• The room is truly spacious and full of natural light. The bed is very comfortable, providing excellent rest and sleep quality. • The hotel is perfectly located — everything is nearby, and it’s easy to reach the main attractions both on foot and by public transport. • The staff is friendly and welcoming, leaving a pleasant impression from the very first moments. • The room is equipped with nearly everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including a small private terrace. • The bathroom is spacious and well-equipped.

• The cleaning on the terrace was superficial: dirt and stains remained on surfaces and were not properly cleaned. In the bathroom, there were black marks in the corners. • Bottled water was not provided every time — only once during two cleanings. • Breakfast is not included in the room rate and costs €18 per person. The menu is limited, with hot dishes consisting exclusively of egg-based options. • Some of the tableware at breakfast was chipped. On one occasion, a plate cracked right on the table during serving. • There was no shoehorn in the room — a small detail, but unexpected for a four-star hotel. • The furniture in the room looked a little bit tired.

We chose this Hotel because of the location near the airport and that was a good decision. It was fun to be in the hotel because it was very modern in a good way!

The hotel was in a great location, right in the centre near all the main streets and only 8-10 min walk from airport bus stop. Reception Staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and well equipped with everything you might need plus tea and coffee too. It was v clean and bed was a large kingsize and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a wonderful choice and again the staff were very friendly and helpful. Newly decorated dining room looked great!

Please put mugs/ cups in rooms not paper cups.

This is a very pleasant hotel in an excellent position for visiting Barcelona--in the center, near a subway station and major bus lines. But most places a tourist would like to see are within reasonable walking distance. I've stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. The air conditioning is exceptional--an important consideration for a summer visit. The staff is lovely--helpful, welcoming, friendly. They made a number of arrangements for me with no hesitation or problems. The breakfast is way better than average, with the usual buffet items but also interesting egg and savory dishes on request. The restaurant is excellent, but there are many, many excellent restaurants in easy walking distance. The small pool and bar area on the rooftop are a great place to relax after a busy day. NIce views, friendly staff. All in all, this is a really good hotel for visiting Barcelona. I will be returning on my next visit there.

The staff is amazing, caring, attentive and really made us feel welcomed and comfortable during the stay. Nice views from the window and the rooftop. Good breakfast and the restaurant is delicious. The location is near the arc de triumph and shopping street, many cafes around, nice area.

The room could be cosier, a carpet, an armchair would make it feel better The warm breakfast quality could be improved by using real fresh pancakes and waffles instead of packaged ones. The pool is very shallow- 70 cm or something and the working hours are quite short :(

Comfortable room and bed, amazing breakfast, good location, modern facilities

Rude and lazy team at the reception, very small swimming pool that should actually be called a bathtub, only 6 chairs at the terrace, always full of people. When I went to the reception to ask for a good moment to be able to enjoy the swimming (as it was always crowded) the team at the reception was extremely arrogant saying that they are not a resort, trying to show their website to prove they give the measurements of the swimming pool but they couldn’t say anything when I showed them that the booking was made via Booking.com and that there is no measurements there). I asked to talk to the manager and the 2 guys at the reception called a very impolite woman that in the end was not even the manager.

Breakfast and the restaurant team, welcoming and attentive. FO team attentive and professional. Despite their professionalism, we have requested assist to book a transfer to the airport during traffic jam hours, and we were guaranteed 30min would be enough, unfortunately it took us 50min and a peak of stress which was not necessary. Hope this can be a note to help grow and improve the team. It was a short but great stay!

The shower hose needs urgent maintenance. The transfer company organized by the hotel needs to be reevaluated: arrived almost 10min late, van in very bad conditions and dirty. Although transfers are outsourced companies, it must be seen an extension of the hotel image and standards.

The hotel location is amazing, next to many restaurants, cafes, gift shops and also near catalonia square. Also a bus station is like 3 minutes walk from the hotel and a metro station is also near by. The personal are friendly and helpful. The room we got was very spacious and we were given a room with a view as I requested which was very nice. The bathroom also is big with a nice shower. The cleaning staff were very nice and helpful, we had an accident on the bed where my husband spilled some tea and they were very nice and got cleaned for us without complaining. It’s a very clean hotel overall. After 11pm the hotel closes the door and only hotel residents can enter using their room cards or by the receptionist which makes it a very safe hotel. The area around the hotel gets very quiet after 10-11 pm. The rooms are very quiet and the mattress is very comfortable. The checkin process was fast and easy. The value for the money was very good. We didn’t try the breakfast at the hotel as we wanted to try the cafes and restaurants around it. They can hold your luggage after checkout time which is an added bonus. We loved our stay and we will definitely come back to stay there again.

upon arrival, we were pleased with the overall appearance, cleanliness, and maintenance of the hotel. The location is excellent, the reception team was welcoming,and breakfast service were all excellent. The great breakfast was the top of everithing with good customer care. We got late check out as compensation for what didn't good in hotel organisation during our stay. Great terrace with the view and good coctails.

I've unfortunately experienced several issues that have affected my stay: On the first day, housekeeping did not clean the room or replace towels. • 2 nights the AC stopped working. I was given a fan, but it was too noisy to use while sleeping. I was told it was turned off . For a hotel of this category, and at €250 per night, I believe this is unacceptable. If hotel can improve all this the final score should be 10 since the rooms are big, bed very comfy, breakfast great and location the best.

Our stay at Vincci Gala was absolutely perfect. The hotel is in an excellent location and all the big attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The breakfast is wonderful and the restaurant is beautiful. Our twin room was beautiful and we had a lovely balcony to sit and chat on. The room is very modern and clean, the bathroom was very glamorous, the beds were so comfortable and the wardrobes and cupboards were spacious for hanging and storing clothes. I was with my daughter to celebrate her 18th birthday and the hotel surprised us with a lovely cake for 2, a personalised birthday card and a bottle of bubbles in ice. Barcelona is a great place to visit and the hotel was outstanding.
