Location, friendly stuff, cozy lobby, free drinking water including refill

- Entrance door noise cancellation is poor, the walls noise cancellation is good though - Quite small rooms, no wardrobe as such, so couldn’t easily organize clothes so that it does not look messy; felt like missing some small shelf organizer that’s typically under TV

There were two mirrors in the room, however both were in the bathroom, so it meant that after having a shower and trying to get ready to go out, all the mirrors were steamed up or if a couple of people are sharing a room, you have to wait for the other person to come out the bathroom before you can start getting ready. It would be useful to have a mirror within the main bedroom.

My wife and I just returned from an absolutely magical birthday celebration in Barcelona, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at Hotel Well and Come Barcelona. From the moment we arrived until our departure, the exceptional staff made our trip truly unforgettable. Our experience began with Mae and Johanna at the front desk, who welcomed us with such genuine warmth and enthusiasm that we immediately felt at home. Their bright smiles and helpful recommendations set the perfect tone for our entire stay. Mae’s attention to detail when checking us in was remarkable, and Johanna’s local insights helped us discover some hidden gems in the city. Throughout our stay, Carmillo was absolutely outstanding. He went above and beyond to attend to our every need, always with a friendly demeanor and professional expertise. Whether we needed restaurant recommendations, assistance with our luggage, or simply had questions about the local area, Carmillo was there with solutions and a smile. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly exemplifies the hotel’s commitment to excellence. Marc and Sebas were equally fantastic members of the team. Their helpfulness and genuine care for our comfort made each interaction a pleasure. These staff members clearly understand what hospitality means, and their efforts contributed significantly to making my birthday celebration so special. What made our stay particularly remarkable was how the hotel’s prime location and excellent service allowed us to explore Barcelona to its fullest. The strategic location meant we could easily access all the city’s incredible attractions, vibrant neighborhoods, and fantastic dining scene, while always having this welcoming haven to return to at the end of each adventure-filled day. The combination of the hotel’s comfortable accommodations, perfect location, and most importantly, the extraordinary staff, made this birthday trip one we’ll treasure forever.

The whole staff, especially Mark, was so kind and helpful. Our flight arrived super early and he made sure as soon as someone checked out that our room would be cleaned and ready for us to check in early. They held our bags so we could go grab breakfast while the room was getting ready. Multiple desk workers gave us amazing suggestions on things to do and places to eat. The girl working the bar on the rooftop was also so kind and made sure we had a relaxing time. Hope to stay here again!

The only minor complaint I would have is the room doors closed loudly so we could hear when the room beside us had someone come in and out, but not a deal breaker at all. Just more of a fyi.

Hotel Well & Come is probably the most welcoming and accommodating hotel we have stayed in. Being family-owned, you can tell they’re passionate about their work. The little touches, such as a welcome drink, fresh flavoured water at the hotel reception each day, and various sweets for the children to help themselves, made our experience even better. Upon our departure, Marc at the reception even gave us a cold bottle of water each for our journey home. Despite being in the city's heart, the hotel's location was quite tranquil, so exterior noise was never an issue when trying to sleep. Coupled with the bed being the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept on, my family and I slept like babies most nights. This location also made for an excellent hub for travelling to the city's various must-see places such as Basílica de la Sagrada Famíliaa and Passeig de Gràcia, both within walking distance

Conveniently located in the Eixample region, we were made to feel right at home by Cora the day we arrived. We were to stay for 7 days, and Cora left all of a sudden after 2 days, leaving us a bit surprised and sad. Our room came with a small verandah, which was great. And, we were provided with a daily supply of Coke and snacks in the fridge, which were also good. They provided us with champagne on arrival, and a bottle was kept in the room, which were awesome. There was a big bed in which we slept, and a small divan to the side, which really helped. Overall, for the location, a good choice in Barcelona.

The handwash container was not working well, and it stayed that way throughout the length of our stay of 7 days. And, the room was very compact overall, giving at times the feeling of there being not much space.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, lovely location in a residential area so very quiet, probably the quietest Hotel I have stayed in ever which was great as I am a light sleeper. Lovely mini fridge in room, a great shop across the road to stock up on food snacks, less than 10mins walk to the hop on hop off bus stop, 15min walk to Casa Batllo (highly recommend) about same to other attractions. Metro on same street as hotel takes you to top of La Rambla street. We were delighted with this hotel and staff were lovely and brought up an iron when needed no problem. Beautiful reception area, we didn't have breakfast. The rooftop is amazing!! We only ventured up there for a quick look our last night which was a mistake we should have gone up every night. 35min taxi to airport about €40.

The bedroom was quite small, myself and my daughter shared which was fine but if my husband was with us it would have been very tight as regards where all our luggage would fit!! But they do try and make of for it with complimentary mini fridge refill every day with snacks and mineral drinks and lovely free toiletry gifts in bathroom. I think once prepared for that you will enjoy your stay here 😊

Perfect location! Very central and easy to find and get on public transport from there as well. It’s a lovely little boutique hotel. Very cozy and the staff is very nice and helpful. Martina, who worked at the rooftop bar was wonderful. So kind and friendly. She made my friend and I feel welcome every time.

The only thing I could say was that you can hear everything going on in the room next to us. It would wake us up at times and truly sounded like the guests were in our room at times. Thankfully it wasn’t too much of an issue until the last couple of days of my stay. I believe it was a different guest those days.

The room was very suitable and large for a disabled user in a wheelchair. The large bed was perfect & really comfortable. Room temperature 👍 . Clean towels, a safe and a complimentary fridge. Reception team lovely and helpful! Enjoyed the seating area in reception. Breakfast choices various for a long weekend. Roof top bar relaxing.

Not enough coffee pods, various tea bags and more milk in the room. Needed two roof top bar staff not one when peak times. We waited 30/40 minutes for drinks. Staff were very polite.
