The excelent location, accesibility to major touristic attractions. Good cleaning personnel, very good reception services. Clean sheets and very comfortable bed.

The elevator was not functional between ground floor and 1st floor for the entire stay. It is important in case you have a difficulty in accesibility of such premises. The power was off due to a shortcircuit but thanks to the reception officer, it was solved the same day. Also, the hot water was off for a part of one day, due to a problem with the boiler.

Loved how clean the facilities were, how nice the sheets and towels smelled, and had a working refrigerator and AC unit

Initially from the outside did not look like what I booked, but trust the process! Once inside, take the elevator to the 1st floor and you’ll be greeted by a modern looking lounge, coffee station, and more! Only hiccup was I asked to book an XL Taxi to the airport the day of check out, but they booked a small taxi. With 7 luggage bags and a walker for my mother, it was a very tight squeeze.

Staff, very attentive and helpful. Solo female traveller and arrived late at night - I was welcomed by receptionist who was very knowledgeable of local area and very friendly and provided a lot of very good advice (restaurants, transport etc.) Also liked very much the water cooler and the coffee and sweets- very important to have these as there is no restaurant as such. Also really enjoyed the common area with tables and chairs- I did some work and chilled out there and had the opportunity to chat to other guests which was great. Great location in the middle of everything for food, drinks and shopping!

It was a bit noisy but otherwise I liked it a lot. Slippers could be provided and cleaning could be a little more thorough

We loved the modern design, the boutique character of the place, and how comfortable the room was. Common areas were very nice, and there was free water and coffee. The location is top. I'd definitely stay there again.

Our room was overlooking the inner courtyard and had no daylight. We couldn't even tell what the weather was like outside! We only stayed 2 nights so it didn't bother us so much, but for a longer stay I'd recommend to ask for a room with a street view.

This place looks just like the pictures. The staff was so nice and welcoming and always ready to help when asked to. The location is literally in the middle of the city and u can get everywhere by foot or metro/bus. If I was to go to Barcelona again I’d absolutely book this place again and also recommend it to others if I was asked for recommendations. 10/10 experience.

We absolutely loved our stay at Uma Suites! Check-in and communication were great, and the staff were very kind, polite, and happy to answer all of our questions. The keyless rooms are really convenient; you can open the building door and your room from your phone or use a number code if your phone dies/no internet etc. The room itself was clean and perfectly comfortable for two people. The bed and pillows were very comfy, there was plenty of hanging closet and shelf space, and the bathroom towels were good quality too. The location was very central, so we were able to walk to many of the things we wanted to see, and if something was a bit farther away, there was a convenient metro stop near the hotel. Inside it was very quiet, much more peaceful than I had expected, so coming back to our room felt like a nice escape after a long day of touring the city. I would definitely stay here again!!

The only downside was that there was no safe in the room, but we didn't have any problems with this.

We loved our accommodation for the location, which was perfect for exploring Barcelona. It suited our family of four with two separate rooms and two bathrooms, plenty of space. We especially enjoyed the shared area with complimentary coffee and sweets. Everything was tidy and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Air conditioning was great given we were there in July. Excellent location, walkable distance to anywhere in the downtown area - 30 min walk to Park Güell, ~20 mins to Sagrada Familia and the beach. Excellent restaurant nearby (Casa Alfonso) and morning coffee/breakfast (Citizen Coffee). Taxi stand was 1 block from the hotel which was handy to get to dinners and evening activities after walking all day or to catch a ride to the airport at the end of our trip.

We liked that the property was centrally located but yet very quiet. We liked the bed and the cot was set up nicely for our child.

We did not realise however that it was a studio and so the bathroom and the sink were very much next to the bed and so it was tricky noise wise with a toddler who is very sensitive to noise.

Location and cleanliness and staff.

We were unlucky as the elevator door on the ground floor was broken at the time we stayed there so the lugguages needed to be carried up the stairs. The male staff was super kind and helped us with the suitcase but still it was a little uncomfortable. I hope the door will get fixed soon before our next stay.
