We really loved our apartment in the city. It was quiet for sleeping, the bed was extremely comfortable, the shower pressure was great, we felt safe and the location was amazing, just a 2 min walk to the Sagrada Familia and we also had a beautiful view of of the Sagrada Familia from our deck. Nice to have a full kitchen including a little dishwasher!! We sat out on our little deck and people watched. Check out the restaurant down below called Pepeta, the chicken skewers were amazing! There is an iron, ironing board, blow dryer and a safe as well, plus the AC worked great!! This is a great rental when visiting Barcelona, we have been to 60 countries and know a good rental when we stay in one! If this is available, book it!! Recommend 100%

No salt and pepper, if you’re going to have a kitchen, supply S&P at the least!!

The view was phenomenal, which is why I booked this hotel. I was so happy to see the Sagrada Familia while lying in bed. I appreciated that they had automatic window shutters, which allowed the noise and light to be blocked. The room was very spacious and clean. It was close to many attractions I visited; I never took a taxi. I loved Barcelona; this hotel was the cherry on my trip.

This could be my fault since I did not read other reviews. I didn't know the hotel was in a different location from the reception desk. It was close, and the receptionist asked if I wanted a taxi; they could call one. By the way, you don't need one, it is very close. Just to let you know, your room might be in a different building than the check-in.

I really liked the apartment. It was a very spacious large suite with kitchen and living room.

The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't realize it was an apartment that was separate from the actual hotel (main reception). I had to collect the keys at the main hotel and then I was told I could walk to the apartment, but it was unexpected so they offered me a complimentary taxi to take me there. It was walking distance but not convenient when you have luggage. Maybe make that more clear in the description when booking (unless I missed that). It was a great apartment nonetheless. :)

Even though it was nearly midnight by the time we arrived, the check in clerk was super helpful and friendly. He gave us a good map to the building we were staying in which was a few blocks from where we picked up the keys. There are a number of good food options very close by and we had a 'lean out the window' view of La Sagrada Familia from our room. After 6 weeks of bad beds in Portugal we were very happy to have one with a little 'squish' factor. The shower is small by American standards (I'm also 6'2" and 240 pounds so I occupy a lot of space wherever I am) but it worked out okay. It will be the standard for comparison on our next trip to Barcelona

The flat was great but didn't match the photo as it was very much like an hotel room with a kitchenette and there was no view on the Sagrada Famillia as shown on the photo.

Location . Good communication with reception . Very clear instructions on arrival . Balcony and view of Sagrada Familia . Starter pack of tea / coffee in kitchen and the starter toiletries / toothbrush / razor / in bathroom . Clean and spacious . Slippers and towels provided .

Entry door is easily overlooked- was tricky to find on first night in dark . Would be good to know exactly what was provided before arriving to save me packing toiletries / slippers / towels .

Location was excellent easy access to restaurant's, shopping and it was beautiful view of Sagrada Familia.

We had to wakeup early to walk from the apartment to have breakfast. Appreciated if they could arrange breakfast in the respective apartment locations as they have many apartments around Sagrada Familia

The place is very practical, modern and clean. Loved having the coffee maker and the kitchenette. The bedding was very comfortable. Check-in was a bit tricky especially when you arrive a bit late with family and luggage, but it worked out well. Even though there's no view of Sagrada Familia from the rooms (all you see is a brick wall from one of the rooms), we would still recommend the apartsuites despite wrong advertising, haha!

Great location when visiting Sagrada Familia. Very clean and peaceful apartment with roll out shutters foe the balcony to darken your room. Small fridge, microwave, dishwasher, kitchenette was very helpful. Apartment felt like private suite as we had booked 2 apartments for a family of 4 ( there are only apartments per floor).

Handy location near the Metro and in an area with a huge range of bars, cafes and restaurants. It’s near the Sagrada Familia - we had a partial view from our balcony. The property was spotlessly clean and had everything in it we could have wanted. We were checked in by a really helpful and friendly young man.

I didn’t have high expectations for the view, I’d asked for a view like the apartment in the picture. When we booked in I asked again and the man on reception looked at me and said, ‘you’ll have to wait and see’. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect. We arrived at the apartment and couldn’t see anything that gave away a view. We walked in and you could see the other side of the street but when you opened the blinds on the right, there was Sagrada Familia in all its glory! You could lay in bed and look up at it. Thank you Hostemplo! The apartment is great for the metro, a short walk, so everything we went to was easy. Everything was clean and tidy, the shower was powerful. Everything was there that you needed including spare toothbrush and razor.

If you’re expecting a quiet stay, forget it, it’s the middle of Barcelona! The 24hr shop on the corner was the meeting point for taxis at 4pm and they laughed and joked at the top of their voices. The double glazing does stop some of the noise but those taxi drivers tested this to the limit. My partner wore ear plugs and of course didn’t hear a thing. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, thin mattress and hard bed.
