I stayed a room for two person with one queen size bed. The room was clean and had quite a good bathtub. For me, the room had lights that made fulfilling the room brightness, was so important and grateful. The hotel is two blocks away from the Sagrada Familia. There is a plenty of tourists but quite quiet around the hotel.

I don't think there is no good point, but one thing I can say there are stairs from a entrance to a front-desk that not long but I wish there would be a slope.

Staff were helpful. Rooms clean. Location perfect for the cathedral and a nice walk to the beach. Everything was in good working order and felt very comfortable generally.

Some money was taken from one of our rooms. Presumably by the cleaner but it happened to be on a day where we hadn't locked the in room safe. The staff were apologetic and helpful and asked if we wanted to take the matter further. Having confirmed they would do an internal investigation we decided not to tale it further and let it ruin our otherwise great stay.

Carlos was a very lovely receptionist. He booked our taxi to the airport and was very attentive to our needs.

The blankets were rough. We had to pay for the luggage lockers at the end of our stay

The location to Sagrada church and metro was convenient for us.

The room and hotel generally was not clean. We are travelling through Europe and found this hotel to be the worst for cleaning standards. Walls in breakfast area, corridors, doors, were filthy.

Superb location. Walking distance from Sagrada Familia Basilica. Bus stops are all at Walking distance. Located in residential area with small cafes and lots of supermarkets around. I reached early and was given an early check in. Since the bathroom was very small I requested for a change of room and the staff helped me with it the next day. Also my request for delayed checkout by 1 hour was honoured. Front desk staff-- Chris, Julie, Angela n Alex smiling and happy to help.

Not much choice for vegetarian in breakfast.

Excellent location, close to coffee bars and metro stop. The rooms were clean, albeit not very big. Overall great value for the money we paid.

The check in process was a bit confusing, especially the process of paying ther city tax, as the receptionist added up the numbers wrong and we ended up having to pay twice. The rooms were on the samller side, but fine for a two-night stay oevrall. The pillows were a bit too soft. I think the biggest issue was temperature though, the rooms were incredibly hot and we couldn't control the temperature, even sleeping with the windows open didn't help.

Location, cleanness, staff.

The shower cubicle needs a bit of refurbishment. The lockers where you can leave your things are not free of charge and only the sign at the reception ( if you’re attentive enough to see it) says you will have to pay hourly. A clear instruction should be put on the locker itself or the receptionist should mention it. Overall it was rather surprising to find out that we had to pay for keeping our suitcases for a couple of hours, the service is usually free.

We stayed for just one night, and it was a wonderful experience. The hotel is very good, and our room on the 7th floor had a balcony. Friendly staff. Good value for money. The location is excellent, very close to the Sagrada Familia and the metro station. There's also a quick and convenient connection to the airport. Overall, an excellent choice for a short stay!

Great location on a quiet street, 5 mins walk to Sagrada Familia. Close to Metro, restaurants, and shops. The mini fridge in the room was very useful. Clean room and bathroom. Helpful staff. Lockers for luggage storage at a reasonable price. Good choice of food for breakfast. Hotel has a lovely solarium (roof top terrace) with a view of the top of the Sagrada Familia.

Small plastic cups in the room are awful. Proper mugs made of pottery or china would have been so much nicer.

I really don’t know if this is a thing in Barcelona only, but i have been at so many hotels they never charge us for keeping our luggage after checkout (so we dont walk around with our luggage, since our flight was 5 hours after the checkout time) , but they have lockers and we had to pay for that, other than that it was all good
