Breakfast: too long waiting for a table. Employee Olivia was not Kind (Jasper and the supervisor were very kind). During the week breakfast finishes at 10:30 and you do not have enough tables to acomodate (lots of people waiting at 10 AM to get a table). I waited 15 min to get a table and at 10:30 they kick you off. You should have more employes and the breakfast should be served until 11 AM. Reception sometimes too much crowded: as you are a 5 star hotel you should have more employees.

The cost of the rooms was much higher than what I would have expected for the room size and decor.

The location was amazing. Everything was walking distance and the staff was super friendly and helpful throughout the stay.

The bathroom sink was clogged and it became very unpleasant to wash our teeth or even hands as the sink would fill up immediately.

The location is fantastic- just a short walk to LaRambla, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. The staff were always warm, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, which made a big difference. The room was clean & comfortable, and the complimentary drinks and water were a welcoming touch, especially after a long day of sightseeing. The rooftop bar was a real highlight- a fun, lively atmosphere with great views and excellent food. I especially enjoyed the empanadas! However, despite these positives, the hotel felt overpriced for what was offered. The bathroom design was frustrating: the shower door did not keep the water out of the rest of the bathroom and would spill over and pool around the toilet. I had to use towels to manage the overflow. Most concerning of all, I encountered a large cockroach in the shower, which was obviously unsettling for a hotel of this caliber. I short, I had a pleasant stay thanks to the great staff, location and rooftop experience, but based on the room issues and overall value, I couldn't consider this a five-star property.

Not enough safety measures in that bathroom. The floor is slippery and no handrails to hold on.

The breakfast was outstanding each morning with a variety of food choices. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful each morning and we thought overall it was an exceptional breakfast.

We felt that price of the room per day was a little excessive compared to the other four-star hotels that we stayed at in Paris and San Sebastian. We have seen the prices go up after the 2020 Pandemic in most places, but we have also seen the daily rates come down towards what they were before.
