The location is superb. We had a view of Sagrada Familia from our living room window. It is also an easy walk from the subway. There are plenty of restaurants and stores near the apartment. We were able to buy some fruits and milk for breakfast from a nearby grocery store. The bedrooms are sound proofed which helps with traffic noise from the street below.

The apartment included a washer which was not working during our stay. The hosts provided us a washer located in their office. It was a bit inconvenient but we were able to wash one load of clothes. There is no elevator in the building but the hosts took the bags upstairs to the apartment.

Our family was totally in love with this apartment! This is absolutely the perfect spot for jaw-dropping views of Sagrada Familia whether it’s from your apartment or the phenomenal rooftop. Going to the rooftop to see views of Sagrada was breathtaking. The apartment was clean and very neat. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner of this property who also happens to own the restaurant El Tastet de l’ Artur who was so friendly and kind. The food there was incredible and the perfect spot for enjoying breakfast in the morning with freshly squeezed orange juice! It was so easy to get around Barcelona from this location. We would definitely come back here again!

The apartment on 4th floor is ample and comfortable comprising two bedrooms, a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The view of iconic architectural masterpiece basilica Sagrada Familia from the living room is splendid and itself the reason for choosing this apartment. Two floors up there is also a rooftop terrace. Owner Artur and Manager Carlos received us personally greeting by name. Carlos even carried our luggage up to the 4th floor !

This is an older building with no lift. Only stairs.

The best thing about the apartment: the VIEW right in front of the Sagrada Familia, the cleanliness, very comfortable for a family of 4, and the excellent service from Carlos. Carlos helped us: carry our suitcases up/down 5 floors; store them after check-out, at no additional cost; and take us to the airport for a modest price. We had a very good breakfast at Arturo's restaurant on the 1st floor. Everything is close and accessible, including the Metro. If the guest has mobility issues, we suggest staying on the first floor. The hotel staff was amazing. The manager met us at the door and help with our luggage to our rooms. The view of the Sagrada Familia from our bedroom is breathtaking. I would recommend this location if you are planning on visiting Spain.

Lots of stairs but thats a thing in Spain. But the owner help us with our luggage both times when we arrive and when we were leaving.

the towels and duvet covers (while clean) could do with an update a little more colour in the fabrics would be nice there was an ugly smell in the apartment at particular times; this was quite sickening - guessed it was linked to shores/sewage

Amazing view, excellent location close to attractions, shops, restaurants and park for kids. friendly and helpful staff, brilliant, spacious apartment with everything you need. Very clean.

You need to walk up lots of stairs to the room, If you don’t like stairs don’t book this. It Wasn’t a problem for me however and I would definately stay again.

The view of Sagrada Familia was definitely the best! And the room was well-equipped, with laundry machine, coffee maker, hair drier…,etc. And it’s literally on the opposite side of Sagrada Familia, though we arrived in the early morning around 9:00am, the staff help us store our luggage efficiently. That’s really helpful. And the position is perfect, 5 mins to the metro so it’s easy to go everywhere in the city. We really had a great time here!

There’s no lock for the bathroom.

The location is unbeatable, offering a fantastic view of Sagrada Familia from the apartment. It also features a spacious terrace that provides an incredible view of the Sagrada Familia. The apartment itself is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely stay again in the future. Highly recommended for anyone looking to explore the heart of the city with breathtaking scenery right from your doorstep.

Definitely the highlight was the view. Extraordinary view and distance to Sagrada Famila. It was also clean exactly what we needed for our stay.

Unfortunately the having to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs since there’s no lift but it’s worth it for the view we got on the fourth floor. If there are many people staying the hot water can be used up quickly and can take a short time to warm back up, but that’s minor in my opinion.
