Everything was perfect! The apartment was close enough to all major attractions. We stayed at the second floor, second apartment, facing the main street (the building has an elevator). Note: it was a little noisy from the cars and I suppose there was a metro line going underground because at times you could feel some shaking, but I believe it is like this everywhere. The apartment was spacious, clean and nicely divided. It had a living room consisting of a sofa, TV and the dining area. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could need: dishwasher, clothes iron, iron board, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine + milk, sugar, and a few capsules, filter for coffee, electric pot to boil water, a little box with 2 capsules of dishwasher detergent, 2 capsules of laundry detergent, sponge and soap for the dishes and 2 cloths, a bottle of water and a roll of paper towels. The living room and the bedrooms were separated with a door. The apartment had 3 bedrooms. 2 smaller bedrooms with 2 single beds each sharing a bathroom with shower cabin and the wasing machine (in the dresser in the hallway there was also a drying clothes rack). The third bedroom had a double bed and it's own bathroom, also with shower cabin. There is a market right across the street but a bigger one a minute away if you go towards the right of the building (towards the church) opened daily until 01 AM.

The apartment fit our needs for one family with 3 kids and grandparents. It was well equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen, bathroom etc. The location was good, close to transportation, in a walking distance to a lot of major attractions. Entering the building and the apartment was very easy with a code. We had filled out all the forms online prior to getting there and the check in was a breeze. There is an attendant at the front desk almost all the time. If they are not there, they can be reached 24/7. Luckily, our stay was very pleasant and quiet and we didn't have the need to reach out to them after hours. We addressed two small issues when we got there and they were very prompt to fix one of them. The other one involved maybe replacing one of the appliances, but didn't affect our stay. The cleaning crew checked in every other day although by contract they are not required to provide housekeeping for free during your stay. We didn't take too much advantage of that, we only asked for a refresh on towels and a few supplies. I read reviews complaining about the noise. Yes, there is noise because the apartment building is on the corner of a very busy street. But we were so tired after walking and visiting all day, that we slept very well. Also, the blackout curtains helped keeping the light out and creating a relaxing atmosphere.

Specifically, in our apartment, one burner out of 4 from the electric cooktop was not working. Not a big hassle though. The drains would get clogged very quickly. we had the property unclog one sink for us when we got there. While the whole apartment was very clean in general, there was some buildup under the bathroom faucets, but didn't bother too much our stay.

The terrace and view took our breath away! It was comfortable, clean and much larger than I’d expected. The location was fabulous, it was right next to a supermarket. Getting in and out was easy and the luggage store was fab. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

There were only mirrors in the two bathrooms which made it hard when six women were trying to get ready and put on make up etc. would recommend putting more mirrors in the bedrooms and common area, including a full length one.

A lovely lady met us and explained to us the rules and check out times. This facility was amazing, we truly enjoyed the flat and the comforts of the AC and kitchen. We will definitely come back to stay here.

The mattresses were not comfortable in the main bedroom. They were lumpy and very thin. Also the shower curtain makes contact with you the entire shower, very annoying. It was small problems and any issues we had were quickly addressed!!

The property interiors were great, cleanliness was there, kitchen was well equipped. Furniture and decor was to the mark, location was excellent, 5 mins walk from Passeig de Gracia. Will love to stay again at the property next time when I visit, will definitely recommend to others. Rate 9 /10.

Just a request if property housekeeping can arrange for towel change more frequently (daily), but not a downside just a suggestion as rest all was well.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. I was expecting 2 bathrooms but we had an additional toilet which made our lives easier. The size of the apartment made it very comfortable for the 6 of us. The kitchen was well stocked as well, so we were able to cook our meals. Location wise, it’s around 10 mins walk to Passeig de Gracia station which made it very convenient to get around. The apartment also had centralized air conditioning which was very much appreciated as it can get quite warm. The building had a luggage storage area with locks which made us very happy as we had atleast 6 hours to spare after our check out. Leonardo was a star for helping us book a taxi to the airport.

We would appreciate it if a full body mirror would be added as the mirrors are only in the bathrooms. Mirrors in the room would make it easier for the ladies to get ready. The microwave takes a long time heat up food. Also, we had to take all of our trash out during check out time which was quite stressful if you do it in one go, so I advice to get rid of your trash daily to prevent rushing before check out time.

Unfortunately, I was unable to carry out the precheck in until I got to the apartment. Rommy, the gentleman looking after reception was extremely helpful and made the initial experience very welcoming and it was all good from there. Code access in and out of the apartment was very good and easy to use.

As we didn't travel until later in the evening (9pm), a longer checkout time and or access to wash & toilet facilities would have been helpful.

We had enough room and beds for all 6 adults. The apartment is spacious, very clean, secure, and the kitchen is well equipped. The washing machine was very convenient, and the beds are very comfortable. The location is excellent within a 15 minute walk to shops, restaurants, sights and the old city. We loved it and had a great vacation.

There could have been a couple of towel hooks and/or bars for wet towels in the bathrooms. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

The team were brilliant. The staff were very helpful booking for such a large group, the rooms exceeded my groups expectations, and we were felt very safe and supported the whole trip. The location is very central, with everyone's room looking out across the sights of Barcelona. The door codes made it very practical to come and go (without having to chase someone for the key). The services were also beyond what we were expecting (washing machine, dishwasher included!) Overall I would highly recommend The Corner Apartments by Aspasios - I've had so many requests on the place we stayed and members of our group will be coming back :)

This is a beautiful apartment. Very large - more than enough room for our family of 5. Perfectly clean at check-in. Excellent safe location (in a city that didn't always feel generally safe to me). Front desk staff there for security, questions, etc. was excellent. The availability of very easy-to-use luggage lockers after checkout was fantastic. We would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!
