The location is perfect!

What I don't like about it is that...when I checked out. I wanted to ask for the invoice. There was no one but only the clean lady. She was nice, she told me to contact by email to leave my company info. I sent 3 more emails and contact the receptionist by WhatsApp. I tried to leave a message and call but no replies I don't understand because there should be feedback at least. And We need to solve this otherwise I can only ask for help from booking!!!!!

Fantastic location, big rooms, amazing shared kitchen space/breakfast and comfortable bed.

The key got stuck in the door to the apartment (had to ask for help), the shower was so small I could hardly move without hitting tap off and I’m not a big person at all, the bathroom light kept automatically turning off while on the toilet or in shower as senser didn’t sense I was there. The tiles in the room around the end of the bed are all loose so some stick up making It not even to walk on. Seems like a job that could be fixed easily. No servicing of the towels and beds the whole stay I was there and there was only 1 day out of 4 that I had the do not disturb sign up.

Loved the included breakfast and the location, within walking distance of several popular sights in Barcelona and right near two metro stations. Clean rooms and bathroom.

They provided earplugs, which was very much appreciated, but there was surprising amount of noise and loud music coming from a bar downstairs from the bed and breakfast. It’s really unfortunate because it did impact the quality of our stay negatively (I have a hard time sleeping multiple nights in a row with earplugs in because they irritate my ears) and it’s of course not something the property host can control. It was pretty constant noise from around 11 pm until 3 in the morning. :/

Its central location, it was shabby chic, as we expected and met our expectations. Very comfortable bed, with an old door as a headboard. A full continental breakfast and cookies and biscuits left for an afternoon/ evening snack.

The bathroom was compact and although we had loads if hot water the shower was exceptional small, about 800 x800 with twin sliding doors so difficult to enter and use unless you are very slim. There was room in the bathroom to extend the shower tray and make showering more comfortable.

Tucked away within walking distance of Barcelona's majestic Sagrada Familia and modernist landmarks like Casa Mila and Casa Batllo, the Factory Suites Hotel is a strategic and inviting base for sightseers. The rooms boast a clean and stylish design, though they are not the quietest; earplugs are thoughtfully provided to ensure a good night's sleep. Despite some noise concerns, the Factory Suites Hotel's overall experience is commendable, and I would recommend it to travelers seeking a convenient and pleasant stay in the heart of Barcelona's cultural splendor.

It was quirky! Felt like it fit the Barcelona style/life! The breakfast was delicious, the variety was really well presented and a lovely little touch with you labels for each room labelled up in the fridge for the rooms! Really nice touch that was.

Just that when we arrived to check in there was no one there and we had to call and wait 30 mins for someone to come and let us in with the keys.

The bed and breakfast location was very nice in the lovely center of Barcelona. The room and facilities were excellent and clean. The breakfast was good. Checking out went well. I would recommend this place when visiting Barcelona for a few days.

We arrived at the airbnb around 8 pm but no one was there to open. We had to wait a little bit before someone arrived. But furthermore, we had a lovely stay. I would recommend this place to my friends and family.

The hotel staff, from housekeeping to the owner, consistently demonstrated a commitment to guest satisfaction. This is our second time staying at Factory Suits. This time was unfortunately for only one night but we totally enjoyed the experience. The hotel is very beautiful, well located in a very charming neighborhood, close to tourist attractions. We highly recommend it!

No TV in the room and no elevator in the building. Fortunately is was only one floor to hustle with the big suitcases (girls!!)

All day long breakfast was definitely a great surprise. The hostel is beautiful, confortable and well connected by bus and metro. I felt that the center is at walking distance for those who like to discover the city walking (half an hour). Hospitality was good without being overwhelming, we felt like the place was ours but someone (else) was getting things done for us ;)

The level of noise from the upper floor but nothing ear plugs don't solve, which they are smart enough to give you upfront ;)

The place is nicely designed with vintage furnitures. It is like a big flat that splits into rooms for the different guests, each room is small and has its own toilets. There is a shared area where you have a kitchen for the breakfast and a balcony. The breakfast products are in the kitchen and you prepare it for yourself in the morning, you have a nice variety and it's actually nice to feel a bit at home by do it yourself.

We did not know that the house is how it is - a few rooms that in each leaves another person/ couple. Was a bit shocking at the beginning and it felt a bit like a hostel. Room is very small. Be aware that you might hear the other guests - We waked up in the middle of the night because of the the other guests arrived/left at that time and made quite a noise..
