We loved the location of the apartment. It is located in the Eixample district. Right across is Antico Cafe serving good quality coffee and sandwiches, very convenient if you dont want to cook breakfast in your apartment. There were many cafés, restaurants, wet and dry market just minutes away. You can walk to many of the sites. Our one bedroom apartment was on the smaller side for 4 people. The bathroom is located inside the bedroom and is a tight fit. I had a chance to look at the 2 bedroom and it is way bigger than the 1 bedroom. Linens, towels and pillows are of average quality.We appreciated the balcony and big windows. You wont regret staying here as long as you request for a bigger room if you are more than 3.

The check in process was confusing! We had a difficult time figuring it out and felt uncomfortable calling for assistance several times. It took us 45 minutes to finally figure it out. MH suites management pls simplify the check in process or give specific, user friendly instructions.

Excellent location. Apartment offered a good amount of space and amenities. I appreciated their offer to hire a taxi if we needed it to the airport.

Check in process was challenging since new technology/ American credit cards do not use a pin to process payment. Unfortunately this is how you check in, through a machine in a lobby. So I had to call, have the manager process it. He was inconvenienced, so was I. No real personal interaction with anyone so if you are someone that needs that or doesn’t have good cell phone service, this might not be for you. If you don’t need it, this is for you.

Booking offered a free transfer from the Barcelona airport to town which we accepted. Instead of a driver there was a representant of Talixo transfer company waiting at the airport. He was absolutely incapable and inapt. After a one-hour waiting and lame excuses there was a horrible trafic jam in town we decided to take our own taxi and in 10 minutes we were happily driving to our appartment with NO TRAFFIC JAM at all. My suggestion is booking.com break all connections to Talixo company. Wonder if booking.com will reimburse to us the 40 Euro the taxi cost us.

Location was great and size of the apartment was good for our family

I didn’t like that the property doesn’t get cleaned during the stay, i booked for 6 nights and we are a family of 4 using one bathroom, you should have at least cleaned it once for us. I understand you clean it before and after but for such long stays I believe it needs to be cleaned few days after check in as well and towels to be changed. Also for the washing machine was not drying the cloths and it took long time to dey them and you only gave me one portion of the cleaning soap while i need to wash the towels at least 2-3 times in 6 days. The service offered should differ depending on the duration of the stay

1. good location - 4 minute walks to Girona metro station (Line 4) and Verdaguer metro station (Line 5) - 11 minutes walk to Passeig de Gracia metro (Line 3 and Line 4)/ rail station (for your info, there are quite some popular restaurants in the area) - lots of supermarkets / groceries around (2 bigger ones should be Mecadona near Gorona station and Carrefour) - a 365 cafe around and opened at 6 a.m. - some restaurants around - peaceful neighborhood - 10-15 minutes walk to Case Mila, Case Batllo, Sagrada Familia and ... Loewe, if u r interested 2 good basic facilities - lift - big refrigerator and dish washer, washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and iron board - air conditioning to all rooms - 2 big lockers on ground floor for luggage storage. - mattress ok - pillow ok for me - 2 twin beds (putting side by side) for one room and 1 twin bed for the smaller room - small balcony attached to living room and the smaller room 3. good response - there is a phone around the check-in machine. seems that u can reach MH people directly through the phone - I usually contact MH people through booking.com. We asked for a few more rolls of toilet paper and washing machine powder/tablets and they feedbacked quite quick. (i messaged them on day 1 and checked message on day 2) We are a group of 3 staying in a 2 room and 1 toilet apartment on 5th floor for 6 nites and it was a comfortable stay

1. bath room not very good (water easily splashes around, and the ventilation can be better) 2. as expected: 1) no salt, suger and oil, 2) seems only spanish tv channels

We liked the location, not right in the middle, metro stations 5 and 7 minute walks, we walked into the city in under 20 minutes and to Sagrada Familia in around same time. Markets nearby. Apartment was clean, lounge area a bit drab, could do with brightening up. Reasonable facilities, could have done with more dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tablets and laundry liquid. We were given complimentary for 1 night, but feel if you book 3 nights you should get 3 nights complimentary. Good quality and clean white linen. Everything we needed. Always good to have washing machine, clothes sirer available, pegs woukd be good.

A few more directions on how to self check in and using private storage lockers would have been handy. We managed. Thank you!

Unlike others, had no problem getting into apartment with the booking in machine. Comfy beds, 2 little balconies, girls like you could access Netflix. Big bedrooms. Air conditioning worked really well in all rooms. Prompt responses with company via Booking re timings etc. The ability to leave luggage in locker as we had late evening flight. Location great. Close to metro. Could see Sagrada familia from balcony (5th floor). Lots of places to eat nearby.

Mainly the bathroom- the floor got soaked every time we had a shower as the shower door not long enough. No ventilation (presume that's why door panelling warped) and ants on floor and towels. Kitchen - No oven gloves so used the flannel sized tea towel provided - not ideal. Cleaner blamed us for other guests leaving their rubbish in the hallway.

Location is good.. The apartment is good, but with a family of 4, 2 toilets would be ideal. Overall good experience

A few maintenance issues... An electric kettle was lacking - tea making was difficult in the microwave. Bathrooms need maintenance.. Water always overflows when taking a shower.. Shower arm needs to be fixed

Air-conditioning in the whole flat. Easy check-in and check-out. Good view from the balcony. Perfect location. Comfortable elevator. You can leave luggage in the locker for free after check out. Fully equipped kitchen. Everything you need to stay for a long vocation. Netflix on TV - perfect for children. The apartment is professionally made for rent.

The flat needs renovation. It is functional but looks very shabby. The lack of shelves in the wardrobes and the fridge was full of ice. But in general it is a good family apartment.

Even thought we had gone through booking we then had to do pay there via there machine. It denied our card which then they had to send us a link to pay. Took over an hour, because the cell service wasnt great. There was no storage locker for our bags bc the 2 that they had were occupied. The blowdryer didnt work either. Thank God for the cleaning lady she was so helpful in getting us wifi and helping us store our bags in their linen closet.
