Lovely spacious apartment. It had everything we needed for a family with teenagers. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great.The location was ideal with many tourist sites withn a short walking distance. There were lovely cafes, supermarkets and bakeries a few minutes walk away. There was a good bus service too. The staff were helpful with the login process and also with booking a taxi for us to the airport. I recommend it as a great place to stay.

The traffic was a bit noisy at night and there was some renovation work going on that was also noisy. There wasn't a lot of space to store food and it could do with a breadknife!

The self check-in process was not problematic, it uses a machine where you input your information, pay, and it dispenses a room card. The location was really great, close to Sagrada Familia so you get to walk past it every day if you want. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and full of shops and restaurants. Public transport is easy reachable and you can get to any part of town really quick. Our apartment was facing the inner courtyard which was really peaceful and we got a good nights sleep. It’s a better option than to face the street, you maybe get a better view but probably more noise. We got a small cleaning package which included a small hand washing detergent, sponge, laundry machine pod, dish washing tablet and a kitchen towel. There were also 2 small shower and shampoo gels and a hand soap. There is a toaster in the kitchen and the coffee machine uses a Nescafe type pods. The apartment size was great, beds were good, all in all we felt really comfortable, would probably stay there again.

The apartment could use some coat hooks in the hallway by the entrance. There is no place to hang your jackets when you come in. There are also no towel hooks in the bathroom. All the curtains in the apartment are blackout curtains, it would be great to have some lighter ones so that you get some privacy but also let the sunlight in. Cleanliness wasn’t a big issue, maybe a more thorough bathroom sink scrub is needed and a more thorough vacuuming, there was dust accumulation on the floor in a lot of places.

Self check-in but there's a customer care telephone to call in case of any questions or trouble checkin in, the customer care was very helpful. The apartment was clean, smelled so nice on arrival. Kitchen facilities were in order 👌🏽 for me, there was nothing missing. The location is superb, walking distance to many attraction places . We walked to Park Güell as well. Easy access to public transportations (buses Matron). So many restaurants around. The street is surprisingly quiet at night, busy during d day.. The MH Apartments was quiet all thru our stay, facility is also well-maintained and neat.

The beds are not comfortable. They are all single beds. The 2 combined single bed in one of the bedroom always separates, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep esp when my daughter wants to sleep with us. The wardrobe wasn't nice, there should be other better places to store those items(mop & bucket, ironing board, laundry dryer), we couldn't use the wardrobe to store our clothes. Just a recommendation: there should be designated family apartments with baby stool in it. We had hard time feeding our daughter.

No additional fee for late check-in, which is a welcomed perk as many places impose extra charges after 6pm. The accommodation comfortably accommodates up to four people, though there were only two of us. It's conveniently located within a 10-minute walk to the Sagrada Familia or the Metro station. The Guello sights are reachable within a 20-25 minute walk, making it very accessible. While the apartment is within walking distance to the city center, be prepared for some hilly terrain along the way, depending on your preferred mode of travel.

The location of the apartment was perfect! Close to Sagrada Familia (6min walk) and very easy to access public transportation. The apartment is a good size with a full kitchen, good size living room, bedroom and a nice bathroom. The communication was also excellent

We had some glitches with the washer/dryer but they were willing to come help us out which we were appreciative of. However, we turned them down on the assistance because we didn't feel comfortable having people in the apartment while we were out sightseeing. Since we didn't have a dryer (at least there was no indication the washer also dried even after many Google and YouTube searches) I didn't plan my laundry properly which led to some issues with damp clothes one day. This is an easily avoidable mistake for people more familiar with these kind of washing machine units, and I've now learned my lesson on familiarizing with the washer/dryer before starting a load 🤦‍♀️

Location near Sagrada Familia, with three metro stations in cca 500m range, lots of buses too. Good neighbourhood, lots of supermarkets. Park Guell is relatively close and another hill nearby if you like walking in nature (or running). The neighbourhood is quiet, almost no sound from other flats. Our app had a view to the courtyard, which wasn't special, but who really cares. Everything was taken care off, from arrival to departure, very good reception response time. There are even lockers for luggage for early arrivals or late departures - kudos! Clean apartment. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend booking here.

Maybe it could use some small repairs to make it even better, but noting really important. The owners have multiple flats in this building and in the city, so it might just be this flat.

Quiet, looked just like the photos , very clean, starter pack in kitchen and bathroom were excellent. Air Conditioning worked well . Great shower . Lovely white towels . Really good location for bars , supermarkets, restaurants and Sagrada Familia literally 6 mins walk away . We saw it every day .

Sink plug needed fixing but not a big issue . Lift out of action for a while but reported and fixed quickly .

The place is clean and got everything we needed. It is just a few minutes' walk to Sagrada la Familia, restaurants, and a grocery store next door.

No one was there to meet us. We encountered problems with the self-check-in. Took a while to understand the screen for multiple questions that normally "not asked" when you check-in the hotel. We used the courtesy phone next to the check-in box and they only answer questions but cannot be there onsite. When we got the card keys, the place was so dark and can't figure out how to open the lights, Thanks to the next-door neighbor who pointed the white box where you insert the card key to open the lights. We were inserting it the wrong way!

Whilst the apartment is very close to the Sagrada Familia (you can see it from the balcony) the neighbourhood it’s in feels less hectic and touristy than some of the more central areas in the city. However all the main sights and activities are in walking distance or a short journey by Metro. The apartment is spacious, clean and functional and the hosts are very efficient and courteous.

Just 10 minutes walk away from Sagrada Familia, with lots of food options around and a possibility for free luggage storage. Large renovated property with comfy spaces.

While very spacious, there were some small things missing - no space to put even a shower gel bottle in the shower cabin, not nearly enough space to hang all towels, no AC in the second bedroom.
