The full kitchen, friendly staff, the location, the beautiful decor and communal spaces. The included breakfast was a nice surprise. 24 hour reception is always helpful.

It was a little tricky to find at night as the location on google maps was a little bit off and the sign out the front wasn't easy to see at night.

The Hostel is located near one of the main transport crossing and places of tourist interest. It was easily accessible by bus as well as the metro rail network. The room was clean and the bathroom was attached to the room shared by the guests staying in the room only. It is a good place to stay for the travellers who don't want to spend much on hotel rooms. We get what we paid for. Thanks

The elevator was not working hence I had little difficulties in taking my suitcase up through the staircase. I hope and wish that they repair and maintain the elevator for safety and comfort of guests.

It’s like a lovely home, everyone is friendly and helpful. We like the lemon grass scent in our room.

Not a party hostel. Plenty of bathrooms - could always use one of the private ones. Spaces were very clean, had considerate bunk mates. Breakfast was simple but enough to start the day with. Comfortable bed, liked that there were curtains for privacy. Location was very walkable to many main sites. Staff were helpful if you had any questions of if you wanted recommendations.

People mostly kept to themselves so it wasn’t the most social hostel but that could be exactly what some people are looking for.

The place is lovely and super cozy, truly feels like a family home. Located in the heart of Barcelona, just 7 minutes away from La Sagrada Familia and 2 minutes away from the metro station. All the public spaces are cleaned daily, there are plenty of bathrooms (never had to wait to take a shower or use the toilet), the kitchen is very spacious and well equipped with everything you could possibly need for cooking a meal. All of the staff are welcoming and super friendly, specially Alma. I really felt at home and whenever I visit Barcelona again I’m definitely staying in Primavera.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The private room and bath that I had was really cute with a balcony looking out over the street, and it was fairly clean and well maintained. The common areas in the hostel were charmingly decorated and offered a relaxing atmosphere.

While the property was mostly clean and well maintained, the floor of my room needed just a quick vacuum to pick up little bits of dirt, and the water backed out of the drain in the shower and some small pieces of hair or something else came out, which was a little off-putting. Otherwise, everything else seemed clean!

The decor was gorgeous and the staff were absolutely amazing! Loved the kitchen and all toilet and shower facilities were clean and in great working condition. Excellent location and we loved our little balcony. Fridge in room also excellent! My boyfriend was sadly pickpocketed on our last day so it was great to be able to still use the facilities when we returned to pick up our luggage that was being stored after checking out. We really needed some water and hot drinks after what had been a very stressful and upsetting afternoon!

The only thing we didn’t like was being woken by someone talking really loudly outside our room very early one morning. We think that this was someone that worked there (our room was very close to the reception area).

The hostel is in walking distance to Sagrada Familia, Casa Batlló and Milá. It is located in a very cosy quarter with many supermarkets and cafeterias around. Check-in was very easy, everything was clean and well-maintained. Beds were comfortable and bed curtains provided a bit of privacy in shared rooms. You get a padlock for your locker shelf, so you can leave your things in room without any concerns. Breakfast was simple, but tasty. One member of the staff, Pedro, was especially helpful and provided me with many recommendation for restaurants, bazars and even flamenco shows.

For a hostel there was nothing to dislike, comfortable beds with privacy curtains, locker, shoe rack, clothes hangers, rooms were very spacious, I stayed in a 6 bed mixed. Shower and toilet rooms clean and spacious, smelt fresh. Amazing kitchen area, everything you could ask for if you are wanting to cook. Lovely sitting area to relax read or just chill. Lovely breakfast for extra €4, staff were happy smiling and eager to help, walking you through and explaining the amenities, the importance of noise and consideration to others staying. A very well run team. Great breakfast place next door…10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia.. Last but most important is the decor, this place tops it all when it comes to style, colour and furniture, better than most 3 star hotels, well done the designer, outstanding. What you see is what you get, fantastic.

Staff were amazing and friendly! Location was fantastic and the place was very well equipped with a couple of cosy spaces to relax. Bed was bigger than expected in the single room and had plenty of space. Toilets were also very clean and not busy at all which was fantastic!

I think the lack of aircon throughout the whole hostel was an issue, given the weather was hot in Barcelona when I visited. The rooms do get very hot - there was a ceiling fan in the room and also a digital standing fan which was helpful but didn’t cool the room. I knew it was lacking aircon in the room (so mainly my fault) but it was much hotter than I expected it would be.
