The only thing was they do not turn on the hotel AC during winter, even though the outside temp was 17 degrees Celsius (not winter temp) and gets very hot in the room. The only solution was to open the windows although other hotel guest might see you inside as the some hotel rooms windows are adjacent to each.

From start to finish everything about this property and the whole stay was exceptional. We had planned to drop our luggage and come back after checkin as we were an hour early. However, we were greeted with a welcome cava and given access to our rooms. The hotel was beautiful, clean and felt luxurious but not pretentious. Our second bedroom was upgraded to the same as our deluxe pool room and they located next to each other. The room was beautiful, plenty of room and an amazing outdoor terrace and mini pool, that was hot enough to use in February. It is also a sun trap, and warm enough to sit and enjoy. The selection of toiletries was the best I’ve seen, and they were replenished if needed. As well as the usual items, toothbrushes, razors, sewing kits and more were available. We easily managed to watch programmes cast from our laptop onto the large wide screen. Unfortunately the pool was shut due to mandatory cleaning, however the terrace and pool area were lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and the selection managed to feed the most fussy of teenagers without a problem. Lactose free milk was available. Fresh omelette station as well as hot and cold food. Room service was available, quick and really reasonably priced. The staff were so helpful, one gentleman on reception went out of his way to give us his top restaurants in the area, and happily spent time going through the map and giving recommendations. We loved it so much, that we are already planning a short break next year to hopefully recreate just how relaxing and special it was. The location is also just so good. With major transport links such a short walk away and some great sites within walking distance.

The location is excellent for getting to lots of the different sites and attractions in the city with good public transport links close by. The room was comfortable with a good view onto the pedestrianised street below. The staff were always helpful and spoke excellent English (as I speak no Spanish). The rooftop terrace and pop are a highlight for a few hours of relaxation alternating between warming up in the sun and cooling off in the pool.

Nothing really to fault, we didn't go for the b&b option as it seemed quite expensive for breakfast - there are countless delicious bakeries around where we got pastries and drinks in the morning for about €5. Earlier check in/later check out would always be good but 3pm/12 midday wasn't too bad really!

Very warm welcome from Reception Staff. I had booked a twin & was given a double - this was sorted immediately & we were transferred to a lovely twin with walk in shower. Room size & facilities great for a city break, Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of hot & cold choice. Fabulous area to stay - just make sure you pick up a map or have google maps on your phone. We got a Taxi to and from the Airport which meant a door to door transfer which was fab & meant no waiting around.

The room was modern and spacious, with a really comfortable bed. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and welcoming. Location of the hotel was also fantastic - with a short walk to the city, public transport and even direct links to the airport.

There was nothing we did not like! The only thing we did not realise was that the pool was closed (maybe due to the season?), and we had planned to visit the pool in the mornings. Overall, it was not a problem for us, but something to consider.

This is my second stay. While the room was smaller than the room I had in 2023 it was still fine.

The room had two steps down when you entered. My travel companion/friend held the heavy door in order for us to pull the luggage into the room and she nearly fell backwards down those two steps because the lights were off. Upon checkout told front desk to notify people who were staying in those particular rooms with the stairs.

The room was wonderful, lovely Juliette-like balcony. Big bathroom, air conditioning worked well. The highlight of the hotel was the rooftop terrace and pool. We spent a lot of time relaxing in or by the pool and at the bar. Very comfortable and pretty! Location is decent- the neighbourhood is close to downtown but a little quieter which is nice.

The bar on the rooftop terrace says it offers food, but every time we were up there they said they didn’t have any at the time.

The staff were fantastic, very helpful. We had a problem with our original room which they resolved very efficiently. They gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. Elias in particular was very helpful. The location was great for getting to everywhere we wanted to visit. The room was comfortable and clean.

We had booked a family room and as soon as we walked into the room we were confronted with an awful smell. The shower had leaked at some point and the smell was coming from the resulting water damage to the wall. We spoke to the staff at reception who were very helpful and empathetic and arranged to move us to 2 interconnecting rooms, but not until the next day due to occupancy. However, there wasn't just a smell issue, the room itself was incredibly hot and we had to sleep with the window open all night (in January!) to make it manageable. The rooms we were moved to the next day were far superior and we were able to enjoy the rest of our stay.

I stayed at the deluxe room with the private swimming pool. I would say that, although very nice, it’s not quite a swimming pool but more of a paddling pool. Being able to soak the sun in the terrace was just bliss with the occasional dip in the pool. The room was located on the top floor and you can see how each room is quite far from each other, which means that I had probably the quietest night I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. You can hear the pool motor humming, that eventually just becomes white noise but the rest it was super quiet. You get a complimentary cava bottle and a box of chocolates too and the reception staff were super helpful. I’m already looking at my next trip.

Whilst there was lots to choose from, for a picky eater I felt that breakfast was limited. So perhaps next time will leave breakfast out and just pop out instead.

The room was lovely, we had the private pool. It was a little smaller than we expected based on the pictures and limited storage space but still a OK size for two people. The bed was huge, bathroom was lovely and terrace was beautiful. The seperate rooftop pool and bar area was one of the nicest I've seen. We didn't eat at the hotel, as there's amazing places nearby so didn't need to.

Minibar charges were extortionate. Pool PH wasn't maintained whilst we were there (5 nights). It's a little expensive for what it is.
