Fantastic stay in a beautiful apartment! The location is ideal, right by La Sagrada Familia and 2 minute walk to the closest metro, so it's perfect for getting around the city. The staff are lovely, really friendly and accommodating. The apartment itself is huge, plenty of space in all the rooms and there is a balcony with a perfect view of La Sagrada Familia. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

The room size is good also the size of the bathroom.

The water heater is not working. The oven is on when I got in. I only realized in the morning because of the sound in the kitchen. When I checked, it was the oven. Luckily it was on low heat seating otherwise it could cause a fire.

It is close to metro and Sagrada Familia, shops are nearby, the hotel is clean. There was fresh smell in the rooms.the beds are convenient,the kitchen is well equipped.we stayed on the first floor,looking to the courtyard. The apartment is very big, you have a living room and 2 bedrooms, there are lots of space for your things. There is a practical door separating the lift from the apartments, and there are other two doors which can separate well those who want silence. You can leave your luggage there after check-out. Small kitchen and bathroom liquids are given.supergreat apartment in all! The wifi worked well and had no additional cost.

Just a few things.The hairdryer could not work more than 1 minute. The bath cannot be used as a bath, just for shower, but there is a severe drought in Barcelona so you should not waste water at all. The taste of tap water is strange. On tv there are only Spanish channels.

The apartment as much larger than the pictures convey. There is an entry hall between the kitchen and the living area, and then another door to a hallway off to the bedrooms, which are divided by a large bathroom. This created a lot of internal soundproofing and privacy. You can hear the people above beside you a little bit, which is to be expected in all large city, and an older building. It was very quiet in the evening nights we stayed there. Obviously the view can’t be beat, be sure to ask for a terrace, not a courtyard view, which is actually more of an air shaft. The staff was extremely accommodating and will keep your luggage in a locked storage room if checkout time doesn’t work for you. For the price and location, it is an absolute deal for Barcelona.

There are no lamps, only overhead, bright lighting.

Daily housekeeping ensures spotless, well-maintained rooms. The air conditioning cools efficiently during summer, and the compact kitchenette allows simple meal preparation. Best of all, the balcony offers direct views of the Sagrada Família! We wholeheartedly award this exceptional stay a perfect 10/10 rating – my family highly recommends it!

it was nice and roomy, very clean. trash bag was changed every day. we got new towels and bedding halfway through our trip eventhough we did not ask this or expected it. there was always someone at reception. Always friendly! the view was nice from the balcony, and we were só close to the Sagrada Familia. shower was nice and warm and had good water pressure.

The sound from the streets was a bit noisy, but closing the window shutters helped a bit. and we did totally expect it to be a bit noisy, as we chose an apartment close to such a busy street! so not a complaint, just an observation

You will get exactly what is promised. The location was great for us—we liked the neighborhood and enjoyed our stay. However, it is a bit far from the city center and other attractions. The apartment was clean, spacious, and cozy, with no bad experiences. I also really liked the thick black curtains, which blocked out light and made the space even cozier. I loved the balcony, In the evening after a long walk in the city it was wonderful to sit there, enjoy the view of Sagrada Família, and take in the lively street atmosphere.

Nothing, really. The only thing was the noise from the street, but I was already aware of it from the comments. Just don’t forget to bring earplugs for better sleep, as the noise comes from the street. We also preferred to have slippers in the apartment, but there weren’t any.

Apartment had everything required and we appreciated the little amenity, cleaning & cooking essentials kits. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Inner facing apartment meant it was quiet and the large balcony was nice to catch some sun (and hang washing to dry). Supermarket, laundromat and metro station nearby as well as many food options.

No washing machine despite large empty laundry. If appealing to tourists who want an apartment stay rather than a hotel we think a washing machine should be included given there is ample space for one.

Perfectly located couple of minutes away from Sagrada Familla (inclusively subway station). Peaceful nice area with couple of restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Apartment is spacious and comfortable, kitchen fully ecquiped with everything you might need, nice terace.

There was a mistake done in the reception and they asked us to check out one day before our real check-out date. Was very unpleasant situation created because they haven't properly charged the tourist city tax (they charged us one day less than our booking period, and consequently mistakenly considered our stay finishes a day earlier, thus full period was clear and paid via booking). They fix it in couple of hours and realized what was the issue, however the whole situation was weird and uncomfortable for us.

It was a very spacious, and well designed apartment with a comfortable king bed! The balcony was awesome with a great view of the Sagrada Familia! This was our favourite spot to sit and relax!! The shower was excellent. It was very close to bars, restaurants and a supermarket. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We loved our stay here.

Be aware that the patio door self locks so we got locked out! Thankfully we woke a neighbour and the hotel staff were available 24 hours and came to our rescue. Even with this little incident, we loved this place!!
