The location of the property is great, close to the supermarket, bakery and a few vegetable shops. Lots of close restaurants offering quality food. It is just behind the La Sagrada Familia so a very short walk. Located in the middle of the city with a bus stop directly in front of the Property. Easy access to everything and within walking distance from Most attractions. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen equipment worked well except the Microwave which was stuck on an Error when we arrived, so we didn't use it. Beds were pretty comfortable and neat bathroom. I liked that the Hosts sent us an email with information on how to use all the kitchen, dishwashing and laundry equipment, along with some recommendations on Tapas restaurants and bars with general house regulations and information. The apartment is so quiet you do not hear the traffic noise. We also received a welcome cleaning pack with dishwashing tablets, washing machine tablets, etc which was appreciated. Easy to access the property with door code so you don't have to worry if you check in late like we did after midnight.

The Kitchen could have used a few extra equipment like oven gloves . There were no spatulas only a spaghetti and soup ladle. There was also only 1 salad/mixing bowl. We also found the Microwave was stuck on an error on arrival which should have been checked and the dishwasher was missing a few rollers on the drawer so kept misaligning.

The carpet seemed to not have been cleaned during the cleaning days, and there was no vacuum cleaner for us to hoover it ourselves. The balcony was essentially a garbage shoot for the top floors. The balcony wall is also very high, so we could only see a sliver of the sky and barely any breeze; it’s good for privacy for sure, but I guess we were just expecting to have a proper balcony when booking, so this was a bit of a disappointment. We did get used to it eventually.

Very clean; Well equipped with essentials for cooking and keeping things tidy and clean. Towels and linen are good quality. Great design and decor that has a wonderful warm and welcoming feel. Professionally managed and maintained. Location is excellent! Close to attractions; great restaurants; local grocery store and metro station. Highly recommend.

Just minor: the clothes dryer water tank wasn’t emptied from previous guests, so the water overflowed onto to the wooden floor. Cleaning team should check this as well in their routine maintenance.

The information we received for check-in and usage was helpful. We liked using the numerical code for entering. The elevator was helpful.The location was convenient for restaurants, transportation, a grocery store, and the Sagrada Familia Basilica (we could see the tops of the spires from the balcony). The apartment was clean, mostly quiet, has comfortable bedrooms, and beautiful floor tiles. Lighting was great.

The video provided for the dishwasher did not match the type of machine in the apartment. It beeped through much of the washing. If guests are expected to sort garbage into 4 categories to deposit them outside in the bins, there should be 4 labeled receptacles in the apartment to help sort. There is no bathroom fan; air freshener would help.

My family enjoy the apartment very much. It is very roomy for our group of 5, and very comfortable with modern convenience. The bed and bedding are all comfortable, of excellent quality. I love the towels, very big and thick. The kitchen is well-equipped. I really appreciate the host preparing a well-thought-out cleaning kit, where you can find dish-liquid, sponge, drying cloth, tablets for dish washer and washing machine. There is a washing machine and dryer in the apartment, great bonus for our travel. The apartment is located on a convenient and quite neighbourhood. There are 3 grocery stores within 5 minutes walk. Bus number 47 is right at the door that will take you all the way downtown, and to the most popular area at the beach. The landmark Sagrada Familia church is 5 minutes walk where you will find many local restaurants and stores surrounding the tourist attraction. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone visiting Barcelona.

The location a few blocks from Sagrada Familia was excellent. The neighbourhood was great, lots of local bars and shops. It was very easy to get around the city with the metro which is very close by. The design of the apartment was excellent, very calm and stylish and comfortable for our whole family.

It’s not a complaint, but the small box of dishwasher/ laundry supplies for a week was small. We bought extra and have left in the property for the next clients.

Great location. Easy to get transport to anywhere in the city. Great view esp from rooftop terrace. The hosts were fantastic and answered my messages very quickly. It was good having a WhatsApp number to call or message them. Very comfortable beds.

The apartment although spacious and in a great location, was a bit “tired”. The original floor tiles need professional cleaning. Furniture a bit grubby. Some mould in the shower.

The rooms were spacious and quite clean. The location was good and it had a direct view of Sagra da Familia. Price for value is quite good and I would highly recommend it if you stay with friends. They also provide you with great documentation that has a lot of information about the place and also restaurants near by.

I can't think of a lot of negative things. Communication with the hosts are not hard but it can be tricky as they kept answering in Spanish and I had to translate it. However, you can also directly give them a call.

The modern style, every appliance work well and was easy to use, the hot water in the bathrooms was perfect. The location is unbeatable to visit Sagrada Familia and also really close to a tube station.

Not enough storage space. There are no wardrobes, just bars to hang clothes and only in 2 of the 3 rooms. If you plan a longer stay it could be a bit inconvenient

Clean, spacious enough and good location. Easy check-in and safe neighbourhood. Walking distance to nice restaurants, cafes and key sites - Sagrada familia (5 mins) and parc Guell (possibly 40 mins but mostly flat and was easier/ less time than taking the metro). Well equipped with cleaning supplies and even had a washer and dryer which was really helpful. Would stay again!
