Great location within walking distance of shops, resturants and cute outside cafe's. Nicely renovated and very clean. Housekeeping was excellent. We appreciated having a hot water pitcher in the room. We brought our own coffee & coffee cups. Small fridge was helpful. We also had our own travel utensils, so I was able to eat my fruit &yogurt for breakfast. There is a safe in the room we did not use. Staff was very friendly & helpful.

The two twin beds put together=king bed. Way too big for the small room. A queen, or standard size bed would have fit better. One side was against the wall. A smaller bed would allow a walkaround on both sides. The bathroom and shower is very small. You have to leave the shower door open to have space for your head when standing up from the toilet. The bathroom might be considered uncomfortable for a larger person.

The location is perfect for transportation, sightseeing, shopping and dining. Everything you need is within walking distance. The room was very comfortable and clean except for a stained table in the main bedroom space. The bathroom was clean, spacious and the water temperature and pressure was just right. The reception clerk was very efficient and helpful. The room is fitted with a USB and C ports on both sides of the night stand near the bed head so you don't need an adapter to charge your device

The buildings elevator is very ancient and shifty but it works. At night the entry lobby is a bit dark and could use additional lighting.

The location is more than great , we almost didn't need to take the public transportation for most of the places, asked for a street view and we had it , glass window isolation is great , the personal there is very nice, friendly and helpful 🫶 ask for a big room if you are two cuz they have different sizes 😉

We stayed 5 nights , on the 3 first days the elevator was broken but was repaired on the 4th day , for young people it's not a big deal but if you have a health issue may be you have to consider that and call before.

for a couple of hours there was EXTREMELY loud pounding. We were told that there was construction next door and there was nothing to be done because it did not belong to property. It sounded like the construction was on other side of wall next to bed. This was very inconvenient since we had work to do ad had to find somewhere to go. I understand that they may have not been able to stop pounding but answer only that nothing could be done was unacceptable. Even an offer of a very small discount would have shown that they recognized how we were inconvenienced.

The location is just amazing. Everything in walking distance, great bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby and beautiful buildings around. Entrance was easy for us and cute elevator system. We only met the staff for check in and out who were very kind to us. We had a bigger room, which was the right choice to have enough space for two people. Bathroom and shower were better than expected.

We basically just slept in the apartment, which was alright then. But AC got really cold. Without it got too warm and windows open no chance due to traffic noises. Windows closed was quiet, but very very thin doors. You hear everything from the hallway. Hence, we used ear plugs for our stay to sleep a bit better. Beds are comfortable, but pillows a bit big/high for the neck. I prefer smaller ones (personal opinion). Price and value were fine since we were out the whole day and for sleeping in a central location it was alright.

Great location close to all the touristy areas, but in a calmer street. Metro stations and the Aerobus stop is just stops away. Room was spacious, with his own safety box and a very nice mini fridge. It was also cleaned every day. Had no trouble sleeping thanks to the soundproof windows and the great AC.

Location and arrangement of the propierty can be a bit confusing. During my stay, searching the propierty on Google Maps lead me to a complete different place, but luckly this issue has been fixed at the moment. As for the arrangement, the booking occupies a floor on bigger and antique building. I think it should be better marked, because after checking hours some doors are closed and every floor kinda looks similar, which can lead to confusion. In all, is just an issue you will have probably only on you first day until you familiarize yourself with the place.

the hotel was well located, near plaza de cataluna. 10 minutes away from mercat de la boqueria. 15 minutes away from Parc de la ciutadella, casa battlo and casa milà. everything is basically reachable by walking distance. the room was clean. beds comfortable and bathroom well equipped with toiletries. staff was kind and available. the room also has a small terrace.

the room temperature was quite hot at night. unfortunately the first two days of our stay the elevator was out of order.

Great location in the center of Barcelona, near the bus station, love the old school elevator, clean room, very nice housekeeping staff, the balcony, good room size for two people, and secured property.

Can be a bit pricey during the hot season given the room is not that big. In the reception area, my friend told me that the person working at the time was given an attitude when she asked if we could have two keys but maybe It could be a language barrier. I noticed that some people in Barcelona are rude to non-Spanish speakers. There’s an additional fee charged called city tax if I’m not mistaken.

I am a traveler and I like to explore the city by walking and spend most of the time outside. I only go to room to rest. Considering these, the hotel met my expectations and these are my ratings. Location 10/10 - very close to airbus and metro stations. You can go by walking to some of the beautiful locations such as La Rambla, Barri Gotic, Ciutadella park etc. Comfort 10/10 - bed was comfy, there was enough space for my luggage and stuff. Cleanliness 10/10 - the bed, overall room and bathroom were well cleaned. Towels and bedspread were very clean. Check in / check out information were very explanative. Staff was helpful.

There was not a good view from my window. It was looking to other buildings and a construction zone but it was not a problem for me.

I really liked the location, everything was just around the corner. The room was clean and it had everything we needed. We basically didn't see anybody else, only the receptionist at check-in and check-out. The room was quiet, even though the busy street was just infront of the house.

The hotel is on the fourth floor and the elevator was out of order. The room was a little bit smaller than on the photos, but it wasn't such a big problem since we only slept there.
