A solid stay in an excellent location that will be perfect for a couple of nights' getaway. The place is easily accessible to the city centre, within a comfortable walking distance to three different underground stations. The hotel itself is modern in a no-frills kind of way, quite minimalist in terms of facilities but still more than enough for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and online check in was a breeze.

We stayed in a superior twin room on the fourth floor. The mattresses and pillows were quite uncomfortable and felt rather cheap. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower and sink faucets was very weak.

The hotel was very close to the main attraction sites in Barcelona so we were able to walk to most of them. It is also close to the metro and bus points too, which made it easy to go from one location to another. I liked how we were able to easily access the Aerobus due to how close it is to Plaça de Catalunya where its stop point is located. Very pleased with our stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive, especially the breakfast ladies who were so lovely and friendly - always had a smile on their faces which made us feel so welcomed. Shout out to Aitha (apologies if I have spelt that incorrectly) who was so attentive to us and was so very friendly. We felt well taken care of and definitely will come back to this hotel again

Location was great, close to a lot of good restaurants and even the bus station. Room was very clean and AC was very good. They also had security at night which was a plus

Hotel confused my reservation for another on check-in and front desk host was a bit passive aggressive when telling me there was no way I checked in 2 people if I had a room for 1… until he noticed the mistake was their mistake and not mine. Someone also charged a drink to my room and they were a bit hesitant to remove it even though we told them we were at an event the day it was charged. I think they need a better system than just verbally saying a room number when allowing guests to put things on their card

The staff were very friendly, they gave very good recommendations of where to go. We’re picky yet we loved everything they recommended. Breakfast was full of variety and high quality ingredients - I looked forward to it everyday. Room has amazing views of Barcelona Roofs from their 9th or 10th floor rooms. Small rooftop pool was very cute. It’s located 15 mins by foot to the Sagrada Familia, and 10 mins from a shopping street and Casa Battlo. I’d definitely come back here next time and recommend it to anyone!

They give beach towels but they don’t exchange them the next day, we’re supposed to keep the same beach towels for our entire stay.

About 20 minute cab drive from the train station, 30-40 from the airport. You could take a tram from the airport as well. The hotel was centrally located to restaurants, buses, and tram. Short walk to Casa Mila, Sagrada Familia, the hop on hop off buses. About a 20 minute walk to the Gothic Quarter. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Our room had a view of the towers of Sagrada Familia, so that was a plus. The room was spacious, and beds and pillows were comfortable. Large windows, so the room was bright and cheerful. The bathroom had a nice size shower. Fluffy towels, shampoo and body wash all provided. Lots of space for your toiletries. Cupboard to hang your clothes and places for your suitcases. Tea and coffee in the room. Nice touch were pods of evaporated milk, as I like a cup of tea at night. The breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, meat snd cheeses, cereal and coffee/tea. There was another room with bread and baked goods. I loved the coconut macaroons. Rooftop pool didn't have much of a view, but it was beautifully decorated with large, comfortable chairs and sofas. Pool was small, more like a plunge pool, and too cold to use for our stay, but welcome in hotter weather. All in all, it was a lovely stay.

Housekeeping could take away old cups and replace tea and milk. Other than that small thing, nothing else.

The location is very convinient, aside from a crowded streets, but very close to the central streets and areas. The hotel is nice and clean, staff respondes quicly and is very helpful.

The room size felt quite small—while it’s listed as 23 square meters, it seemed more compact. Due to an issue with the bathroom, we were transferred to another room. The staff was very helpful in handling the situation, which we appreciated. However, the new room was on the ground floor, and instead of a balcony, we had a patio. While the patio itself was nice, there was a two-story-high wall blocking natural light, making the room quite dark. Additionally, you can hear and even feel the subway trains passing underground, which can be quite disturbing. Because of this, I wouldn't recommend staying in a ground-floor room. Another important note for travelers 30+: the pillows are very uncomfortable, and the mattress is quite firm, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Everything was perfect. Friendly staff. Excelent breakafast. They provide gluten free bread and muffins on request and you have plenty of other naturally gluten free products (eggs, ham, cheese, fruit, milk, juices etc...) Staff is knowledgable about GF. Area with breads and paistiries is separated from the rest of the food area. Hotel location is perfect (neer metro station and different busses). In the vicinity you have couple of GF restorants. In few words perfect location for the celiacis.

I stayed for three nights a few week ago at this fabulous Hotel. I go every year, and won't stay anywhere else when I visit Barcelona. I absolutely love it there ! ❤️ Perfect location. Just a few minutes walk from the best part of the main street, Beautiful, very clean and comfortable rooms and beds. Lovely Bathroom. Such friendly, polite and helpful Staff. Was checked in swiftly by Marc. Enjoyed chatting with him and Hanna and getting directions and advice when they had a few minutes to spare. Thank you all at Europark. See you next Year x

Exceeded expectations!! I specifically booked this hotel based on prior reviews of them being accommodating to specific requests. As I was traveling solo with my 3 year old daughter, I was really hoping to get an early check-in so we could rest, and also a full sized bed and bathtub. They checked all the boxes! The receptionist was incredibly nice and accommodating. The hotel was clean and in a perfect location. Just one block over, you have the metro stop with an elevator (important for parents with a stroller!), mercadona, and plenty of cute little restaurants and cafes. Easy walking distance to Sagrada Familia and the other sites. As a solo parent, I felt very safe and well positioned here. I would 100% stay again!
