The apt was amazing! Very spacious and had all the amenities. Some super cute coffee shops and breakfast nearby and you can’t beat the location. Walking by Sagrada familia every day was impressive and metro access from there was super easy. I can’t wait to go back.

I think the only thing I would change was instructions on how to use the washing machine and sofa bed. We ruined a few items of clothing in there but nothing too critical. We had to call to get help with the sofa bed but they were very responsive.

Clean, great location and had everything we needed. Loved the easy check-in and checkout. Free lockers for luggage storage and easy pickup later in the day. Staff member "Janet" was awesome and taught us how to use the washer and dryer.

The location was amazing, being so close to the Sagrada Familia, the metro and a variety of restaurants and supermarkets.

Getting into the property was a bit stressful beforehand as I wasn't clear on the process and what to do if it didn't work out. Some more detailed information would be good. Luckily it did all work out. Some more instructions of equipment would have been good too. The power went out one morning as we were getting ready to leave (it was still dark). Luckily, I worked out where the power box was and turned the power back on. Perhaps check the toaster? It was a bit noisy at times.

The apartments are located near the Sagrada Familia, close to the metro and bus stops. Across from the apartments, there’s a good market where you can buy everything you need. It takes about 10 minutes by bus from the apartments to the Plaça de Catalunya, the most touristy spot. The apartments themselves are very spacious and comfortable, with air conditioning in every room. There are two bathrooms, one for each bedroom. The hot water pressure is excellent. The kitchen is well-equipped. Check-in is done in the lobby through an automatic key distribution system, and you can also get instructions via the internal phone in the lobby. Our room was ready an hour before the official check-in time, which was very pleasant. Despite the large number of tourists during the day at the Sagrada Familia, the area is quiet and safe; we returned on foot at midnight without any problems. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay in these apartments.

Great size for our group of 5, plenty of room, 3 balconies which let in a lovely breeze all day. Size if rooms were good especially main bedroom with ensuite.

Would 100% recommend to come here. Really friendly host with flexible check in times. Beautiful apartment and location would 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone staying in Barcelona. The washing machine was an absolute dream to have in the middle of Barcelona and to be so close to all the major tourist attractions was an absolute dream :) having shops open nearby was also fantastic thank you for an amazing stay we could nor fault it at all. All the emmenities you could and if anything else you needed the host would reply within 5 mins! Thank you for making our stay incredible we really appreciate the hospitality and communication provided xx

Nothing else everything was outstanding

The location of the apartment was great, just a few blocks to La Sagrada Familia and the metro station. It was awesome to be able to see Sagrada Familia at various times of day and night. The apartment was secure. When our coffee maker stopped working, it was replaced immediately.

Staff seemed unprepared to deal with non-Spanish speaking guests and it could be hard to find someone to address issues. There wasn't much of a personal touch.

Fantastic location near Sagrada Familia just round the corner. Beautiful quarter of Barcelona. You should be aware that this is not centre of the city. Driving by taxi is about 10 min to La Rambla or there is metro station near Sagrada. Supermarket across the street. Restaurants and bars. Breakfast bistro in the same building. Apartment nice and cosy. Lockers available in the building to keep your luggage-very good idea. Good idea with automatic check-in ,very convenient and easy.

No kettle in the kitchen, you have to boil water in a pot which is not very good idea.

They thought about everything you need as a tourist..easy check-in, good information and instructions in room (for room and around city), provided little things like dishwashing/washing machine powder (so you don't have to buy it for one load), great facilities with everything you need for 6 adults, excellent customer service (booked taxis) and great location including having a supermarket across the road. 100% recommend!!!

Nothing, we liked everything!

Everything was really good. The metro stations (2 lines) are 3 minutes away and the Sagrada familia as well. At the street there was at least one supermarket, and many restaurants around. The apartman was clean and had two bedrooms each with bathroom. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher as well. The apartman was quite spaceous. I recommend it to everyone!
