small bedroom attached to tbeddroom 1 with a single bed and a bunk bed (sleeps 3 people) 3) A small room (ensuite with shower) with 2 single beds 4) A very big bedroom next to the living room with 2 single beds. 5) A big corridor attached to the living room and also bedroom No4 with h2 single beds in a row. This corridor can be isolated from living room and bedroom No4. The corridor has amazing nice view to a square and has big windows with a lot of light coming in from the square. 6) A huge beautiful living room of high ceiling with 3 big sofas and a big dining table. The living room has an a/c that coold also the corridor and room No4. 7) Two big bathrooms (there is a third shower in the small ensuite room No 3. The communication with the person managing the property was very quick and direct (whats app). This was our second time staying in this building (different apartments) and again we are very happy. We will definitely stay here again next time we will visit Barcelona.

Regina was very helpful and very responsive on chats. She gave great instructions on how to get to the apartment and what's nearby. She was also very nice to have waited for us due to our late arrival. The apartment is very spacious and clean and centrally located. The kitchen is spotless, we managed to cook one meal during our stay.

One of the rooms is much smaller, and so is one of the toilets, luckily we have two guys who didn't mind taking the small toilets.

The reception/check-in was 24/7 available and very friendly. The appartement itself was very big and spacious which made it very comfortabel to use. Next to that the rooms where big and the beds where good. Next to a large living room and kitchen that where available. The metro and supermarkets where all close by which was very convenient.

One room that was connected to the kitchen was open to the hallway via non-closable windows. It would be a good improvement if they can be closed because now if anyone was awake the person in here would hear them walk to the hallway/kitchen/living room.

The location and size of the apartment.

Showers - the one with the connecting bedrooms had a seal on the door that didn't stay on which caused water to pool on the floor. The other shower is kind of dangerous. It's slippery, and needs to have some sort of handle in the shower. The location is great, but keep in mind that this is a busy area. Noisy with lots of traffic and people walking late at night. Close to the grocery store.

Fantastic location and size of apartment, very bright and furnished well.

Bathrooms could be updated slightly

Our family of 5 (grandad and young adult children) stayed in the 3 bedroom apartment. Location is outstandingly good, walkable to everything except Parc Guell, safe and quiet. Excellent personal welcome with host, and prompt response when required. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and had great street views and sunlight. Would love to return and stay again!
