I visited Barcelona with my wife and two children and we could not have asked for a better place to stay. I will begin with the location. The apartments are just around the corner from the Sangrada Familia cathedral and the metro station. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet with tens of restaurants (local and international), convenience stores and supermarkets, in walking distance. The apartment itself was clean and equipped with everything a traveler would need. There were plenty of clean towels, more than enough for our 4 night stay. The beds were comfortable enough for us, but people over 185cm (like me) will find them short. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful and they did their best to meet our needs. And then there is the view... The apartment that was booked for us was on the backside of the building. And that is where the magic is. The view from the living room was breathtaking as we could enjoy the cathedral all day long. All in all it was a great place to stay during our visit in Barcelona and I highly recommend it.

The space is really nice, everything looks almost new and is very well equipped.

There is no swimming pool:))) is just a dirty tiny place to get probably inside up to your knee. As most of the properties in general lying this is described like a swimming pool and the wide photos helps a lot but if you do look very very close somewhere appears 0.7m, cute scam:)) About cleaning they only come once per week if you stay 7 days so paying this amount you probably expect daily cleaning or something like this but NO. And when they come for cleaning you have to pack almost all your items because they don’t touch them:)) nice idea of cleaning, i wonder where it came from cause travelling dozens of time I really saw this here. I understand its very easyyyy in this way but COME ON!!

The property uses electronic keys. it was easy to access the main entrance, our room, the laundry, pool. The staff was helpful and friendly. The neighborhood was great. supper close to the metro. which is great in Barcelona. We had a Sagrada Familia view. amazing. lot's of cafes and grocery stores around. we mainly walked, but within a few blocks you have every transport you need. metro, bus, tram, etc. The room size was good, and comfy kitchen. full-size fridge. Small roof top pull was great bonus during hot summer days.

To be honest, all was great. We were with 3 children. Thus we used the kitchen a lot. I would suggest sharpening knives better or highlight this to the staff, they will help you. Room has only one shower. not a big issue for us, but just something to consider.

- Super good location. Right next to Sagrada Familia and subway station. Very short distance to Passeig de Gràcia (shopping). There are a lot of good restaurants and also a couple of super markets around! - Very nice rooftop sun terrace, with direct view to Sagrada Familia. - The staffs are super friendly, caring and helpful. Really appreciated! - The apartment is very clean, spacious and comfortable. - There is full kitchen and a washing machine in our apartment, which are very useful.

- The WIFI speed could be better - There are no locks for individual rooms and event the bathroom in the apartment, which may cause some privacy issue, especially while traveling with non-family.

Amazing!!! Amazing property, with all that it was needed, perfect location, top view, top service, super safe area, amazing staff, all information was there. We had a situation in which we needed medical assistance, amazing that they had already all the info in the main entrance door for 24h doctors, immediately this was sorted and supported. The rest of the trip went super smooth. Do not wish to tell anyone and keep it for myself!!! I will be back for sure! Thank you for everything!

The staff was incredibly helpful. The view and location was spectacular.

I liked everything about this place!

Reception personnel was very nice. We arrived a little early and couldn't check in upon arrival. Reception helped with our luggage and gave recommendations for where to go. They were very helpful in navigating transportation. View was gorgeous and the apartment was a great size for a family of 4.

WiFi didn't work well so we had a hard time getting into the building and room because it was all done through an app on or phone. We had a difficult time connecting so that process was a little frustrating. The pool was very small and was disappointing to our kids. It looks bigger online.

Great location. Very clean apartment, spatious, well equipped. Spectacular view of the Sagrada Familia from rooftop , but also from the room balcony. Staff was friendly. Lots of clean towels, white and crispy:) a lot of pillows to choose from.

Our only dislike was noise related . There was a lot of noise from the little park outside at night. Teenagers got togheter there 2 night in a row, woke us up at 2 am and could’t fall back asleep from the loud noises , at one point the police came also. This surely is not the propriety fault, but it was a nuisance. Also the check out is at 11 pm and they clean the rooms at at around 1 pm. We had a baby that sleep at noon in the room, and with the vacuum, and all the chair moveing etc it was loud . We do understand it needs to be done ( and they really do an exceptional job cleaning was 10/10 , it’s just didn’t suit our schedule .

We were greeted by Paloma who was an incredible welcome after a day of travelling. She handed over the keys, shared food and shopping recommendations and was lovely with our children and gave them some colouring to be getting on with whilst we were settling in. When we arrived in the apartment we were greeted by a bottle of Cava which was a lovely touch. The apartment was spotlessly clean (we have high standards for holiday accommodation and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere so clean!), had a wonderful view from the balcony and comfortable and quiet bedrooms. The apartment was fantastically equipped with soap, dishwasher tablets and other cooking basics such as salt and pepper. There was also the possibility to request more complementary items at reception. The location was excellent and near bakeries and lovely cafes as well as transport links. The view from the roof was spectacular and our children enjoyed using the small splash pool. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would certainly recommend to others- a fabulous stay!

Nothing-it was all brilliant!

Comfortable, well appointed little apartment with small balcony where two people could sit. Good access to local coffee places (Syra coffee just across the nearest intersection is excellent) and grocery stores. Excellent free laundry on 5th floor. There is a gym as well but I didn’t try it out.

Location is average but that’s probably reflected in the pricing. Sagrada Familia is very close by, but not much else that tourists will likely want to visit. Not enough lifts for the amount of activity in the building - we gave up and used the stairs most of the time. There is an app or website to unlock the front door and apartment door, but it was a bit hit and miss.
