The location is perfect - the very center. The room has high ceilings, large antique shutters, a small balcony. The antique atmosphere looks very nice for photos. There is a terrace where you can drink coffee, also beautiful and romantic. The staff is friendly.The air conditioner worked great - it was very warm.

There are a few downsides - there was not always hot water. I did not understand how it appeared and disappeared. The room is older than in the photo, it could be renovated, but the price for the center is very reasonable, so you can close your eyes to this if you only come to spend the night and enjoy Barcelona itself.

First of all, it's in a great location. Communication was very clear and smooth. The room was big, clean and comfortable. In the hallway, there was tea, coffee and muffins available. Even though the guest house is in the city, it is quiet enough in the room. If you want absolut silence, I would suggest a place outside of the city centre. For us, it was perfect. Definitely recommend this place!

There was a leakage with the AC unfortunately.

It was a great stay, very comfortable and tastefully decorated room, great Location, nice restaurants and bars near by. Staff helpful and kept our rooms clean. Would definitely come back any time.

Finding the ‘guest house’ which is actually an apartment inside a building wasn’t easy because there wasn’t any signs, nor we receive any instructions how to get to it. Just fyi, ask for it beforehand :) but the staff was lovely and helpful otherwise and we’ve had a great time there.

We really liked the location of the Guesthouse, it was very central and we could easily reach everything by foot. The rooms were comfortable and the guesthouse has a nice terrace. The personal was superfriendly and helpfull, we can recommend this guesthouse very much!

Maybe more lights in our room, it was a bit dark and clothes hook in the room would be amazing!

Place is in the great localisation, cery close to the metro, buses and trains, rooms were clean and comfy. There were towels and hairdryer which was great. There was a place for work od this is important for somebody.

Walls are thin so when others talk in other rooms, we could hear everything

We were a bit worried about how clean it would be due to the previous reviews we read, but it was really clean. There were some old reviews about finding bugs, but we checked the bed thoroughly (also under the mattress), and there were no bugs. It was all very clean!

The hot water in the shower was not always that hot depending on when you showered. It would have been nice to be able to leave bags there after check out.

very nice place to stay! we were greeted very politely, the room was clean and tidy, towels and bed linen were changed after the first night. the location is perfect, right in the center Thank you so much to the owners!

I was having so many doubts about this place, but then Andrea helped me with everything! She was so nice and understanding it made my stay so much more comfortable.

The shower head was broken and it folded after 30 seconds of using it.
