The hotel's location is very good, and we found the room interiors nice and modern.

The cleanliness of the room was not at par. Additionally, the 11 a.m. check-out time was inconvenient, especially since luggage can only be stored until 5 p.m. when the staff leaves the hotel. This information was not provided in the booking details. Our interaction with the staff was minimal due to the lobby being closed at 5 pm every day, creating an awkward setting in case you need any help.

Great location close to the Sagrada Familia. Comfortable beds.

Although marketed as suitable to sleep up to 6 people, it’s a small space and the amenities don’t really suit that number of people. It seems to be a converted one bed studio apartment, with a thin panel separating an additional bedroom at one end of the room and a further sofa bed. The dishwasher is tiny, not suitable for more than one or two people living there. Despite the premium price, it felt a bit mean to only provide a single coffee pod per person, and minimal supplies (eg one dishwasher tablet, even though the receptionist did provide another without charge when I asked for one).

The room was comfortable, beds, pillows and towels were clean. The sofa bed was also comfortable and easy to open and close. The appliances were top quality and everything was clean. The fans/air conditioning was perfectly positioned in all rooms. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. Perfect location; metro, cafés, supermarkets and restaurants were all within a short walking distance. Windows had blinds and shutters. I would definitely book again.

It would be useful to have a microwave. The TV had all Spanish TV programs, we couldn’t connect it to Netflix. It would be useful if they had cleaning products like surface sprays.

We had a 2-bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The company has a reception desk in the building that is open from 9 to 5. Very helpful staff. The apartment is really well situated for walking around a very nice part of Barcelona. It is just a 10 minute walk to Sagrada Familia, with many good restaurants and small grocery stores in the neighborhood. The kitchen was generally well equipped if you want to make breakfast or simple meals for dinner. A K-cup coffee machine is provided, plus toaster, electric kettle, refrigerator, and dishwasher. We enjoyed staying here.

I wish the company provided more coffee k-cups so you don't need to pack a slew of coffee k-cups with you.

The apartment location is perfect just off the pedestrian friendly Av de Gáudi between the Sagrada Familia and the Sant Pau hospital. It is close to a number of restaurants and amenities. The apartment was great to cater for a family of 4, being two teenagers. It is bright during the day, with a nice balcony facing the main road. The kitchen is well equipped and we manage to have breakfast and some other small meals very easily at the flat. Comfortable beds for all of us! We checked out late on the 1st of Jan, but we were promptly helped via the contact phone at the checkin machine. Very helpful staff at the desk and easy early checkout process (5AM).

The staff at the apartment was really helpful. He allowed us to check in earlier than given time as we had an early morning flight. The apartment was exactly what the pictures show. It was spacious. We were able to make breakfast at the apartment as all the utensils were there. The subway literally round the corner from the apartment. Which was super ideal. So were the buses, not much of a walk. There was supermarkets and takeaways super close by which was ideal. Overall we really like the apartment. Location was perfect. One subway stop and you’re at the sagrada. Happy with my choice of stay. The rooms were good size. Beds were good and comfy too. The bathrooms were clean.

They only give additional towels once.

The location could not be beat - it was across the street from the subway station and a great breakfast place around the corner. The room was functional - it was nice to have a separation between the one bedroom and the living room, and the balcony was a nice touch. The only thing that did not go well was check in was hard - you had to call an international number to be let in, even though there was someone at the front desk. But they were wonderful and held the luggage and helped us get started for the day. Would stay again.

One small note, the elevator was a huge help, but it was tiny. Like me and small child tiny so our luggage took a trip by itself. Not sure if it was the time of year, but the place was a bit overpriced - we stayed here to be near family that was in a nearby hotel, but on the backside of our cruise, ended up in a larger, nicer place for lower cost right around the corner from here, so equally amazing location. But it served our purpose perfectly!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a family (2 adults and 2 children) and appreciated that it had 2 separate bedrooms. It was also centrally located with the most amazing bakery called Bou just round the corner where we had the best croissants (even better than in France!) for breakfast every morning. It was walking distance to Sagrada and all the lovely restaurants.

They provided only 2 toilet rolls and when we used them up, we were told we had to purchase more from the supermarket.

Very nice and clean apartment. Excellent staff. Has all you need in the kitchen. Enough space for 3-4 for a couple of days or for longer if you're just a couple. Good facilities (lift and luggage lockers). Great location, close to metro and quite quiet for Barcelona. Great bakery opposite. Why didn't I give it a 10: The pictures make it look larger than it really is. Airflow in apartment is limited and bathroom steams up a bit.

The property was exceptionally clean and well organized. The location was convenient with many shops and cafes nearby. The staff was AMAZING!!! Paula and Sara checked us in for our stay and they were fantastic! Sara was the one at reception for most of our stay and she was always super joyful, friendly, and helpful.

More toilet paper would be nice but, other than that, everything was great!!!
