Fantastic apartment in the heart of Barcelona! The location was perfect.

The cleaning kit did not have enough products in it. For example we were only given 2 dishwasher tablets for 4 people for 4 nights. Also not enough toilet tissue, so we had to buy quite a few bits that I would have expected to be provided. Also not enough towels.

The apartments are located in the city center, within walking distance of Barcelona’s main attractions and right next to a shopping street. The neighborhood is full of great restaurants, shops, and even a market. Despite its central location, the building is quiet, very clean, and safe. Our apartment was spacious, with high ceilings and tasteful decor. It was equipped with all the essentials. It has a large kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy little terrace in the courtyard. The hosts are helpful and welcoming. Getting there from the airport is easy – a taxi ride costs between €30 and €50. The sea is also within walking distance. Highly recommended, especially if you’re traveling with family or a partner.

Easy self check in instructions and after hours access. Beautiful, clean and spacious apartment with a lovely balcony. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for basic breakfast and snacks as well as warming up leftovers. The second bedroom was small, with 2 twin beds and not much space in-between but the closet space and privacy is all my teen girls needed and having 2 bathrooms was fantastic. This location is fantastic, we walked to our tour at the Sagrada Familia, and wonderful cafe's, restaurants, and gluten free bakery within 15 min walk. The building was safe and the noise proof windows and doors kept us sleeping well. Loved this spot, we will consider staying here again if we return to Barcelona. Also luggage storage after we checked out was so helpful!

The only thing was a sewer smell the last day of our stay and it was pretty bad. I know these older buildings and the city can have issues but it was unhealthy to breathe in and if we left the window cracked it would have been loud. Since it was our last day and we didn't have a chance to let management know, but we told them at check out and I am sure they remedied the situation as they were very responsive and helpful.

Our stay at Fuster was awesome. We loved the beautiful historic building and our two bedroom apartment. Super stylish, luxury and quality finishes. Kitchen really well equipped and bathrooms great. Small balcony to sit on overlooking city a bonus. Staff were very helpful and we were able to leave luggage until afternoon check-in. Communication from booking to arrival & check-out was excellent. Apartment very neat and clean. Location was superb, short walk to most attractions. Vibey and upmarket neighbourhood. Would highly recommend Fuster!

The pillows in the main bedroom bed could do with an upgrade. Not comfortable at all.

Had an occasion where the key got stuck in the door. This was around 8 or 9 pm. Had to call the emergency number. Was told someone would come over soon. 3 ladies came in and also tried. Key would not come out. Finally after attempt after attempt, the key came out. When Juan, manager, came the next morning, he basically was giving me a lesson on "how to take a key out of the lock." That was very insulting after I had repeated the scenario to him a few times. I just basically let him continue and waited for him to just stop talking. That left a bad taste in my mouth. Also although I liked the apartment, was disappointed in the size of the second bedroom and the fact there was no TV in that room.

Beautiful apartment and sympathetically modernised to keep the character. Loved the balcony, views of Sagrada Familia, original Spanish tiles, high ceilings, bathrooms, generous master bedroom, spacious living and dining, fully catered kitchen and more. We walked to the major sites plus shopping areas as we are keen to explore the streets and culture by foot. All level walking so very easy and can take it slow of fast pace. Close to very good restaurants and cafes too. Highly recommended.

Fabulous amenities with cleaning after 4 days (sheets, towels, replenishment of paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher and washing machine detergent pods and soaps). Fabulous water pressure in bathrooms and perfectly functioning air conditioning.

Construction upstairs during the day that was not reflected on booking.com but was only reflected on the company's website.

The apartment was very spacious and very clean and nicely furnished. We have been traveling in Spain for 2 weeks, and this is the best apartment of our stay! The staff were friendly although we didn’t interact too much as we checked-in after office hours, but the process was seamless. The location was very central too - we walked to most places, or took the metro/ buses nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend it! It was also very well-equipped with kitchenware and detergent for laundry and dishes!

Nice, clean apartment with a lovely balcony. Looks exactly like the pictures in the description. Air-con was good, as was the beds. No cleaning or extras; what you see is what you get!

More toiletries and paper would be nice. We had to buy or own necessities, but this was a minor inconvenience as there were stores nearby.

Towels were large and fluffy. Kitchen went unused but had basics with top of the line Bosch machines. Juan, the building Mgr., even met us as we left and was so helpful. Two bedrooms had decent beds and very nice bathrooms with showers in each.

The thermostat just outside the living area, though set in high, still found the room cool, with the bedrooms warmer than usual. Otherwise, everything was exactly as, advertised.
