The location and the staff friendliness is beyond amazing. I met around to 3 different staff on my stay and they were all sweet and friendly. One of them was named Ana, beautiful smile. I didn't get the name of the staff member that gave me the extra blanket but he was nice too.

I don't know if this is a common thing because it's a warm country. The room didn't have a heater, but with one call I got a second blanket in a matter of minutes. So I am grateful, although I did have to call from my phone because the information on how to call reception from the in-room phone wasn't given.

The staff is SUPER friendly, they upgraded our suite for free. They have lockers to leave you luggage before checking out if you have a late flight. The wifi is SUPER fast and the bathrooms are super big, cozy and the shower is great. It’s 50 meters from plaça catalunya so you can take the Aerobus from and to the airport super easily without walking much even if you have baggage.

It’s a bit pricey for a 3 star hotel but you pay for the location

I asked the team to sort me out decorations for my girlfriends birthday. I sent over an image of what I wanted & the team executed it for a small feee. The staff were so helpful throughout and were so welcoming throughout my stay. They were always on the desk, and always on hand to help with any questions. The room was very clean, cleaned every day by the cleaners & was the perfect location, just out of the centre (about a 5 minute walk to the shops). Supermarkets (x2) very close, Mcdonalds 2 minute walk away, and some great food and drink locations.

The only change I would make is there to be more English variety on the breakfast.

Perfect location in a city centre. Close to metro, shopping centres, next to large department store, a lot of sightseeing place just a walking distance. Many restaurants surrounding. Breakfast included in my bills, the most like is their breakfast including fresh juices, simple breakfast with egg, potatoes, bread and butter and fruits. It is yummy. Hotel including locker for luggage. It is good to store your luggage in the locker for traveller.

Mosquito in the toilet. No balcony in the standard room which I booked through agents. The room is quite dark. It is better to have a balcony and can open the window to feel fresh air you would feel more relax and it matches the City feel in Barcelona.

We stayed for seven days so it was a very central place for all the sites planned. Near the bus and Metro; walking distance of many activities; near grocery stores. A few blocks away from this touristy area took us to some nice restaurants. Friendly staff. A basic hotel, no frills but that’s fine for us. It was clean and central. As for value, it was more costly than I would expect from the no frills and we paid the extra for breakfast but we did get location location location. The breakfast buffet was really good with lots of variety, both hot and cold. We liked that the breakfast room had books and a sofa and we could eat takeout there and relax. The room was small but had what we needed to put our things away. Nice shower. Had a safe and a fridge.

Paper thin walls is a complaint for many hotels In Barcelona. However, it wasn’t an ongoing issue thankfully, maybe because we were there out of season (early January). We napped at 2 pm the first day after a long flight and you could hear the cleaners banging around. After that, though, it was an occasional cough or a brief loud voice. And the distant rumble of the metro. We were facing the interior courtyard so I can’t comment on street noise.

Friendly and nice staff. I loved the central location near Plaça de Catalunya and many cafes and restaurants. The room was comfy and the AC actually worked. The co-working space on the first floor was nice and quiet, and I think the wifi worked slightly better than in my room. The refillable water bottle was nice. Tea and coffee provided too.

It does get noisy. The wifi signal was terrible! I was working and it was hard to get anything done because the wifi would be spotty. The desk was in an awkward location without much light, which is only a problem if you're working at night like I was.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bypillow for many reasons. In terms of location to all the main tourist attractions it was perfect. We pretty much walked everywhere from the hotel, exploring the main sites and the marina area. The room itself was clean, well presented and perfect for what we needed for our stay. The bed was really comfortable, the bathroom clean and the shower was great. We ate breakfast at the hotel and it was delicious. They provided a great spread of food, ranging from hot cooked breakfasts to cold meals and cheese or cereals and toast. Essentially, there was something for everyone's taste. The staff were excellent too. We particularly appreciated Georgina's advice on how to get around, places to visit, restaurants to try and just general knowledge of the area. Overall we will definitely be recommending Bypillow to friends travelling to Barcelona.

Receptionists were nice during our stay

Didn’t like the fact that security was quite bad as anyone can just act like they stay in the hotel and enter. To enter the room, all we had to do was key in the passcode on the keypad (which, in this day, would be very easy to hack).

I wanted to stay close to Placa Cataluna Aerobus terminus so the hotel was perfect for my requirements. The room while not spacious was clean with a comfortable bed. The shower was good and the room provided a kettle with teas & coffee. There was also the possibility to order food from room service. In the morning the hotel provided an excellent buffet breakfast, with a good variety to suit most tastes.

Not a complaint but it's worth noting the hotel is situated on the busy Rda.de Sant Pere, so rooms on the front of the building can be a little noisy at times.

Great central location. It's also very easy to get here using the airport "skybus". Helpful staff. Rooms are a reasonable size, given the central location. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Rooms get pretty stuffy at night, there's no fan or AC in the room. Room had dampness issues.
