Location and spacious room. I had biggest room for myself. Perfect location. Clean communal areas. Amazing balcony. Fairly quiet. Big kitchen with fridge. Never need to wait for a bathroom. Clean bathrooms too. Would like to come back. Good value for money especially off-peak season

Cleanness in a room questionable. I needed to clean surfaces in my room. It wasn't too clean. Hair in different colours on sofa, surfaces linen. Not many pans or frying pans in the kitchen. Loud street but it's strictly Barcelona centre so you expect noise. Doors were extremely squishy and annoying. It took me seconds to fix it. Also broken oven.

Best possible location. Minutes walk to historic Barcelona places. Very clean, all facilities are perfectly functioning. Fully equipped. Beautiful building

Hard to have quality night sleep. Place has multiple units, equipped with glass doors. Any time lights turned on in the common area, your room gets the light. Also the wooden doors have no rubber seal and very noisy when closed

Just the front door lock but this isn’t an issue really, it’s safe

Great location in the heart of Barcelona. The host was helpful and the place very clean. It felt private and safe.

In our room (only 1/4 rooms from what I can tell) the ceiling above the door is open lets in the hallway light. Just make sure to turn it off before bed and/or respectfully tell other guests to do the same after bedtime.

I love the room (1) very comfortable and spacious room, the shared bathroom was amazing, the balcony was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need

A bit noisy on the weekends due to the neighbors, tv didn't had many channels

It was very noisy, we had earplugs but with other guests being uncultured that didn’t help. Maybe if you charged people extra for not following rules it would be better

The apartment was really great! Super friendly and helpful staff! The flat is also cool and sober.
