It is in the central of all the major tourist spots on Barcelona. Almost everything was within a 15-20 min walk (even less). Easy access to taxis since pick up is just across the street. Lots of food places to eat at that are just a short walk away. Staff were nice as well and allowed us to keep our luggage and bags in a secure room while we were out exploring and waiting to check in. The view of the apartment was also nice and was pretty quiet at night, few honks here and there, but lessen throughout the night.

Stand up shower was fairly small. My children had a difficult time moving around and bending over in the shower. It was a little hard finding the blankets since one of them was found in a more uncommon place of the dresser (bottom drawer as opposed to it commonly being found in the closet). The elevator was also very slow, sometimes having to wait almost 5 mins just for it to get to the floor we are on.

Great place in the city center. Metro station is right next door. Check in and check out was very easy.

A little lacking in cleanliness

Spacious apartment with plenty of storage. Finding two bathrooms with showers was a pleasant surprise! The main bedroom was a suite, and the living room had a sofa bed and another bathroom. At night, our kids had the living room for themselves, which allowed us to have privacy. The kitchenette was convenient to heat up the ready-meal and keep drinks and fruits in the fridge. Our teenage boys found the sofa bed was comfortable. The air con worked well in both rooms and the shower had good water pressure. The location was perfect - Right in front of the hotel, there is a metro station (though we only used taxis) and a taxi rank. 356 Cafe, just a few doors down, was ideal for breakfast, and there are plenty of supermarkets open late at night. Every staff we talked to were lovely and attentive. When we asked for extra blanket and coffee, they brought to the apartment quickly. They even rang us back when they missed our call.

The apartment itself has nothing bad about it. But we had a constant problem with the elevator door in the apartment block. When opening the elevator door from the inside, you have to be careful and open it gently, or it’ll easily slam into the wall with a loud noise. We saw other guests and residents opened and crashed it into the wall, too. One time we accidentally opened it too hard, and the concierge guy sarcastically told us, ‘Relax!’ If that’s a problem, they should just install a door stopper! There was a nightclub across the street that was noisy until the early morning but it happed only once during our stay (the night before the national holiday)

Very good location - a short walk (about 400m) to Plaça Catalunya. They have 8 apartments on the 6th floor and our unit was quiet (with windows closed and AC on). ACs work well and cool the place quickly. One bedroom apartment has a powder room so 2 toilets and 2 sinks which worked well for a family more than 2 people. Apartment security is good. Felt safe. There is staff on duty 7/24.

Bathroom and powder room are small, with limited counter space. Lifts are small (2 total and one is slightly bigger). The building itself was old and can use some renovations.

There's a friendly receptionist to receive us and lead us to our apartment even though we arrived late at night. The apartment is spacious and very well equipped, nice and warm to keep us from the cold outside. I love the fact that they provided a kettle. Easy access to food and transportation as well as walking distance to the attractions such as Parq Quell and Casa Batllo.

Even though there's a toilet attached to the living area, our friends who slept on the sofa bed had to come into our bedroom to gain access to the shower of the attached bathroom.

Location was perfect. 24/7 reception very convenient. Spacious big apartment with 2 bathrooms which was helpful. Air conditioning was very effective.

Wifi was very bad. Only worked towards the entrance of the apartment and nowhere else inside the apartment- this was very inconvenient. It didn't get fixed even after I mentioned it to them a few times. Also there was no cleaning- there should be some sort of cleaning service everyday even if its short stay.

A very spacious and clean apartment with all amenities you need. Its location is perfect for exploring the city - Metro and buses within 1 minute. There’s a great variety of restaurants, bars and supermarkets within 10 minutes.

Check in instructions on Booking.com sent me to the wrong address. Thankfully only around the corner from where I needed to be.

This was a nice apartment to stay for two couples (or a group) near the Gothic Quarter of Barcelona. It was easy to reach via public transport, which also made it a good base. The beds (including the sofa bed) were comfy and the two bathrooms very clean.

It was quite expensive per person, but i got the sense this is ‘normal’ for Barcelona in summer.

Everything in and around the apartment, the space, the view, the amenities, the friendly staff, was great!!! Spacious, air-conditioned rooms, with two bathrooms... everywhere is within walking distance! Great neighborhood with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants! We are very satisfied!! Barcelona is beautiful! Exceeded expectations!!!💜

Great location, friendly staff, comfortable and clean with all necessary facilities and kitchenette. Good for family as had 2 toilets with sinks. One had the shower also. One room apartment with sofa bed pull out for other double bed which kids used. Free wifi and was pretty quiet at night.

As old building, 2 little lifts made it awkward to get cases up and down the floors. Wifi range dropped out in the bedroom. Price could be little lower.
