The location was excellent, with shopping areas conveniently within walking distance. The staff responded promptly to my questions. The room was spacious. The communal kitchen was convenient.

I wish certain information had been presented more clearly. For instance, there was no front desk, and it was not explicitly mentioned that toilet paper was only provided for starter packs. The garbage dumpster for room disposal was located beside the elevator on the ground floor. Taxi service needed to be arranged in advance and couldn't be ordered on the same day. Furthermore, there was no room cleaning service provided. Additionally, instructions on the functioning of the public kitchen could have been clearer. I was unsure about where to place dirty dishes and how to operate the coffee maker.

Be aware of additional charges (€100 visitor tax & €200 damage deposit) the damage deposit you get back if you look after the place. But was a big chunk of money to pay upfront at the start of the holiday No reception area, so we was abit confused on who to see / look out for to get into the building

Location is excellent everything close by. Apartment 3 bedroom was big and all kitchen amenities available.

Check in was very late at 16:00 we came from a long flight, we expected to check in on time as we needed rest.

The apartment is of luxury standard with excellent decor and clean. It is quiet (considering there is a hostel lower down in the same block). Kitchen well catered, small complimentary packet on arrival containing olive oil, sugar and coffee. Towels are provided, supermarkets very close by, excellent location. Beds are very soft/ comfy. The apartment contact you by WhatsApp, which is handy because you then have a number if you need anything or want to ask any questions.

The master bedroom and second bedroom (twin) are a very good size, however the 3rd bedroom was very small. It has a double bed but not wardrobe or hanging space, barely enough room to store your suitcase. The beds are very comfy but the pillows are very thin, if 2 are not provided on your bed I recommend you ask for more.

This was the second time my friends and I stayed in one of the apartments. We love it. The apartment is modern, spacious and comfortable. The location is excellent. The staff are responsive and friendly.

For the money paid I would expect more of the basics to be provided. One dishwasher tablet is not enough for a week long stay and it’s annoying to need to buy a pack. Same thing for laundry detergent - none is provided. Only a few coffee pods are provided. Guests must buy these things and leave them behind and it’s frustrating. Please provide enough to cover the stay.

My phone did not have mobile data, so the host was upstairs and called me 9 times, but I couldn't see that, or receive her calls. She got angry at me becasue she said "I've called you 9 times!". They should have send me the code to get in before via email so that I could come in upon arrival. We waited outside for some time, which was fine, but having an angry host was not a pleasant start. She could have come downstairs if she was stressed.

Being met by an angry host. I didn't know that I needed to have mobile data and that I would need to have what's app in order to get into the property. Some more infromation before arrival could have made things much smoother.

Convenient location to access the main tourist attractions, with great availability of transportation and restaurants. Easy access to the apartment at any time. Shared kitchen with all the necessary items for meals. Spacious, well-lit room with modern furniture. My son loved the arrangement of the beds, very different from the usual. Good mattresses. Very professional staff!

No complaints. I state this only with the purpose of contributing to the improvement of the service. What bothered me a bit was the delay in the return of the $200 damage deposit. The annoyance lies in the fact that I was forced to exchange money at an unfavorable rate during the trip because of this delay. Perhaps this could happen to other tourists, and a faster refund could avoid such inconvenience. Overall, the stay was excellent.

Very central location, right in the centre of Barcelona. Steps to restaurants, metro, shopping. The hostel was very clean and comfortable, our family of four slept very well in the comfortable beds. Our room was immaculate and clean with good shelving for storage etc. Also, it was a quiet and calm facility without too much noise.

The hostel wanted us to dispose our garbage ourselves which was inconvenient as we had another thing to stress about at check out. The check out time was 11 which we found early as most places allow check out at 12. Most importantly, after check out there was no facility to store our luggage as the hostel did not allow us to store our things after check out as most hostels do. The service here was a paid service when most hostels provide this for free.

Very spacious, comfortable and stylish apartment with full kitchen and washing machine. Well soundproofed. Beautiful supermarket right across the road. The apartment was in walking distance to Gaudi attractions and upmarket shopping. Lots of restaurants all around.

The accommodation is very minimally signed. Just a very small plaque on the side of a large anonymous door on a busy street. We had to buzz to get the manager to open the door and give us a pass to allow future entry. After this you are on your own. There is no onsite office staff. If you have a problem you can only phone or email to get assistance.

This place was exceptional in every way. We loved staying here, the beds were huge and the best most comfortable I’ve ever slept in, all conveniences provided a everything we needed in kitchen/ laundry, generous living spaces, high ceilings, chic vibe with good layout, very central but still peaceful/quiet, easy checkin procedure- we 100% recommend. Close to supermarkets, shops, tourist sites. We had 4 people stay in a two bed apartment and it was really beautifully appointed, size and furniture. Our friends hired a 3 bed one upstairs and that was wonderful too. Has a lift which was great for travelers. We’ve stayed in other places in Barcelona, this was the best by far. Very clean, very comfortable, very nice, very handy- perfect!
