Very central location and very convenient, supermarket and breakfast or other restaurants are 1-3 minutes walk, taxis are plenty at the corner, rooms are clean and big, beds are comfortable, only problem no tea or coffee maker, upon request they provided electric kettle

Breakfast options are expensive and if you able to walk one minute then plenty of options are there around

Great location, wonderful staff, very helpful. Excellent Thai restaurant across the street. Thai Barcelona. Five Guys around the corner. Unique multiple restaurant facility called The National is next to Five Guys. Lots of little markets, Pharmacies, coffee shops. Couldn't tell you about Starbucks availability, I hate their coffee. Lots of shopping if that's your thing

Restaurant was under construction, Booking should have informed us. Breakfast was good but pricey. Book directly with hotel to get it included.

This hotel offers an unbeatable location in Barcelona's heart! We loved being just a 3-4 minute walk from Casa Batlló and under 10 minutes from La Pedrera (Casa Milà). The nearby bus stops made exploring effortless, with direct routes to the beach and other attractions. Our room was cozy and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed that ensured restful nights after busy days of sightseeing.

The only improvement we'd suggest is for the housekeeping service to provide daily complimentary bottled water—this would elevate the stay from great to perfect.

Staff, breakfast, room and location

Located on a side street just off the Passeig de Gracia, so convenient for bars, places to eat, shopping etc. The hotel has a grand entrance (with a doorman) and is spotlessly clean throughout. Our room was spacious and stylish, comfortable beds and well equipped with all the usual things and a few more (for example, an iron and ironing board). Also, great value for money for a 4 star hotel in the centre of Barcelona.

Superb location, close to the metro and main street. Nice room's decor, bonus was little extra space with wardrobe. Comfortable beds, safe inside the room. Bathroom quite spacious.

Lack of coffee facilities inside the room, breakfast had less choice, especially hot food. Room's and hotel are smaller than on the pictures, never seen crowded though. Would come back.

Reception staff were very helpful. A wonderful location. The bathroom was exceptional.

The air conditioning is controlled centrally for summer or winter. This meant that I could not adjust the temperature in the room, to make it cooler. The reception staff were very helpful and provided a free standing electric fan.

The location is superb! Close to bars, coffee shops, restaurants, transportation links etc.. The room was spacious, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of storage. Tasty continental breakfast (if you ask, you can get a cup of cappuccino. ). Friendly and helpful staff. We had a room facing the back (not the street) and it was very quiet.

-noise, a lot of noise from other rooms, doors when they wee closed and from the elevator to the next building -the bed and especially the pillows, very uncomfortable -weak breackfast in comparison with others hotel from Barcelona where we stayed last years - all the pastry covered by a sticky sweet (sugar or something else) but almost yougurts were 0 fat 😄😄
